My car was a mess. I have tried to clean all the gunk off myself and just completely gave up on it ever being white again. I decided to look into the local LUV carwash. I have never done that before and had no idea what it would entail. They were so kind to me and helped me thru the process and ran me through the washer twice and before each run thru this nice man scrubbed my car vigorously and I was very pleased and I left without drying the car or even looking at it. I stopped in a store to shop and I thought I should at least look at the car. I went to the window and could not find my car. Then I realized a beautiful clean car was parked in the area I had parked. I could not believe this beautiful car was mine. I felt like I had gotten a new car. Mine is actually a 2011 model. I live in VA but come to Warminister frequently to visit my daughter. We don't have this type car wash where I live....wish we did!! Anyway, I've come here many times, always a great wash and love the vacs. Came today, it was crazy busy. I signed up for the 2 months for $9.95. Unfortunately, found out when I got to the front that it doesn't update that quickly. The attendant took great care, got me through anyway. I used to come to this car wash all the time when it was the Warminster Express Car Wash. Now it is under new management as Luv Car Wash (a chain). The main difference I notice is the price (the prices under this new management seem higher), however, I am not complaining. Just an overall observation. The two different gentlemen I interacted with at the kiosk were both very friendly and helpful. I'm hoping they also kept some of their original staff from the previous car wash name! Water pressure blew out the seals in both of my taillights and filled both taillights with water. This caused damage to both sensors located in the taillights. Replacement costs over $3000. I also spoke with workers at the Midas down the street and they said they were approached by management of Luv car wash and asked for discounted prices on repairs, so they obviously know theres a problem. I tried to cancel my membership after only 2 months and i still haven't got a confirmation back about it. I havnt asked Luv to cover any costs to my vehicle because i can see they have signs that say they are not responsible. I just hope the cancellation isnt a headache. read more

Sadly, I also have noticed a change in service since the name change. I have experienced the absence of tire spray, less suds and have always wished for a bit more rinsing. However, I have had good experiences with the kiosk help and really appreciate the vacuums. I will probably try a few more times to give them a chance, but at that price, I will expect it to be a top notch wash or I will have to move on, as others have. We got a 2 month unlimited membership in the Montgomeryville where they told we could use their services at any location. We were closed to Warminster and decided to stop for car wash. The attendants could not figure out what to do when we told them about our membership. They took good 10 minutes to let us in. Once inside a very unwelcoming attendant asked us membership information and went inside to check something for another few minutes, came back with a very unwelcoming attitude and let us use the wash. The car wash itself was not that great like the other location. They do not have dryers unlike the other location. I would not return to this place. read more

Do not use I Luv Car Wash in Warminster, Pa. Bad customer service and rude personnel. After waiting an hour today my entry was denied. The problem is the state changed my license plate and there computer would not read my monthly access since my tag didn't agree with what they had on file. After we figured out what happened the rude employee told me since I waited so long I should just pay for todays wash. After indicating that I already paid for the month he told me if I didn't want to pay I needed to get out of line and leave. He never tried to accommodate me or look my account up in his office and just change my tag number. My front windshield has their monthly sticker on it and he wouldn't even look my account up to see that the month of February was already paid for. Don't these guys understand there is a car wash every other block. My result is cancelling my membership and going elsewhere. It's not the idea that the plate was changed by the state, I understand that, it was more the fact that there was no accommodation or help from this employee after I waited in line for close to an hour. I use this wash weekly now it's under new ownership and I will never return. They raised the price from $15 to $22 and cut back. The "volcano bubble" doesn't work, they use A LOT less soap, the tire shine doesn't work, and the spinning dryer at the end doesn't work. All of this for $6 more. We will take our business elsewhere. I sent a note directly to them and have yet to receive a response about the situation regarding lack of insight with redirecting traffic when they abruptly closed one lane. The way the people were feeding into the other lane, because of no heads up, made it very easy to have an accident. The lane should have been closed at the entrance. When we tried to tell staff, how letting the 6 other cars go before us was a problem, were rudely told we could leave if we wanted-after waiting 15 minutes already. I've been a customer there for 3 years It was good car wash when I started going there. Then the name changed to luv car wash. I noticed I wasnt getting the tire dressing the last few times I got a car wash I know the dressing is free bit I always get the top off the line car wash. I mentioned this to the gentleman standing at the kiosk. He looked a little annoyed when I mentioned this he told me you are getting the dressing we switched to a low gloss because the high gloss kept clogging the jets. He then preceded to tell me if next time you think that I didn't get it to let staff know and they would apply it For me No problem. I pulled into the car wash yesterday waited in line for 15 minutes I finally arrived at the pay kiosk. The same gentleman was standing there I hand him the $22 dollars in cash. He told me I'm sorry we no longer accept cash. I said ok. After a brief pause he said I can let you out of the line I said thats fine he then let me out the the line and I left I wasted 15 minutes in line for nothing . Maybe you should let people know with a big sign outside that says we no longer accept cash. Instead of wasting my time. I left there and found a new car wash near by called patriot wash. I was using this car wash..I made an agreement with this business for just a simple express wash basic a 9.95 deal used maybe once a month. Then the price changed to a bit due to everything going up to 13.00 I wasn't to happy but I went with the flow....now these new owners started charging 21.99 monthly for a basic express wash...charging my card without permission and I'm not having it!! So, this is a first in my 60+ years. I paid for an express wash and had just entered the bay when the attendant told me my truck was "too dirty" to go through his car wash. It wasn't a work truck or anything, just a regular Tacoma. The person behind me had to back up and then I had to back out and pull around. My car was damaged in this car was. I immediately notified the staff. The guy working said he could see where their machine ripped it off. He said the manager was off that day and I would have to wait until the manager was in the following week and speak with him. I did not hear from anyone for a week and could not get anyone on the phone so i went back in and the employee left another note for the manager to call me. He also told me he saw the video footage and could clearly see where their machine ripped my brake light off. Another week goes by and someone from their corporate department calls me to ask about the incident. I explain what happened, and they said they'd get back to me. Weeks again went by no response from corporate or the manager. Kept getting the run around. Corporate said it was up to the manager, the manager said it was on corporate to assist me. 3 months after the incident I am told by an employee (at this point I still have not heard from the manager) that I need to provide them with 3 quotes to repair my vehicle. I drive to 3 different shops and bring them the quotes. The quotes ranged from $600-$800 to repair. Again, weeks go by, and I can't get so much as a reply that they are working on it. Finally, after going in and leaving a note I get a call from the manager who proceeds to tell me his boss will sending me a letter on their decision. He said it was unlikely they will be covering the damage though, and if that's the case he will try and make it right with car vouchers or something along those lines. Well, it's been about 2 months since that correspondence and still no letter or anything from the company. I had to pay for the repair out of pocket so my vehicle would pass inspection. So now I guess I am just out that money. They can't be bothered to help. Awful customer service, I will not ever use this place again. read more
