I went back again I want to make it clear that the evidence is purely circumstantial. Maybe it wasn't even them. But when I went back I heard the manager say. "Here he comes" Like hae was expecting me. That made me suspicious. Maybe they broke it while drying and didn't want to take the responsibility. That would reasonable and understandable. I don't want anyone to lose their job due to an accident. I am not looking to assign blame. If they produce the part broken or otherwise all is forgiven. If they make a good faith effort to find out what happened all is forgiven. I don't even want compensation. I just want the truth and most of all I want to be treated with respect. Cup holders, center console not cleaned, literally the worst detailing job I've ever had done. This was clearly not a effort worthy of the $240 bill. When I called the owner about my experience I found him passive aggressive and unapologetic for his team's attempt. I got a email from Glenside Auto Spa for a Ceramic Wax special for $80 that runs to the end of September. I've never heard of a ceramic wax, but sounded good. So I called Brian to make a appointment. I decided, while the car was there, to get the inside detailed as well. He was very nice and professional setting the date and time for me to come in. Louis (very professional and personable) is the young man that did the work and my car looks like a brand new car. The wheels are shining, upholstery looked like new, trunk clean, car just shining from top to bottom! So, so pleased with the job he did. Took the car in at 9am, he was done by 1:30pm. Once again , I'm proud to drive my car. Only downside. they only take cash! I still would highly recommend Glenside Auto Spa!

He asked if there's anything that I really care about when I step into my car -- this showed how personable the process is. I handed him the key and I went back into my apartment to work on other tasks. It took about 4 hour to do both the interior and exterior. He explained how he couldn't really fix the scratches because the thin coating on my paint was too thin. I understood because I personally haven't taken the time to take care of my car all these years. He was able to apply wax though. The car looked so shiny and clean. The interior really felt close to being brand new! We didn't have plans to go out that day but we couldn't resist the urge to go out in our "brand new" car and drove to Old City. Wish I had before and after photos but I hope these end results proves their work!

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review.
