After my accident, not only was there no concern shown for my well-being, but the situation was also mishandled from the beginning. No one asked if I was okay, and the employee failed to properly collect and enter my insurance information. I was told everything was fine, but that turned out not to be true. Later on, I was the one held responsible for their mistake. Instead of taking accountability, they came after me with high-powered attorneys. At no point did I feel supported it felt like I was being taken advantage of by a multi-million dollar company Money was taken from my account, and I had to get a lawyer involved just to recover what was mine. Based on my experience, I personally feel like I was treated unfairly, and the way everything was handled raises serious concerns about how customers are treated. I was treated like trash. The employees didn't care about me after an accident. They quickly Deducted $800 out of my account, knowing that I gave all my information to them in the beginning, but he neglected to put it in because he was talking to a girl. Later on, I found out that he Was fired and everybody that was involved so that tells you a lot but yet they still come after me for five years going on six this is the worst company ever they take advantage of Black middle class people, and do us any kind of way This was my real experience, and I'm sharing it so others don't go through what I did.

The attendant…read morewanted to put me in a Versa that was dirty, with cigarette burns in the back seats, and had a bad tire sensor. He then decided a Sentra nearby would be better. These photos and video are from the Sentra. The irony of this being a non-smoking car is hilarious. I didn't even use the car for the full contracted time because it was gross. I had to turn it in early and ended up using my bike. The service attendant I turned the car into saw me taking photos of the interior and asked if all was "good". Once I filled him in on my experience he said that he would add some free points to my account to compensate. Didn't receive the points, and I didn't get a discount on the filthy car. The entire team seems like they don't care at all about the cars on the lot and the cleaning team is obviously not being managed to an expectation level that would've avoided this. Overall, I would not go to this particular Enterprise ever again. 3 rude employees, and 1 nicer employee at the very end that didn't follow through with what he offered as compensation. I can only hope people see this review before they make a decision to bring their business to this location.
