Based on my experience, I personally feel like I was treated unfairly, and the way everything was handled raises serious concerns about how customers are treated. I was treated like trash. The employees didn't care about me after an accident. They quickly Deducted $800 out of my account, knowing that I gave all my information to them in the beginning, but he neglected to put it in because he was talking to a girl.
