They doubled the cost of my vehicle and claim that I turned it back in on Saturday when really I had a flight out of the Melbourne airport on Thursday and turned it in then. I reserved a car at this location because it is the closest one to me. It was booked a week in advance. When I showed up to this location there were 2 females working and about 6 people ahead of me in line. They did not acknowledge me at all.... a simple "hello" or "I will be with you soon" would have worked. When I finally did get to my turn to speak with them (45 minutes later) they didn't have a car for me...NONE. The upsetting/hillarious part was they offered no solution to what time they would have any and just said "I don't know". They both had awful attitudes and seemed like they did not want me there. I called another location and picked up a car from there. I have no idea how this location is in business. They treated everyone I saw terribly and no one left with a car. AWFUL read more

I rented a minivan online and had a reservation number. This reservation was made two months in advance. I was bringing my four children and wife down for six days to see their grandparents. I confirmed the reservation a week before I came down. They assured me the van will be waiting for me. When we showed up to get the rental minivan they said "No that reservation you have is only if we have availability and right now we have no vehicles. Needless to say trying to get another minivan during Christmas week was not possible. No other rental companies had a vehicle big enough for my family. Mt disabled husband went into the Federal Hwy location in Delray Beach. After waiting over 2 hours and following protocol the Manager I believe his name is "Dan" gave his car to another customer. I am disgusted that a company like this would discriminate against the disabled and make their lives even harder than it already and is. Long story short still no car my husband ended up leaving the rental place as he was so upset! I wish I was there to take pics and post a pic of this animal. read more

I am not surprised that this place has bad reviews because I experienced it myself. They decided to call me at 7 pm the day before and left a voicemail which I did not see until the next day when I was checking in to let me know that they didn't have the car I reserved. Hello, how in the world do you give less than 24 hrs notice that you don't have the vehicle. I tried to explain that to Jude who was not getting the point that a day has 24hrs. He tried to argue with me and I told him I am not here to argue with him. What kind of business argues with their customers when they are in the wrong. I called customer service and spoke to a representative who tried to search for a vehicle and none were available. I asked to speak with her supervisor which all he could do is forward my information to the region manager to call me within a week. In the end still no rental car. Had a confirmed reservation for a specific vehicle. Went to the Lake worth road enterprise in lake worth Florida. The vehicle was not there! Now I had to take another Uber to a different location 15 mins away from my original reservation. Staff didn't even offer me a ride or even an upgrade for my inconvenience!! From start to finish this location was professional and helpful. Getting into an accident is already stressful enough but the staff here did not add to my stress in any way. They matched me with the same make and model of the car I normally drive which was very thoughtful. I did have to wait for the car but I was able to do so in the comfort of my home since they offer a shuttle service. I was mentally prepared to walk here so that was a nice surprise. The return was simple and easy. My insurance company picked up the tab this time, but I will definitely rent from here again. read more

Enterprise is always helpful, accommodating, and their fleet is excellent! This rental was only for three days as I needed to attend a conference and my husband needed our car for work. Pickup was fast, the agent accepted a third-party upgrade coupon I wanted to use with no issue at all, and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. The return was just as smooth, even though it was a Sunday morning. Very pleasant staff, convenient location with close parking (not like the airport-based agencies), and great rental rates. If there was an option for 0 this would get it. Terrible customer service. Car smelled and was dirty. I was charged the routine $50 for the deposit that they hold. They were clear that it was only $50 when i asked since Geico was paying for the car completely. 45 min later i was charged that same $50 two more times equalling $150. Then charged $100 more for a insurancd policy i didnt need. I asked for the refund of $200 for 3 weeks and it was never given. I received a call from a manager telling me that they were going to release the $200 refund and when i checked my account, instead of refunding they charged me $200 twice equalling $600 of the original $50 that they said they were gonna take. I called to fix this and each time i called, i was hung up on. Called corporate office and that was a shit show to say the least and also terrible customer service. I had to get my bank involved to fix this problem cause at the end of it enterprise failed to comply. They specialize in customer service?! Yeah, ok. Terrible!!!!! Dont ever rent from enterprise, and never from this lantana location. read more

At this location, If you get a flat tire, they send you down the street to tire kingdom to get it fixed. My expectation is they give you another car. They failed to meet my expectations at this location. read more

I am actually very satisfied with the service I received at the Lantana, FL branch. Mgrs were very helpful in showing me how to operate the cars with the entry and valet keys. I had never driven one before, I've never driven a car older than a 2004 and that was long ago. The reason I am yelping is due to an odd occurance with the valet and regular car locks/alarm system. The keys were given to me padlocked together as it was a brand new 2018 vehicle. I wasn't planning to valet park, and quite frankly didn't know what the second keyfob was for until I looked it up in the Owners Manual when the alarms started going off by themselves late that evening. I called customer service, but because I didn't opt for roadside assistance (I'm on a strict budget as most of us are) , I ended up having to seperate the keys and place them in seperate rooms in my house. I also missed getting to an office the following day and was afraid to use the car near ab airport (the only branch still open near me the next day, which was a Saturday. I finally got the car back to the location I rented it from around 11:30 on Sunday morning (closing was at noon). They were quickly able to accept the return of the car, since there were no other cars available, and gave me a free ride home (the last one for the day). I am going to try to rent again this coming week. They said to check in with them on Monday. They have lots of brand new 2018 cars available, and they were patient in showing me the new upgrades since the 1990's! We just didn't know what big changes had been made since then. Poor customer service, worse I ever seen I booked for a full size vehicle. I was picked up by one of there drivers got to the location no vehicles available. They're were customers waiting and upset, Reggie the manager is very rude and unprofessional not helpful whatsoever. I had been waiting for over 2 hrs to get help and the vehicle size I originally booked. I was doing all the leg work, which I feel caused him to get frustrated with me and unprofessional he told me he wasn't booking with me and that I could go to another location after I had been waiting so long, I was told that I'm not able to rent there by the manager which is Reggie he than told me I had to leave, because he wasn't going to rent me a vehicle if you want to have a good experience with fast pace and great customer service I don't think you should rent at this location. As long as Reggie is still at this location I don't recommend you go there his customer service is very poor he shouldn't even be representing enterprise such a high valued company. I will continue to inform about this situation I feel as if I was profiled and treated unfairly specially to have the cops called on me for no reason. I went to the location on Lake Worth and Jog Briar is the person who assisted he handled the situation with professionalism and very help also better selection of vehicles. read more
