There is a fee, however someone purchased my ticket so I'm not sure of the price. We did go in late June and it was very hot out but you had a nice breeze. About 30 minutes before we were set to depart, I received a phone call that the boat was having engine issues and would most likely not be fixed in time for our tour. They offered us the pontoon and would refund us the difference in price. Mind you, at this point we had already paid for Ubers and were arriving at the pier. After several back and forth phone calls with management, they finally offered us an additional 50% discount for the inconvenience. After seeing the pontoon boat pull up to the pier, and being told it would be a "similar experience" to the mini yacht, we immediately decided this is not the "luxury experience" we had wanted or expected. Needless to say we cancelled our tour and asked for a full refund. The lack of empathy from the managing staff was really disappointing and being informed of the boat issue only 30 minutes prior to our departure was very unprofessional. I understand some things are unavoidable, but engines should have been checked well before our trip and we should have been notified in advance so we could have made alternate plans. Our group was really looking forward to this tour and were left very upset and disappointed.
