I could not access my account as I was locked out. I contacted Vax tech support and my account was unlocked. After logging in with help from vax support I received a message. The message stated that a trip I booked and paid in full was canceled. After contacting the vacation provider, I was told the agent that booked the trip canceled the trip. That couldn't be true. I was the agent that booked the trip. To make matters worse the trip was now $436.89 more than initially paid. I called Vax tech back and made a complaint. Janice Williams called me a few hours after I complained. This is when my experience took a turn for the worse as if losing money on a fully paid trip wasn't enough. Before Janice called every step she took before canceling the trip was going well. I answered the phone and Janice immediately begins to scold me. She yelled "YOU ARE NOT AN AGENT"! "Why are you booking trips". In between her scolds, I tried to explain my confusion as I've planned a trip to Ghana for December and was in the process of sending payment request then realized a trip paid in full was canceled. Janice went on to yell, I called and emailed you yesterday. I had not received the email and I hadn't had time to check my voicemail. It hadn't been 24 hours once she left the voicemail. Janice went on to yell " YOU HAVEN'T PAID SINCE OCTOBER YOU ARE NOT AN AGENT ! I was trying to figure out why I wasn't notified of the payment issue as I thought the payments were being charged to my business credit card. Janice went on to say "YOUR CARD HAS BEEN DECLINE, YOU DON'T HAVE THE MONEY"! At that point I was done being yelled at and belittled by someone that isn't trying to help resolve the issue. I told Janice her tone was shitty and asked her to stop speaking to me that way. During the call I tried checking my email and realized my business email was paused due to no payment as well. Then I realized my business credit card was replaced and the auto payments for my email and evolution travel weren't going through. I failed to update my credit card. This is not anyone's fault but mine. However, Janice yelling at me and asking how I didn't know when it was a common mistake. As if it don't take evolution travel a while to figure it out as well. Janice's behavior is unexceptionable. I have never been treated this way when trying to relive an issue. After my last group trip for Ghana I will no longer be an agent as I do not want to be associated with a company that treats their associates this way. For me to lose money and get yelled at was uncalled for and unprofessional. Same on Janice and anyone that supports that type of behavior.

We used Montrose to book a tour with Globus for the first 10 days and their price was the same as it was on the Globus site but Our agent Kathleen handled all of the details. There was a bit of confusion on a difference in the pricing but it was cleared up after some discussion. We also booked a room in Lake Como for the last 3 days and it was amazing! Probably one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed at and we travel quite a bit. I would definately recommend Kathleen Taylor from Montrose Travel at (818)553-3394 or ktaylor@montrosetravel.com

During the pandemic, because of their lack of professionalism and care for their clients, they made people overpay for their tickets since they didn't have enough people to answer their calls, their call back time was over 72 hours and by the time people would receive a call back the prices had gone up (Easily people lost millions of dollars because they didn't care and put more people on their lines). I am telling you it is better if you invest a little more time and made research of other options you have if you don't want your clients complaining of such a bad travel service CTM, ALLURE TRAVEL AND MONTROSE will give them. Honestly, this was the best trip ever! Granted we gave Michelle a healthy budget, but honesty, my son will only graduate once from high school, and our pride is abundant. Michelle Keith planned tours, hotels and transportation... which made vacation just that, a vacation, a break from planning our trip myself. We had awesome guides that spoke English and taught us how to navigate the mean subways of Tokyo and Osaka. We had fun sumo show and onsen hotel, with a private onsen (hot tub) taking into account the tattoos which are prohibited by the Japanese ppl- we should have stayed in longer. We had a pirate ship tour of lake Ashi, and gondola ride to the sulfur mountain (smell wasn't nice) view was amazing! We saw shibuya crossing and Harajuku- went to Ginza and Shinjuku- ate inexpensive Wagyu which was so good!!! Sushi, ramen, tonkatsu. Sardines (my son did this- the eyes creeped me out). Hotels are Japanese size (small) so if you have three grown ppl, consider two rooms. As much as I love my son and husband, we needed space from each other. We had the best time and will definitely be booking our next excursion to Europe with Michelle. Michelle suggested other excursions and places, and also days of rest. We averaged about 7 miles of walking a day, so make sure to bring your comfy shoes and hit the road to beauty, and clean everything (subs, streets, and hotels). Kampai!! (Cheers!)

After the cruise, We wanted to rent a car and drive through Italy, see Pompeii, drive to Barcelona, Milan, Florence and Tuscany and Valencia Spain. In addition we asked her to book a gondola ride in Venice and we wanted cooking classes in various Italian locales and in Spain. We learned how to make Paella in Valencia at a country retreat outside of Valencia. The hotel accommodations were outstanding, each place we visited had breakfasts included in our hotel stays. In Madrid there was a change in our travel dates that the hotel did receive. We contacted Susannah by message on the mobile application Viator. She took care of the change in hotels immediately and sent us confirmation on the hotel reservation. She found a gorgeous villa in Tuscany where we had outstanding sunsets from our second story spacious living room, bedroom with a huge bathroom suite!! We went on a truffle hunt, learned how to make stuffed raviolis and we were treated like royalty at every hotel we stayed. Susannah did an Exceptional job coordinating our trip, from airfare from Los Angeles to Rome, to Milan to Barcelona. The pickup of our rental car at both locations was seamless! Driving to each of the hotels in Europe and trying to find parking for our car was not necessary. She picked hotels that had parking garages that the porters took the car and parked it until we left. We highly recommend Susannah Tomlin, she is taking care of our next trip in May 2025! She is an outstanding travel agent!!

I recently had to take care of several matters related to some major life changes, and I received outstanding service every time I visited. I stopped by at different times of the day--morning, mid-afternoon, and even close to closing--and my wait was always less than 10 minutes, if there was any wait at all. Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. I don't know the name of the notary who assisted me, but he helped me on two separate occasions. He was knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to explain things I wasn't aware of. I also needed to complete a vehicle title transfer, which can be an intimidating process. The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly patient and walked me through every step, explaining each form in detail and making sure I understood everything. The level of professionalism, patience, and customer service demonstrated by the team at the Montrose branch is truly exemplary. I highly recommend Auto Club, and I especially recommend the Montrose branch. Parking: Parking is easy, with a lot conveniently located behind the branch, as well as additional street parking nearby.

This is a review on the claims process for AAA auto insurance, specifically the adjuster. I…read morecontacted my AAA adjuster related damage incurred to my vehicle from backing into a pole. The claim process has been a nightmare with this adjuster, whose lack of communication and information has led me to limited options to get my vehicle back on the road. He never provided AAA approved shops after my request so I arranged a car repair estimate prior to an overseas trip with a shop called Caliber Collision in Torrance. Their advisor provided a very high estimate to AAA without speaking to me first then both AAA and Caliber deemed it a total loss (salvage) and advised me accordingly of my options. This made no sense to me since the damage to the rear right of the car appeared to be only to the tail light, bumper, sensor and maybe the quarter panel. SEE PICTURE ATTACHED with initial damage. The FMV provided by AAA/Caliber was also extremely low since they did not factor in the engine rebuild a year and a half ago and other costs which enhanced the value and life of the vehicle. AAA was awful in their assistance in trying to redetermine the FMV, the overall salvage process (I had no experience with this) and they kept hassling to pick up my vehicle due to the storage charges they had to pay Caliber. After returning from overseas and to my SURPRISE, the advisor told me the vehicle was not operable since they had to remove various parts of the vehicle for their estimate. SEE PICTURE ATTACHED. UNFORTUNATELY, this was never explained to me when I dropped off the car and in addition, I was charged a $174 fee for the estimate (which I also was unaware of)...probably in the lengthy paper work I initially signed. I had to get it towed to another repair shop. How does AAA expect for me to get other repair estimates from other providers in this case? Very poor service and communications from AAA throughout this claims process. Extremely disappointed with AAA auto insurance services at this point. AAA roadside assistance has been good though.
