This review is solely based on customer service and not on booking. I worked with Suzy for a couple of weeks to book air and hotel to Japan. She was prompt with her responses either through call or email with any inquiry I had. She was also very professional and always worked within our budget to accommodate us with the best flights and hotels. I changed my mind so many times but Suzy put me at ease and assured me that she'd do whatever changes I needed until we were satisfied. Unfortunately because of my indecisiveness Suzy wasn't able to book the flights at the initial (and most reasonable) price. Prices had doubled by the time I'd made up my mind. Thankfully I was able to find a flight and hotel later that night. Hence why this review is based on customer service only. My advise is that you have a thorough plan as well as a backup. A budget. Get familiarized with the area you're planning on staying in and your preferred time to travel. Suzy will then be able to get you set up! I had always wanted a destination wedding and Suzy made it happen! During these crazy times, she gave me direction and guided me to exactly what I was looking for. I described what kind of venue I was looking for in Cancun in December and within a couple of days she found me something I was unable to find after weeks of research. After I choose the venue, which was at the new Hyatt Ziva Riviera Cancun hotel, she made the process so easy. She connected me with the wedding coordinator and told me to reach out to her if there were any problems. She is extremely professional and provides great customer service. She makes people feel comfortable and she is super friendly. She answers questions in a very timely manner, even via email. All of my guests were telling me how much they loved booking with her. Suzy had gone to see the hotel since it had just opened and she showed me photos of all the specific locations I had asked about and reassured me when she returned. MS Travel has been nothing but helpful! SUZY IS THE GREATEST I booked a bachlorette trip back in 2016 to Cabo for a group of 12 girls, that i never wrote a review for... shame on me. That trip went PERFECT. As she said there will be someone there to greet us at the airport and take us to our hotel, kudos SUZY! We stayed at the Hotel Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas. All inclusive. Went horseback riding, ATV-ing, and snorkeling. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!! This year i booked two trips with SUZY. I have yet to go on the trips but i wanted to write a review beforehand because Suzy is the best. We booked Hawaii for August 2018, she suggested a couple of hotels and decided to book two different hotels because of OUR budget. A couple of nights at the Hilton and Disney's Aulani Resort for the remainder of our stay. She understood our budget is and made it work. Another trip is for Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for October 2018 for a Bach that the maid of honor and I will be hosting for 13 girls! Handling 13 girls for one trip. AMAZEBALLS!!! Working with Venita has been a nightmare! Our honeymoon was ruined and we left 6 days early because of the filthy and uncomfortable hotels she booked us. Venita doesn't care to help and she is unresponsive. We are still waiting to get refunded for the remainder of our trip. Venita has no idea what she's doing. I've attached screenshots of an email she sent me stating that the reason we didn't get rooms by the beach in Amalfi Coast is because they started at "$2000 MINIMUM" Upon doing my own research I found out at least 30 hotels on the beach going between $150-350 on average. When I sent it to her I didn't even get a reply back same with about 5 other emails because she had nothing to say. I spent an additional $2500 to leave Italy and go to Greece because we were so disgusted with the hotel she booked us 30 minutes up in the mountains with constant left and right turns. Venita also insulted my budget for my trip saying that this is what happens when you want to go to Europe on a $10,500 budget (attached). Who says that?!? After doing all the research myself I could have booked this trip myself for less than my budget and stayed at high-end hotels. To make matters worse Venita insulted me in person saying that I am a Realtor and I have money to spend, she said this when I told her about my $10K budget trying to squeeze a lot more out of me by adding things left and right to the trip. Venita doesn't want to take accountability for ANYTHING and has an excuse for everything. She likes to argue and insult instead of finding a solution. She never mentioned that American Airlines charges to reschedule your flight (because we left 6 days early I changed my flight I had to pay over $1000 for that as well) She also said she was going to work on refunds for the tours, hotel nights, and car services we didn't use and we never heard back from here like all the other emails. She gave us tour tickers at 3PM for a 9AM same day tour and I had to pay $117 for additional tickets. She said she was going to everything to make this right and she didn't do a thing about anything. I have attached a screenshot of her text to me as well, it shows you she doesn't even care to work for me and help me get refunded the rest of the trip. I asked the hotel I was staying at and they told me they confirmed they can refund the remainder of the nights. Her response is attached saying that it's not possible. There's so much more I can say, this is the half of it. HIGHLY ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY. Working with Venita was an absolute disaster and our honeymoon was ruined, I've never felt worse in my life! Never again will I use her agency for booking my future travels. Be cautious of other reviews you see most are by family or friends! read more

A few days before my vacation I had emailed Jesse regarding my pick up time for the day of my trip. He never responded, so I called MS Travel 2 days before my trip and found out he longer works there. Suzy had said that Jesse never entered or arranged a "pick up" for me in the system, so they couldn't honor it. It's not really a big deal, but what worried me was that no one had informed me that my travel agent is no longer working with them. It was supposedly last second, but I didn't receive that information at all which is very worrisome. Suzy gave me her information and contact number which was nice, but I've never worked with her, and she didn't know my preferences. About Cancun, it was beautiful and the hotel staff were wonderful, but my apple representative was HORRIBLE! When she (Adrianna L.) noticed that we had already booked excursions thru another company, she basically kicked us out. I told her that she is being very rude and her response was "ok, sorry. Bye". She didn't give me any information about my resort or my arrangement to get back for our departure, then she refused to validate my voucher for my free gift (a Mayan necklace). With Apple vacation, you can't pick your airplane seat, so I couldn't sit with my boyfriend during the flight home which was a bummer. MS Travel staff is great, and the circumstances couldn't have been helped (I think), but I will not be booking with Apple Vacations again. I don't trust that they will be or wouldn't helped us if we needed them. read more

Helpful worked hard to get them there they canceled one day because their band members. But we got up and running again and work after Peoria in October. Patients, Got a great price for the guys for airfare. My sister and I are planning to go to Ireland in early spring, and we are going to use this travel agency because of their due diligence.
