This place is amazing. Found it on tik tok and as a regular visitor I wanted to see how big it was for myself. They didn't lie. It's like a supermarket. I was greeted immediately which is what I look for and loved how every aisle had big letters to find what I needed. The wig selection was plentiful and the ladies there were friendly. I also went to the accessories and was greeted there as well. Everyone was helpful and o spent $30 more than expected because it was a one stop shop. I'll be back. Visited Lux Beauty to check it out because I've driven past it about a zillion times but have never stopped by. The place is absolutely gigantic with probably 75% of the store behind dedicated to wigs and hair products & accessories. They have a large selection of wild eyelashes and costume jewelry. They also have a clothing section featuring outfits I've only seen on a Spirit airlines flight to and from Miami. I was hoping they had more nail supplies but that was their smallest section. I ended up just buying barbicide to disinfect my beauty tools at home. Prices were decent. read more

Hands down, this is the best beauty supply store in Las Vegas--and that's coming from someone raised in Detroit, where beauty supply shopping means being able to see, touch, and examine products up close. In Vegas, that experience is rare. About 95% of beauty supply stores keep nearly everything locked behind counters, forcing you to hunt down staff for assistance--sometimes just to buy a $3 scarf. It's frustrating. This store is the exception. I intentionally drove past numerous other beauty supply stores just to shop here because I wanted to browse comfortably, without barriers or interruptions. It's one of the only stores in the city that allows customers to shop freely, and it also happens to be one of the largest beauty supply stores in Las Vegas. The selection is extensive--whatever you're looking for, chances are they have it. While it's unfortunate that theft has pushed so many retailers to extreme security measures, this store has found a way to protect inventory without sacrificing the customer experience. Perfume and jewelry are located in a separate side section that feels like a mini boutique. If you shop there first and plan to continue browsing, the associate will take your items to the main checkout for safekeeping--you just have to remember to pick them up (which I admittedly forgot to do). The wig section is massive and well organized. Clearance wigs are displayed on mannequins, and you simply take the mannequin and wig to the dedicated wig counter. Staff will check the back to see if a brand-new unit is available. If not, you can purchase the floor model at a discounted price, which is a great option. I thoroughly was downfounded with this fabulous place. And was so excited they had a huge inventory. I did find something but this is my experience, for management to take a look at. CUSTOMER Service: When being a first time at purchasing one, some is personal or professional. There should be someone to "take the time" to really take interest in color matching, if not caring how the person feels as well as their needs. I looked around for 45 minutes to find one. Maybe informing me the real human hair behind the counter and on the floor is not. I loved the lights to help find one. But the colors just didn't match. There was no extended courtesy to say, you like this style, let me call the other store and see if they have it in stock. If so, I would drive there to get it. Instead I settled finding something....She was a nice lady but at first she seemed annoyed and didn't want to take the time. #2) Have your on floor personnel know the inventory. I asked and the employee didn't know...or didn't care to know or didn't want to take the time to look or help!! I looked for another 1/2 hour for a product I walked and searched. HUGE store and direction helps or some caring....I am a customer. I really like your store. Prices seem very fair. But if I didn't waste so much time initially, I could've seen more and bought more...you have things I could use. Besides going online, Temu, Fantastic Swap Meet....A huge store like yours needs some TLC. So disappointed. Raved about this place to my friend . We decided to go today and the customer service was HORRIBLE. This was our first time here. Love this place because it has everything you need under one big roof. As you walk in, there is a DJ playing music. There are many Wigs, hair products, beauty supplies, makeup and so much more.. My In-Law was looking for a new wig and bought herself a beautiful long braided style on Sale which she is very happy with. I bought shampoo and conditioner, Coconut Oil hair food in a jar and a clear makeup bag with a keychain attached to it. Very reasonable prices for good products. We will be back! read more

I shopped this Lux location yesterday. Went early to avoid heat and possibly a crowd. Relatively new to Las Vegas and stock (both in-store and online) is pretty slim. Store was pretty empty and "Marly" helped me select a wig. She was wonderful -- knowledgeable and patient. I've never had an issue coming here up until today. I'm not sure if the lady was just having a bad day, but I brought a wig up to the wig counter and mentioned I was going to continue shopping so if they could hold it for me or send it up to the counter. The lady had an attitude telling me they don't do that, mumbling something else I couldn't catch and then she said "I'll just keep it up here" I said okay thank you and went about my shopping. Once I was done I came back to the counter asking another employee about the wig. The original lady came around the corner upset lowkey yelling and cussing at me. Saying I took too long shopping and she "didn't know what the fuck was going on" so she put it back. I was only shopping for 16 mins....Last time I checked there wasn't a time limit. She was arguing with me when I explain I told her ahead of time I was gonna continue shopping and she replied back with "well you took to long and we didn't hear anything from you so" Am I supposed to come back and give 2 mins updates on my shopping? I'm not sure what her problem was and why she came at me sideways. I've never experienced a bad encounter here before. I'm from out of town and went there all weekend I was there made purchases both times hoping my experience would get better but it didn't. The store employees were the WORST!!! I experienced it the first day then my friend experienced the rudeness from a totally different employee the very next day. They don't want to help you in the wig department or any other dept for that matter. You ask a question and they're attitude is as if they don't really want to answer you with a very unpleasant look on their face.
