For example I was waiting to type in my reward number and it's was not displaying yet and I explain that to her she says to me it's common sense sign out first and the white gentleman says to me young kids don't know how to talk to clients and she replies to him I wish I was a kid. She was out of line with 2 customers. You need to get her off the register or you'll going to lose customers. I'm one that will not return because of her.. read more

If I could give this place a negative, it would deserve it. Upon entering you are hit with a smell unlike any other. Carpet is , but it's not where the smell comes from. Owner passes blame to the building and is indifferent. Yet, I know why and sad to say it's their customers. No one with self respect and pride would frequent this hole, but weave must be done. I honestly love this place! I've been going to beauty supply stores since I can remember and they all have the same vibe: " If you ask for any help, you're a burden..." so I always have to have an idea of what I want before I walk in. This place, is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable about all of their products and actually care about efficiency and personal budgets (you will not be pressured into bundles or get scowled for getting cheap hair). The selections for your needs are more than good, and I guarantee you will walk out with something. Also, please look into the rewards system they have... it's pretty legit, I only got it because I started to come in more frequently, and to see how much I save on top of promos is a nice touch, cause I can buy some hair & lashes. The sale associates are super friendly and never make you feel rushed or up to no good, there's so much personal space between you and the employees. And it's cool to know there's enough friendly people to assist me in my inquisitive state of mind. The owner is always there and loves to build a connection with his customers. I love to know that I'm remembered and you know what kind of hair I prefer, unlike some place down the street that I previously went to, religiously, every month and home dude did not care to know me. I have went here a couple of times for hair products decent place has discount if you sign up send updates about discount via tex and reasonably priced products Asian owned you can get one on one help if you can't find what te looking for and they seem friendly I would recommend anyone trying them out for yr own experience I gave 3 stars because I would give no one 5 unless service was totally exceptional and that's my opinion but I had no issues here for service and no one went above a grade 5 on customer service and they do allow for returns and exchanges within a reasonable time read more

The workers here are very nice and helpful and I love that this store is open late! I don't like that you can't try the wigs on before buying and you can't return them either. So unfortunately the ones I bought don't look as good on me as I was hoping and there's nothing I can do about if so I'm pretty disappointed that I can't atleast exchange them. I've seen this place from the road multiple times and never thought to go in. I typically go to Sally's for my hair care needs. One night I went in and was very pleased at the customer service I received. The owner is a nice guy and the workers are all very helpful and dedicated to helping you find the products that are right for you. They don't try to up sale you anything and are generally nice and friendly people. I've been back at least a dozen times now and are pleased every time. Their prices are on par with just about every other beauty store as well. Not to mention they have a loyalty program which sends you discounts straight to your phone. Went to this LV Beauty Supply have been going considered myself a regular customer until I recently went and paid over $100 for human braiding hair in which the hair that I got is nowhere near human braiding hair it looks decent until you put it in your hair and have it in there for more than one day okay I understand that sometimes manufacturers make mistakes and sometimes there are bad batches of things that's understandable things happen but when I call and ask to be made whole as a regular customer and I'm being told that I have to wait for the manufacturer and I am not even given a tie when this will happen I was told the manufacturer only comes once a month and they don't know when I'll get my money back I'm not willing to accept that nobody should they're doing the cheap way out instead of making their customers whole when they have valid complaints they're trying to keep all their money and have you deal with the manufacturer that's not proper they should make their customers whole and they should get their money back from the manufacturer I was not even offered store credit to get any other hair just being told to wait for the manufacturer and not even given a time or estimated time on how long this all will take this company sucks do not go to them read more
