Staff is very friendly but unfortunately I not very good at cleaning cars. :( Paid 130 dollars to have my mini van washed, vacuumed, and the seats and floors shampood but they missed quite a few areas and it was just very underwhelming for the price read more

I am only rating this based on the "in depth" detailing service I wanted because as for a basic car wash and vacuum, it does the job. First, the guy who detailed my car radiated the smell of weed and I was legitimately nervous my car would smell the same. I asked them to do some extra things (and tipped accordingly) to which I later learned they didn't do. My front seats don't look like they were shampooed either. Overall, I paid over $100 and tipped over 20% and I didn't receive a job that was worth that. Sad and disappointed. read more

Either wash your own car or go somewhere else. I paid $50 for an extreme clean and almost left another $20 for tips. My cup holder was not cleaned, the dash didn't looked wiped and it looks like they barely vacuumed the car. I will not be returning. This was a complete waste of my money. read more

I got my seats shampooed here and they look brand new. The service was quick as well.

It was my first time coming to Lux car wash. I went in for a detail with everything included (shampoo,wash, vacuum, etc) I paid my $45+ only to be disappointed at the end. My seats were not shampooed properly. I didn't notice till I got home because the seats were still wet so you couldn't see anything. I'm so disappointed at the fact that I tried calling the store not once but 4 times with no answer whatsoever . I drove 30mins to lux just to be upset about the money I've spent and the hour I wasted being there. I would not recommend this car wash at all. read more

Not very impressed with this place it was $30 for what they called their ultimate car wash. they don't even simply wipe down anything in the car they don't vacuum out the doors or the cupholders they only vacuum the seats and the carpet they left bugs on my car not worth the money very lazy work I recommend going somewhere else for a better price and for a better job done. read more

Average at best even with a 45 dollar wash. Even early in the morning when they open its hit or miss? The management will stand around and watch one guy try to do a car by himself? I miss the days of shinner's they did a great job. The glass all the way around was streaked inside and out. I can take a lot but clean glass and a vacuum with door pockets blown out I expect! I can touch up everything else. But when I have to do windows, door pocket, extra bug juice on the front bumper is to much and not worth the money. I felt bad for the team member that tried to hustle and get me handled. Poor leadership is to blame here. Just my perception of how it's ran. I will try it again but will not get the extreme clean. read more

I was pretty upset after getting my car washed here. My car was still dirty in a lot of spots after running through the machine. My windows were not clean either. For the price i paid i expected it to be a great car wash. I paid $17 because i wanted the wax and my tires clean. I ended up not satisfied after leaving the car wash due to it still being dirty and dusty. My tires still had mud on them, and my roms still had brake dust on them. I don't recommend anyone coming here to wash their car. I know I'll definitely won't be back ever! This establishment is an overpriced car wash and it was not worth the price i paid! Not worth the money for the express washes. 20 dollars and the car only got dirtier. The wash also sprays soap or something like it right before the blowers come on. The soap ends up blowing all over the car. The wash was worth no more than 10 dollars. read more

I've been here about 3 times now since moving to Florida. There are two types of car washes, one where you pay and just go through the machine and vacuum your vehicle yourself or you can pay and have the crew wash and clean your vehicle. I've only used the self clean option since coming here and no complaints except this time when paying someone else's incomplete transaction was still on the screen and I ended up paying $42 for a car wash. But I blame myself for not paying attention to the screen. The alerted the cashier and he took care of it and refunded me immediately. Overall, I plan to continue to come here. read more

I went on Tuesday (lady's day) and paid full service with any discount. My car was the same as before, I had to get the vacuum myself and help the guy to clean my car again. The outside was horrible, the dirt was there and the sand still there. In general, it was a horrible job. And by the way, I tip the young guy, after me vacuum the car. I'm super disappointed on what this place has turned into. I don't normally write negative reviews but this place deserves it. Now to be clear this in regards to the express wash. For 20 dollars you could run your car thru and the machine did a good job but they would scrub the front before it entered and dry it once it was run thru. Results were OK but I didn't expect much for $31. The inside had no A/C so I had to sit outside and the trashcans had no bottoms so could not throw anything away. But what really upset me was that My Car Registration was ripped in half and lying on my passenger seat. What the ??? These guys are 0 for 2 with me. The first time I went, I was unhappy with the prices and how good a job they did with my car. They charge around $5 more than a similar business and I didn't think that they did as thorough a job on the interior of my car. I decided to go back to give them another try and was informed that there was an hour wait. It was 2 pm and there were 5 cars in line, so it was not super-crowded. They do a mediocre job here. I paid $17 for a full service wash. Last time they forgot to take the love bugs off, and I had to return to them to get it done. I went again today, but I checked for the bugs before I left. They had forgotten again. The guy cleaned off the front. However, after I got home I noticed the bugs were still all over the mirrors. So I had to clean them myself. Their service is NOT worth $17. read more

While the car wash itself is good, be careful if you leave anything in the car or backseat as they will throw it away without asking you. I lost absentee voting ballots, a filled prescription, another prescription to be filled as well as who knows what other papers. I went on 3/1/16 paid $26.75 for a Deluxe Full Service and my car is still dirty. Vacume job was not complete and the car might have been sprayed down but not brushed or wiped clean. Worst car wash I've ever been to. I learned my lesson never again!! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Shiners is now called Lux Carwash (new owner/management?). Nothing about this place is Lux. Prices are higher, quality of work lower, and customer service is horrible. My white car was dripping in purple when I left the place and the manager wouldn't do anything about it because it was 6:04pm and they close at 6pm. Also, I did not realize that my interior was not going to be cleaned when I paid over $30. When I asked the guy about it, he handed me a damp rag and said I could wipe it down myself. read more
