I really wanted to like this place after all the good reviews and reasonable prices. I elected for the $130 pinnacle wash which too about 90 minutes. Overall, my car wasn't in rough shape, just needed a simple interior clean and pollen wash with a few bug gunk removed. I normally take care of this myself but lately time has been rare so I figured I'd give them a try. Overall, they did an okay job - not perfect, but not bad. Still a few minor misses here and there. They probably would have gotten a four from me, until I noticed damage near the driver side that. This is pretty obvious damage on the side that I look at every time, so the fact I only saw this after I got this back indicates it was damaged during service. This is fairly bad too as you can see the metal underneath so now I'll have to figure out how to prevent this from rusting. Not sure if I can recommend again due to this unfortunate error. read more

This is the only location I tried out of this local chain. I have personally had two different vehicles clean here and my aunt one. Only company we allow to clean our vehicles and been repeat customers going on a few years now. They overall do a good job, especially on the interior for a quick clean volume place. Exterior always comes out about as well as I expect for the limitations of this type of wash (it's eco friendly, about a cup or less of water). A few times, they haven't cleaned the roof of our vehicles (certainly not the norm though). Because it's still a hand wash. You get a overall more thorough cleaning when compared to one of the high volume full service automatic wash bays (these places are very hard on the paint). But I certainly would NOT bring my vehicle here covered in dirt and mud; I will usually pressure wash the exterior before coming in if it's excessively dirty (makes it easier on them and helps eliminate swirls in the paint). My advice for potential customers, use a little common sense and research their method of cleaning. I prefer their approach of cleaning for a daily driver if you keep your vehicle cleaned regularly (I typically let them clean my vehicles every 6-800 miles). Pay a little extra for a more comprehensive cleaning every few months. Totally OCD about your car? I would do it yourself or find one of the concourse OCD detailers who come to you for a high 3 or even 4 figure bill. Location is very convenient, next to Starbucks and Target. Can also join the military if you're looking to serve. I notice they are offering more packages, including ceramic. I asked about it last time I was there and was told the owner is the one who does it. Staff didn't know much about it and said I can email the owner for any questions. This is actually a relief for me and kinda cool that the owner will be there for something that requires machine polishing before application. I have been before several times and got a wash without an appt So instead of telling your guys to work and take more cars you blame the customers. In the time it took you to respond you could've called your employees and tell them not to sit around and generate more business. This is an outdoor and small car wash and detailing place. It can take probably up to 8 cars at once. Its in the middle of a shopping plaza. Hard to spot unless you drive around. Convenient place and great service for their price. There were two guys working when I left my car around 1:40pm. I was able to get my car back around 4pm. And I am very happy with the results. Overall I paid $40 for the both inside and outside cleaning. This price is for car owners that have dog fur in the car. I told them to focus more on the inside because there is so much dirt and dog fur. I moved all my stuff to my trunk to make it easy for them as well. The outside was cleaned well. Unfortunately it rained and by the time I got to my car I couldn't tell how clean it was. But I can definitely tell they did clean it because all the dog saliva marks were gone. And my car finally looked white once again lol The guys were very nice! A few things I didn't like is that since they charged up front and the tip had to be left up front . This way the tip is set regardless how well they do the job. Lucky for me I paid 20% tip and they did a tremendous job ! When they were done with the car wash I got a text telling me my car is ready. When I went to get my car no one was left except for my car. Glad they had common sense and locked it ;) I didn't even look at their hours of operation but it wasn't a big deal since I told the guys I was gonna be waiting at the Starbucks in the same plaza anyways read more

I was very satisfied with my detailing service from Green Phantom. I made an appointment for the "complete service". $35. Great job well done by the employee, I didn't get his name. The 430i came out shining and clean with the interior wiped, polished and vacuumed. The rims and tires were cleaned (no dirt spots left) and super shined. The car looked like the day i drove it out the dealer. The job took about an hour to complete. I recommend this location. If you don't mind spending an extra few more dollars for a job done right the first time than this is your spot. Avoid this location at all costs. The 2 employees couldn't have cared less about customer service, or the quality of the service provided. On my arrival the Black gentleman said "yeah?" as I walked up. I explained I had an appointment. He looked at his sheet, asked me to pick out my phone number, and the put out his hand for the keys. That was the extent of the conversation. He seemed more interested in getting back to his own vehicle parked at the end of the row. They definitely didn't care that the truck bed and cup holders were still dirty. No buffing done for the scratches and surface...because "we don't have a buffer today. You'll have to make another appointment". No call when done. Tried to point out the dirty areas and caked on wax in the crevices. That went no where. $275. What a scam. This used to be my go-to car wash, but the past two visits have been unacceptable. I just received my car from being serviced (see attached photos). This was not the "basic wash." Upon informing an employee that my windows weren't washed, the worker he sent to "re-do" a job that was not performed gave obvious attitude in his face and body language. I never want someone to do a job they hate, because it will be sub-par; So I told the employee that he does not have to finish his job, and he gave even more attitude. I gotta say I'm quite blown away by the results of there detail services. I had shipped my Mercedes-Benz from California and it had just arrived that morning. I looked up best detailing services in Orlando and Green phantom eco detailing popped up. They seemed familiar as I passed by them during a visit to target so I decided to give them a shot. I will say that they had there work cut out for them & I was a bit doubtful considering there was no water line insight. I pulled up and was immediately greeted by Curtis & Elijah who had given me an explanation as to how they conduct the detailing and the products they use & my doubt was instantly put to ease. They recommended the complete service which pricing was more than reasonable so I gave them a shot. They said it would be done in an hour so headed of to grab something to eat & by the time I was done eating sure enough they were finished 10 minutes before the hour. The result I gotta say I was blown away, my car was covered in dirt, grime, bugs all the thing you would expect from a car that was driven across the country & after Curtis & Elijah's delicate touch it was showroom ready again! I won a contest on Instagram recieved a voucher for this place. It is located in the parking lot in front of the Target and Burlington, with green tinted tents. When you pull in, you let one of the associates know what service you're getting and leave your payment information along with your number so they can contact you when they're done. What makes them different from other car detailing and car washes is that they use a certain amount of water on your car for the cleaning, and be eco friendly. I advise that you have someone else come with you to pick you up, because the detailing and wash may take a long time as they make sure to get everything on the inside and outside of your car. Unless you plan to shop at Target or Burlington while your car is being cleaned. Finally, a car wash that's worth it! I recently took my car to a well rated car wash down the street, and it was a disaster! Long story short, my car mats were still soaked and it made my car smell unbearable, even with the windows down. It was a mediocre job. I could have done better myself honestly. There was streaks from something on the side of my truck before I went to them. I came back and the streaks were still there after their service. Communication is horrible I drop my truck off at 10:30 the guy tells me it will be about an hour wait and he asks for my phone number so he can text me when they are done. I wait over two hours and still no text I decide to just show up and they are sitting eating on their lunch break this was at about 1:30-2. I do not recommend this establishment. They are careless and seem to not care. Save your money and do the job yourself or spend your money elsewhere to people who care about their customers and their work. read more

Took my car with high expectations, got there and someone came to help right away chose the $30 wash that supposedly included interior and exterior, they requested tip before service was completed so I decided to give them $10 in tips, the car was left with dirt spots and the interior has trash left and the weather stripping was pulled somehow, don't recommend the place at all, they also don't take cash. read more

I've only been here once, but I was quite pleased with the wash and detailing of the car, especially for under $50! When we first got there it wasn't such a great start as we ran into the dang bench. I mean, would have been helpful if the guy said "hey watch out for this" or something, because it is sitting on the ground where you cannot see it, unless of course you have a camera in the rear of your vehicle (which I do not). Apparently we weren't the first to hit it either, because the bench next to us was all the way messed up, haha. Despite all that, it took about an hour for full wash and vacuum and dash wipe down and glass cleaned. The trunk also gets cleaned, which is amazing. My car was bug free, and just so nice and clean. They did an OK job and the owner was friendly but I think it's ridiculous the basic wash and vacuum did not include the trunk! How much extra time would that have taken? A minute? I have a small SUV. For the price ($30), I think it should. Other basic car washes & vacuums are cheaper and do the same job. (It was an extra $5 to do the trunk and I declined.) I found that out afterward when looking over the car. Plus, I tipped them. I won't be going back there for that reason.
