It's worth noting that I have never once engaged with this business, so if these are "legit" texts then I do not know how Aria MediSpa got my number.

I met the owner (Puspa Khanal) and her associate (Bhawana Metformin) sitting and talking. I saw the owner getting some henna body art done. Seeing that the henna body art going on Puspa hands arms and feet, I had nothing but time on my hands. This is the first Indian spa I have ever been to, but it had a nice feel to the place. After some time Puspa showed me the waxing room. The waxing chair has had a lot of use, but was the most relaxing chair/tables I have ever been on. I was asked if I wanted to get my legs waxed too. After thinking about for a few seconds, I went with their offer. For five dallors more I was given the option of getting my armpits waxed too. Normally I shave them, but not today. Both Puspa and Bhawana left the room and I took my clothes off to hang them up. I did not have a towel to cover my manhood, but these ladies see naked people every day, well maybe not a handsome stud like myself, but close. I believe Bhawana was the first to open the door and close it. I heard her cackling like a schoolgirl. The song I'm Too Sexy started playing in my head....no,...not really... I started looking around for something to cover my genitals, when Puspa brought in a hand towel. Guess Bhawana is not use to male nudity. I was asked why I was naked and I thought that was a dumb question, but oh well. I explained I am getting my full legs waxed; as well, as my full arms and armpits. I am not going to get wax on my new clothes. The waxing procedure went by quickly since both Puspa and Bhawana were waxing me at the same time. Very rarely have I been waxed by two people and have found it to be less effective than one person doing it. The whole process I felt was rushed and if I come back for another round, I will request just one lady. Both Puspa and Bhawana did a decent job, but too much leftover wax was found on my body. Again I feel one person doing the waxing would have been better. I spent a good amount of time scratching the wax off of me. The waxing clean up are just as import as the removal of the hair. I have seen small patches of hair that was missed. Mishaps happen and I am sure Madame Puspa can redeem herself. I give this place 4 out of 5 stars. I will be back to try out the massage and waxing again. Puspa Day Spa is a charming place as is Madame Puspa. $80 bucks for full legs, full arms and Armpits is great.

I drove an hour and twenty minutes to get there. She gave me a $2400 same package for full body laser removal, with at least 6 sessions that my friend received. Then I offered her $2000 and reminded her of my friend's name who referred us, but she wasn't loyal to the prize we referenced. Even though we offered her $1k upfront and $1k later, she refused. She wanted $2400 this time, but later agreed to pay $2200 and per session using a credit card. Although today's appointment is the first sitting appointment, there were unexpected things that occurred. I called her to reschedule and she said tomorrow's is fine. However, she mentioned that the face is not covered in the full body, so it will be separate. I reminded her about our deal and she said I forgot to mention it last time. She started arguing and demanded cash payments of $2200, which reminded me that it wasn't what we talked about and the deal. Be aware of these kinds of owners. Since laser hair removal is a common procedure, it's possible that they can cause more harm to your body than good. Luckily, she refused and showed her greediness. Otherwise, I would have been messed up or sick by her unprofessional behavior.

I had not received the treatment yet, and my reason for cancelling was medical. Before signing, I asked the representative whether I could get a refund, and she told me yes. I have the text messages documenting that conversation. After I contacted her to cancel the following day, however, she explained that when she said "yes," she meant that I could receive a refund only if I completed the treatment and did not see results. That was not clear from her original response, and I feel this should have been explained clearly before I signed a contract. When I explained that my reason for cancelling was medical, I was also told that I needed to provide documentation proving my medical issue. I understand that a business may have policies regarding cancellations and refunds, but I believe those policies should be clearly explained BEFORE someone signs and pays for a treatment package. I also have concerns about the equipment information I was given. I was told that the Elite machine would be used for my treatment, but I later learned that the equipment being used was not the Elite machine I was told about. The equipment was an important factor in my decision to purchase the treatment, so this was extremely concerning to me. The entire experience left me feeling that I was not given clear information before making a significant purchase. I contacted them almost immediately after signing, before receiving any treatment, and still could not cancel the package. I trusted the representative when I made the purchase, but after how this situation was handled, I no longer feel comfortable trusting this location. I strongly recommend getting the cancellation/refund policy AND the exact equipment that will be used in writing before signing or paying for anything.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Lux Laser. They recently moved into their new location in the same building and it is so beautifully renovated. I have had my fair share of experiences at other laser spas that used different lasers, but this place has been the best in my opinion. I had done a lot of research prior to coming here and it has almost been a year since I have done my treatments and I have seen amazing results. I usually do full body laser hair removal. My skin is much more smoother and less irritated without the frequent shaving like I used to do. Coming from a Mediterranean background, my hair is much more coarse and harder to shave. Now I hardly shave if at all at times. The hair has become much finer which makes it less noticeable and easier to maintain. My best advice to anyone new at laser hair removal is to be patient and consistent with it. Suah, my laser technician is the sweetest. She always makes me feel so comfortable and we have the the funniest conversations which makes the session go by so quick. I always look forward to my appointments. I have been going to Lux laser since it's been open and I have nothing but great things to say about the place. To begin with the office is very nicely decorate, clean, and tranquil. You are always offered water or coffee and I have also been offered baked goods. Secondly, Farah is a very professional and warm person to work with. I had laser treatments done prior and experienced a lot of pain previously, but Farah is well experience and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I cannot even begin to explain why I rated this place a 5 star! Farah is amazing!! I have been coming to Farah for over a year now and have purchased many hair laser treatment packages through her. She genuinely cares about the end result. Not to mention the office is warm and inviting and well kept. Her office uses start of the art equipment. Went in for lash extensions and laser hair removal. After first time use for laser treatment I noticed my hair was a lot lighter. You get fast results even after first treatment. I ended up paying double for the stretch mark treatment I purchased on Groupon. I was supposed to get two 4x4 areas covered in my Groupon. When I got there she said it only covered the size of a credit card which is 2.88x 3.48. She ended up using both my Groupon credits and charged me extra. The best part? Tricare Prime insurance covers so these thousands of dollars procedures cost me nothing! I consulted with 3 other plastic surgeons in the area all of them charged a min $150/consultation visit and $500-900/mole removal. In my case since we are Prime, I just needed to get a referral from my primary doctor, then everything from the initial consultation to all of the moles removal and follow up were covered fully. Sometimes you'd associate "free" to something that is "less" than paying thousands, nope, not in this case. When it comes down to your FACE, you'd be scrutinizing everything, so take it from me with 6 facial moles and 2 bodily moles removed that I am very impressed and would highly recommend!

She said she was only going to do the remaining time for me because I was late, not only that, she said, I still have to fill out I think more than 5-page forms which is an implication that since they are lot of pages, I may not have enough time to really do the facials. At the back of my mind, OMG! gurl! Am I getting this for free??? Helooo.. I paid for this! Grrr! I was still positive and composed but still she continued complaining.. Over the phone they told me for my face it is $99 for one treatment so I made my appointment and during my consultation Tiam was so nice at first, and disclosed what I wanted was indeed $99 for the older machine and $190 for the new machine. She had insisted I do the machine for $190 for better results rather than the $99 machine. As I agreed while I am filling out the paperwork, she barges back in the room and states it is actually $400. I had kindly requested I wanted to go home and that I didn't want the services anymore since we had already agreed on $190. She proceeded to go back-and-forth and honored the $190 after that her whole demeanor changed she forced me to pay before and I wasn't trying to cause any problems as my family member is the one who referred me and continue to do services with her I paid and waited an hour for my services. During the Laser treatment, she had put alcohol on a freshly shaved face which burned more than the actual laser itself. She only did my sideburns and chin area did not touch my mustache area and claimed I did full face. After the treatment was done, she handed me vitamin C serum and advise after 30 minutes to wash my face and apply the serum for a week. Thank God I didn't as I did my research you should avoid vitamin C at least a week or two after laser treatment. So this felt intentional. The next day I called since my face was inflamed, irritated, and super red. They had advised me to come into the office and pick up a cream. They did not state that I would have to pay for the cream when I arrived. They handed me the cream and stated it's $80 retail price I disclosed with them you guys told me to come and pick it up. They said yeah but it's not for free. I didn't argue I just disagreed and said I did not want the cream and that's when they advise Neosporin after that I left I Had got Neosporin and applied Aquaphor for hydration. They said that the redness and irritation should go down within three days. I'm on day three and currently still red, inflamed and irritated with The course hair that never fell out. When I had called again to disclose the concerns that I had, they refused to refund as stated in their policy and just shared their sincere apology for what had happened and had no solution to fix the situation at hand. They don't care about customers or customer service. They just care about your money and if they could overcharge, they would. I wouldn't trust a place like this and you shouldn't either cause this could've been you and it's not worth the pain and agony. I am stuck like this for another two weeks as they stated. I felt mistreated and ignored. I am not the type to cause an issue and have no problem with paying if I wasn't being played and the services were done right. I have done Laser in the past four times and never had an experience like this and if you had Laser before, I'm sure you never looked like this.

Monthly membership for $169 includes facial and weekly B12 shots but availability for appointments is limited. Despite the discount you get as members for microneedling, 3 sessions cost me over 2k with minimal results. Macy is great and I loved her facials but not worth $169. Especially when they don't tell you ahead of time if there is an upcharge for certain type of facial and I ended up paying $269 for a hydra facial, when I've definitely gotten a similar or better one for less than $100. There is a 6 month commitment when you first sign up and I thought it would end the membership but they don't let you know that you have to give a written notice 30 days before for cancelling and I kept getting charged despite writing an email. Staff is nice and professional and facility itself is aesthetic and clean, but the place screams money grabbing and that's what they do. The results/service just does not warrant the price tags. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience but if money is not an issue and you have flexible work schedule (because the appointments are also limited), this is a decent place for your monthly maintenance. For people looking for more affordable skincare clinics, there's better options out there.
