Farah is a fantastic laser hair removal specialist! She has great bedside manner and knows exactly how to make a somewhat painful procedure go quickly and... dare I even say enjoyable. (Considering having a laser shot into your skin is a very unenjoyable procedure, ouch!) When you walk in to her office you really feel like you're at a spa. Her office smells fresh and calming and is decorated very well with gold and white furniture. There are a lot of windows that allow natural light to shine in, which is awesome! When she saw me she greeted me and took me back to the room. The room where she does the laser hair removal is so comfy! Lots of natural light and a large chair for me to sit on. Now, I wouldn't consider myself large but it's nice to know that if I squirm around I'm not confined to a small space for my butt lol! The procedure went quickly and we chatted the whole time. One thing I love about her is she does 3 passes with the laser, whereas other technicians will only do 1-2. My pain tolerance is horrible but she is able to sense when I need a break and has a little fishy for me to squeeze when I need it! I've been getting my eyelashes done for over two years with bunch of places and this is by far my least favorite one yet. My technician was super nice but her lack of experience just shows through her work. She put false lashes on top of each other that it became a big clump. Two weeks later, I went to my usual place to get my touch up but sadly my technician was not able to give me a fill because of how "messy" they are. So embarrassing. My underarm treatment took 6 treatments with minimal hair growth. Where as the full Brazilian was 9 and I just had treatment 7 done. For the Brazilian recommend using the straight laser versus buying the attachment, I feel like the attachment set me back for the two treatments I tried it for.
