I recently used LUX LOUNGE for a business event for 337 guests. I was nervous trying a new business due to a fall out with a previous event planner but, Lux Lounge made me feel comfortable and gave me the confidence that what was the most important event for my business, turned out to be five stars. I wanted to style the room like a lounge as opposed to traditional round tables, chairs, etc and Lux had the perfect bar stools & coffee tables to go with the other furniture the hotel was providing. I worked with Angie, who was very attentive to my needs, gave me lots of options, and was able to get me an amazing deal to fit my very strict budget! I was so excited to find this company based on the reviews. Looks like the amazing Angie that everyone wrote about is no longer working at Luxe Lounge. The new person that answered didn't know very much, could not provide any furniture layout advice and directed me to the catalog. When I picked out 1 sofa from the catalog called the Avery, she quoted me $395 for ONE 8' sofa. WOW, that is unreasonable. I could practically own one at that price if I just ran in HomeGoods. It also took 7 minutes just to hear one sofa rental would cost $395 as she had no idea on advice and had to scroll through the catalog. I was looking to rent an entire set up for a party and I had high hopes I found a place. So disappointed and looks like some training and price adjustments are needed if Lux Lounge would like business and fabulous reviews to continue. I looked at other companies and found that renting white vinyl sofas are anywhere from $85 and up. read more

First of all the service beginning with the first phone call was amazing! I spoke with Marco who was very accomodating. I told him what my budget was and he was able to work around it by selecting the proper couches to fit in the venue yet still allow the venue to look full and elegant. He was not pushy but he was so reassuring that I'll be 100% happy with the selected furniture. Oh and better yet he delivered the furniture the day before the event therefore giving me more than enough time to make changes. The couches were absolutely beautiful they were white on white and so perfect for my event. He called me to inform me that the furniture did indeed arrive along with the few lit ottomans(I think that's what it's called)...wink wink. There is no question as to if I would use this company for my wedding if I ever got married. I'd be an idiot if I didn't. And well, so would you. I had a great experience with this company and specifically Angie. I rented some lounge furniture for a birthday bash (won't say which one). Angie is professional, personable and responsive. She was available 7 days a week to me to answer questions and work with my requirements. I'm sure mine was a small order for them, but it wasn't for me and I had some concerns about using a business I found on-line and without having any prior relationship or experience or friends who could vouch for them. The prices were comparable to other vendors, but Angie's customer service and availability surpassed everyone else I contacted. We worked out the terms to my total satisfaction, delivery and pick-up was on time and seamless and the furniture looked fantastic - friends loved it and I almost felt cool for a night. Their prices were similar to other places, but the product looked so much more expensive and was in such good condition when it arrived on set. This year I celebrated my 50th birthday in total style, "THANK YOU" LUX Lounge EFR in Los Angeles. I knew what I wanted but I had never rented lounge furniture before and the ideas were just roaming around in my head. I thought I was amazed when I found LUX Lounge EFR online, but seeing the transformation of backyard with the white lounge furniture was the most incredible club scene that I've entered in years. The Tufted Bourne placed along with the straight and curved benches and those incredible illuminated cocktail tables around my poolside set the wheels in motions that night and made my All White Affair everything I wanted and more.
