I found her IG page a while back and didn't realize it was the same place until we spoke. She was very nice and listened to my ideas on my dream wedding. Everything she had to offer was exactly what I was looking for. She took pictures of my mom and I at her booth and said she'd be in contact. We were talking through text, Instagram, over the phone, and email. I sent her pictures of what I wanted and we scheduled a day to meet up at the venue to further go over everything. We spent about two hours there with my mom, grandma, and father in law. All which have different schedules, but took off to be there for the meeting. Jessica also brought her mom and they asked a bunch of questions, wrote down important notes, and I was told by Jessica that I would have an email sent to me with the invoice on everything I was interested in renting. She mentioned multiple times how excited she was to work with me and how perfect my wedding was going to be and she would get me that invoice by the end of the week. Weeks went by and I still haven't received anything in regards to moving forward so I contacted her. Then months went by and still nothing! Every time I reached out to ask for the invoice I was met with more excuses. (See photos) I was told events had "popped up" which makes no sense considering you have to book in advance to reserve your spot. So how can something just pop up that was so time consuming that you couldn't type up an invoice. I never received an invoice and I never heard back from her after I stopped reaching out. I was understanding in the beginning because I work graveyard and would have to reschedule some over the phone conversations. At the end of the day I was communicating and was dedicated. She waited so long that I ended up having to get/make my decorations myself. My wedding came and went and I heard nothing. If my wedding wasn't something you wanted to be apart of then just say so, but to point blank ghost a bride that was super excited to work with you is unacceptable and unprofessional. I was so shocked because I didn't see too many bad reviews. I'm not one to write up reviews at all, especially bad ones. At the end of the day if I can help another bride avoid the confusion and heartache that I felt then it was worth it. I'm still not sure why it happened, but to me it felt like I was judged right out the gate and was viewed at as unimportant. As if my money and my wedding wasn't good enough for her to waste her time on.

The arrangement looked thrown together last minute and the flowers were almost already fully bloomed. I am easy going, and understand things happen. I overlooked the sale of something that I already purchased and the late delivery, but I was irritated at the quality, display and the lack of pink roses. The manager texted and was apologetic, saying she would do a refund, but hasn't and they are avoiding my messages and phone calls. I got a rushed, inaccurate, late and poor quality product all for around $220! I suggest shopping elsewhere!

One of the main reasons we chose The Grove was because of how inclusive and welcoming they are to LGBTQ+ couples. They made us feel completely comfortable, supported and celebrated from start to finish. Our coordinator, Bre, was absolutely incredible. She was thorough, precise and extremely responsive to every question and need we had throughout the planning process. She had every detail of our decor and instructions coordinated for our reception. It was clear she paid attention to everything and left nothing out! On the day of, she helped me put on my veil before everything began and bustled my dress before our grand entrance. We didn't have bridesmaids so she was my lifesaver. Even though her role officially ends when dinner is served, she made sure we had everything we needed before she left. Her care and attention made such a difference and helped calm so many of our anxieties. She was a delight! Ariel, who handled our cake, was also wonderful to work with. We ended up using her rentals for drapery and flower balls to decorate the ceremony space. It looked amazing and came together wonderfully. Luke, our DJ and Emcee, was fantastic. We worked with him on our music, timeline, chain of events, monogram, lighting, and Photo Booth. He kept everything running smoothly and made the reception enjoyable. We highly recommend adding the extras offered from The Grove Entertainment. They are 100% worth every penny and made a huge difference in the overall atmosphere. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. Our family, friends, and coworkers could not stop talking about it. We received many compliments from our guests throughout the night and afterward. They had no idea somewhere like this even existed in Las Vegas! We also appreciated how The Grove offers recommended vendors for items not included in your package. They are flexible and we utilized our own photographer to work with. It was nice to have the option to either use their trusted recommendations or personalize certain vendors ourselves. The food was good, the staff were friendly and the entire team helped make our wedding day feel seamless and stress-free. Another huge bonus was they allow dogs to be part of your ceremony, which was important to us. We knew we wanted our dog to be part of it from the start. The Grove does it all! All tasty but I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a beef option. We thoroughly enjoyed the open bar and I tried my first pineapple and Malibu rum. Delicious! Oddly the cake was not on display and was not brought out until after dinner was done and the dancing started. By that time we were almost three hours in and ready to leave so we didn't get a slice. Over the next year, Arlene became more than a wedding planner to us, she became our friend and older (and protective) sister. She went to bat for us when needed, steered us away from bad decisions, and directed us in the way of better ones.
