My DIL and I had an appointment for a wax and tint and eyelash. We walked in the shop and they looked at us like we were aliens from another planet. I was told to sign in and be seated. Then she told me they couldn't do the tint because the lady that did it was not there. No smiles. We sat down and they made us feel uncomfortable. Especially the lady by the desk. We would have been new customers. But sorry we can't come back and feel the discomfort we felt when we entered your shop. read more

She was nice and the facility was beautiful. I asked for stilettos and she definitely did them round. Which was fine but the clear coat over my dip started peeling off the same day and all of my nails have chipped. I have been to a dozen nail salons in the past few years and have never had them turn bad so quickly. The salon is beautiful but the product quality is crap. read more

I requested French tip toes and white tip short acrylics. I really enjoyed the pedicure I requested the cheapest for 35 but with getting the white tips and gel it was raised to 70. I wasn't aware of the high price jump for my request but did really enjoy the look of my nails and the experience. Everyone was very nice and always checked during the process of everything to make sure I liked it. I requested short white tip acrylics because on the menu it said only 50, when checking out it was raised to 70 as well. It was explained that the white tip was an extra ten dollar charge but the math still didn't add up for me. Besides the issues with pricing I had a wonderful time and really enjoy my nails. Next time I go I will be better at clarifying price during the service and not after service is completed. read more

Tried the place twice - after 1st visit I returned and had 1 nail with terrible green fungus - was serviced by the owner . Second visit ( owner/mother) my nails started peeling on the edges, they even fixed 2 nails.. was charged 85$ Today I went to a different place and when they removed the color, I had 2 MORE nails with fungus !!! Disgusting !! Overpriced - rude !! If you want your nails done right go anywhere but there !! read more

My friend and I came in for pedicures. The ladies seemed rude right from the start. I wanted regular polish but my technician insisted on doing gel. My friend asked for a specific design and when she tried to get them to use the colors she wanted the shushed her and did what they want anyway. I do not recommend. read more

Let me start by saying they received the 2 stars they have because my nails and toes were done beautifully. The place was also nice and clean. 3 stars were lost because of their treatment toward my elderly client!! She has dementia. She was talking quite a bit. We had trouble getting her in the pedicure chair, so we decided to only do a polish change on her nails and toes. There were 3 of us all together. They pushed her wheelchair in a corner by the door and worked on her toes. No biggie... However, I had to sit and wait. No one came over. My pedi water was cold. The other person with us got a quick pedicure.. . Uugghh! I sat down to get my nails done and asked if they would take my client first. A shorter woman whom I assume was the manager says, " NO, WE NOT PAINT HER NAILS. SHE BALL HER HANDS UP. DOES SHE HAD ALTIMERS?. " First of all, it's alzheimers lady! Secondly, I was very upset! I've been working with this woman over 6 years. We've gone to multiple locations to get mani/pedicure. She knows how to conduct herself when receiving those services. I couldn't believe what she had just said! Even a few others were looking up in shock. She literally refused service because she assumed an elderly customer with dementia would noy hold her hands out properly... SMH, needless to say, we won't be back. Ever! read more

My daughter had an appointment at 3:15, they didn't even take her until 330. The nail technician she had made fun of her nails the entire time and my daughter has said she needed a full set because we had just moved to the area and was trying to find a new nail salon and hers needed to come off. Again, the nail technician made fun of her the entire time and charge her for a full set. I had to come in because my daughter came out to the car in tears because her nails looked nothing like what she had asked for and the gel polish didn't even come over the tips of her nails. I've gone inside to talk, and the nail technician was argumentative with me. She had made fun of my daughter for being too afraid to say something to her when I adjust explained that my daughter was afraid of the nail technicians being mean to her. Another nail technician was able to help us and explained what to do. We have left and my daughters nails look completely awful. The light pink color is almost nonexistent. You can see the chunks all underneath her nails. This is absolutely unacceptable. The nail technician was running late and it seems as though she thought she could catch up on time by taking advantage of my child. I am beyond livid that she paid for a full set, but was given a crappy fill. These are still not what she had asked for the shaping was OK but again not what she had asked for the entire time. I waited inside with her. I was getting angry faces from technicians and other customers inside the salon. We now know that she cannot come back to the salon due to the way she will be treated and the mediocre service she will receive. We will now need to pay another nail salon to be able to fix these because these are by far some of the worst nails she has ever had. All we were trying to do was get her a pretty set of nails for a new school her senior year. We moved quite often as do plenty of other families in the community with it being so close to a military base and this was just an awful experience in general. read more

In the area for a couple of months and this was my first visit at Lux Nails. The customer service was great they were a little busy but never forgot that I was there! I went for an overlay soak off so I knew that soak off would take a while, I was there about two hours. It was also a Saturday so once I walked in everyone walk in(in other words it got busy fast). After my soak off I got a manicure, cut down and gel polish. Overall great experience and I would recommend, I'll definitely be back in a couple of weeks! read more

Total time, including getting my fill in took 3 hours. The acrylic powder used smelled a bit weird. Everyone was very nice and professional. Got some flowers on my nails that they tried to duplicate. Paid more for my fill in than I did for the whole set. Most likely will not visit again. read more

Beautiful shop, but that's it. My daughter and granddaughter and I went for pedicures. Got right in the chairs and I thought awesome we have found our new nail place...and it would have been except .. They sat us and handed the menu for pedicures. $35 for deluxe and NO gel I told them and pointed to the menu item. The other two asked for deluxe WITH gel $55. No other communication other than cut down??? As to which my younger granddaughter did not understand. So with a roll of her eyes, the tech made a scissor motion with her hand. The tech wore a black stretchy dress that showed her black shorts underneath when she was working. Not a cute sight to be looking under a lady's dress like that and very uncomfortable. My tech handed me nail colors from a different area than the girls chose from, seemed right since i was getting the NO gel pedi. I had my daughter pay with my credit card while I finished up. Later that day I looked at the receipt and realized they had charged me for 3 GEL pedi's. I called the store and was asked to come by or take a pic of my toes. I went and was immediately asked if I was the one??? She looked at my toes and said No that is gel. Well it wasn't supposed to be. I specifically said NO gel. She said "Maybe you didn't understand when we asked if you want gel". I repeated that I did not ask for gel, but was told I had gel and they would not return my money and insisted it was my mistake. The older lady got involved in the conversation and it went no where fast. This could have been rectified in a number of ways, I left the store saying that would be last $20 they made from me. Very disappointed in this place because of the customer service. read more
