However, Abercrombie gets a one Star and what I learn today at the Forum Store #10612, I will probably never shop here again. You will probably think twice as well. I am giving them a one Star not for the employees service experience, but more from a Corporate's and management level. So here goes, I received an email (attached) stating that for every $75 purchase in gift cards, you get $10 for next visit. It also states that maximum a customer can get is $30. The store also has this promotional sign (attached). Well, so I purchased a $225 gift card and after I informed the Rep I am entitled to the promotion, he appeared confused and not familiar with the promotion. I allowed him time to go and get some clarifications. When he returned to me along with the sign that the store also had on this same promotion (attached). I was informed by this young man that they are out of these promotional cards. Hmmmmmm Fine, so I told the young man, whom appeared to be a temp to just reverse the transaction. I once again allowed him sometime to go and get help, since he was not 100% sure he can reverse it. This time, a young lady, whom I believe is the manager or Supervisor in charge informed me that there's no way to reverse my transaction tonight, even it was within 20 minutes of purchase. Which probably way less had the young man knew what's up. Anyhow, the young lady took all my information down to reverse the transaction, but I have to wait till Wednesday due to the Holidays. WTH? Oh well, so I will also have to take time off my busy schedule to do my own due diligence to ensure this happens. I am most definitely nervous that an Organization this big is in such dire need for a new upgraded system. If what the young lady told me is true. Tips: I have a tip for the store manager Shirley and the DM Kory. #1, it's Christmas Eve, your regular stores not on the strip closes at 6 PM, this means, this store will be busy since you guys are opened till 11 PM. Therefore, you may want to consider having more of these promotional cards handy. Even though I don't work here, I have that common sense. I know that common sense are not so common these days, but come on. More importantly, I would train your staff to be more effective, temp or perm employees. This way, he probably would have address the issue prior to processing a transaction for customers that your cheesy system can not reverse. Do you guys realize how insane this sounds? Well, I hope this helps. This location has been around for awhile, which means, it is not your first Christmas experience. Know that this has nothing to do with the $30 or the service I got from the young man. He was actually very nice and cordial. Furthermore, trying to do the right thing, but this is beyond his control. it's more about the principal. False advertising is not ok, there should be a manager in charge to make this experience right. I will not shop here again and I will make sure all my friends that are an A and F fans are aware of my horrible experience and they can decide to continue to shop here or not. I hope whoever reads this also finds this useful. I don't give one Stars unless a place truly deserves it and it has to be pretty bad. This is bad!

It's very easy to walk through and they have a huge selection of dresses depending on what your occasion is. The dressing rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful.
