8/17/24 Party of 3 5pmish My daughter and stepdaughter went with me to look for a Bridal Shower dress . This store is located inside of Fashion Show Mall. It's very easy to walk through and they have a huge selection of dresses depending on what your occasion is. The dressing rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful. All of the dresses were affordable in case anyone is on a budget. I simply liked the dress and paid about $50 for it. If you need something cute to wear, I recommend stopping by. read more

Went in to buy a dress for today, never got a receipt emailed or printed which is fine. Had to go back in to get a security tag they didn't remove. Rude staff, never apologized and assumed I stole the item, usually a good experience over the weekends they have nicer ladies read more

My bf bought me clothes from here for my bday and they were all too big so I tried to return them. I brought the clothes and the tags and the manager BLANCA told me I couldn't return them with out the tag. So I walk all the way back to my car to grab the tags and when I get back with the tags she told she told me can't accept the clothes with the tags off?! Right after she told me if I got them I could return them. I'm so upset I can't even wear any of my bday presents because BLANCA just decided to not be helpful. She was rolling her eyes and being rude from the moment I got there. I love Windsor but after this I will NOT be shopping there anymore. Online order returning to store issue! I ordered a swimwear online and it doesn't fit me right so I decided to drive to fashion show mall the day I got the package same day and return it. Walked into the register I handed the swimwear. She looked at it feeling it and kind of staring at it. She went to different computer and taking long time and I don't what she was doing. So she came back to me and said she can't take it for return and I asked.. why? She goes: cos it's considered as lingerie. I go: it clearly says this is swimwear on my receipt and in the website. ( god I didn't wanna argue cos I'm not that kind of person) She goes: you have to return it online. I took the swimwear with me and walked away so frustrated. And I called Windsor. Windsor: yes you can return it online. Are you still in the store I need to talk to the person. Me: no I'm already gone. Windsor: next time call us right away while you're still at the store so we can fix the issues right away. Don't worry I'll send you a prepaid postage to return it to us. Ending was still good I got to return the stuff. But oh boy... did the girl didn't like me when I walked in the store like what was it? Why she decided to turn me down even I told her that it is swimwear in my receipt and on the website?? She's a Latina girl dark hair big face with acne or I don't know if that's zit but whatever. Maybe she's like 5"2 - 5"4. NOTE FOR HER: This is not your own business girl. I think making a relationship to your customer will get the reputation of your store better. My sister needed a prom dress and Nayelli was extremely helpful . She was in the back working by the dressing rooms herself . She provided really good suggestions and her level of hospitality comfort and kindness towards customers was impressive . I've been to multiple stores in the fashion show and most employees normally don't assist with too much. So, thank you Nayelli for an amazing experience. read more

Sold me a damaged dress and then when I realized it was damaged and tried to return it, I was told the dress was too damaged for them to take back?? Make that make sense. 2 stars because after standing up for myself she agreed to exchange it for a store credit which was fine. I really wish they would have had another one of those dresses without the damage but it was the last one! :( I really didn't appreciate the hostility from what seemed to be the store manager. I'm not sure if I'll ever want to purchase from this company again, but most definitely not back to this location ever again. read more

I'm an everyday customer for Windsor, and it's honest to say that my experience here has been horrible for I will no longer be returning. All the girls that work there have an unwelcoming atmosphere, who are rude and judge mental. I would like to point out specifically the sales person Karen, very poor customer service. I will no longer be shopping here, you need a new staff. read more

i went dress shopping at this location and was struggling to decide what to pick out. thankfully there were two workers (one was nayeli) who helped me out whether i needed to adjust the straps or to find a dress in a different color. they were very nice to me despite not many workers. at the end of the day i found a dress and was satisfied with my experience there read more

Windsor has people that do not know anything absolutely annoying. The took the dress I purchased online and gave me a gift card to use online to buy the same dress just bigger. Then, I was informed I can't use gift card online. Call the store and told them my problem and they tell me the manager will call me back since she was off... she never did due to the girl not writing down my information had to drive there just to be told they can't do anything... SO now I have to go purchase a 124 dollar dress because Windsor staff doesn't know how to do their job and give correct information. read more

I had bought a dress and well sadly it fit big and the material was a bit harsh on my skin so I decided to go back to the store and return it. When we got there I said very politely that I wanted to return the dress but the sore manager was very rude and had such horrible attitude towards me and my mom. She said "oh you can't return it" keep in mind she hadn't seen the dress yet at all. Then she asked to see the dress and she said with really bad attitude "oh see look it says right here that you can't return" and my mom had asked to speak to the manager and she told us "oh it's me" still very rude. And then she sort of calmed down and said "but I can give you exchange or store credit". I hadn't seen the tag where it said that it could not be returned kinda my fault but she didn't have to come at us rude and all. And my mother said that she was sort of laughing at us aswell! She does not know how to give customer service. Such horrible attitude. I will never be going back to that store. Felt unwanted too. The dress was $108 with tax included and well we had to find other things to exchange it for. So we were in the store looking, we found a dress and some nice shoes. At the end while paying, she had told my mom the total and my mom gave her a $20 bill and well she was putting the stuff away so my mom put it in the counter and I'm pretty sure she saw it. Then she was a the register and she had the nerve to extend her hand out to my mom. She clearly saw the bill put on the counter and she could've grabbed it and looked for it but no she was being really petty and wanted my mom to hand it to her. The whole atmosphere was bad and intense. I hate how she treated us. Stop hiring teens who don't know how to give good customer service and who have bad attitudes. There was only one nice worker who attended us very well. The current store manager is very bad. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! Never coming back. read more

Extremely rude staff. Victoria the "store manager" was very unprofessional and was not willing to provide any kind of decent customer service. Very disorganized store. Teenyboppers who dont know the first thing about customer service. Hire people who are actually happy to work there. Will never shop here again. read more
