Their pricing looks great at $10/unit, but after my recent experiences, I honestly do not think it is worth it. The last time I got Botox there, I barely saw a difference. I went back two weeks later for a touch-up, and still barely noticed any improvement. At first, I thought maybe my face had gotten used to Botox since I've been getting it for over 10 years. I ended up trying Dysport somewhere else, and it worked right away. About a year later, I decided to give Beautiful Solutions another try and got Xeomin. The results were awful. I came back two weeks later, and the injector touched it up with Botox because we thought maybe my body just didn't respond to Xeomin. When I asked how many units I had received the first time, I found out it was way under the 50 units I paid for. That was really frustrating. I was paying for units I apparently did not receive, and the results showed it. I ended up going somewhere else for Botox before summer, and it worked just fine, so I clearly was not immune to Botox or Xeomin. I believe I was just severely under-injected. To make it worse, they ask for a tip at checkout. By the time I paid for the treatment, touch-ups, and then had to go somewhere else to fix it, this ended up costing me over $900 when it should have been closer to $500. I went there because I thought I was saving money, but I ended up spending more and getting poor results. I would avoid this place and just pay normal pricing somewhere reputable. You'll likely get what you actually pay for.

I stopped seeing that derm (she left the practice) and years later, I'm sitting in my present dr's office and see they have a biz card for Anne Marie. She's their Aesthetician! Coincidence? I think it's Fate. So I promptly made an appt. Upon walking in, Anne Marie immediately knew my face in every way. Not only did she recognize me (after 12 yrs!) but she briskly pointed out all my facial issues and made suggestions for the facial. None of this filling out 12 forms prior about your skin issues. I've done that at plenty of spas and I swear they must use those forms as toilet paper since all my admonitions of my skin's sensitivity are ignored and they end up damaging my face further. Nope, Anne Marie "spotted" my rosacea immediately and actually talked to me for about 10 minutes before starting treatment. She suggested a gentle microdermabrasion, which initially scared me because of my history with spas. She soon allayed my fears by telling me she has also suffered from the issues that I have and is a firm believer in this very gentle exfoliation technique. Honestly, her best argument is her own skin which at the age of 50, looks like a 20 yr old. After the painless microderm (felt like a mini vacuum), she spent about 10 minutes doing extractions which were so painless, I almost fell asleep except for her continual enthusiasm and chatter for her work ("ooo, that was a big one! I got it tho. You're gonna love your skin!"). Then she applied a soothing mask and it was done. This was no Enya background, arm and scalp massaging, steam and goopy lotion facial. Don't get me wrong, I love those too even tho it appears that they are not good for my skin (boooo!). But Anne Marie's facials are to spa facials what a sports or deep tissue massage is to a spa massage. This was therapeutic and very educational and I left feeling hope and encouragement that my skin can be "fixed". She finished up by supplying me with tons of samples and a Written Plan for my skin. I now have a Regimen taped to my bathroom mirror! When you've been stumbling blindly in the land of vast products, this is a comfort. And she insisted that I stop in and give her a progress report next week. She wants me to really take control of my face! For those of you who are getting "more mature", you'll understand the slight panic you get when you realize your face is slowly sliding off your skull. Loss of tone, discoloration, hormoanal acne and dry skin, not to mention rosacea and peri-oral dermatitis....hopefully all of these will be banished soon. I will never trust my skin to anyone else. Several months ago, a friend gave me a $200 gift card, which I had been saving for the right occasion. I had used $90 on a manicure last year and still had the remaining $110 balance clearly written on the card, along with the original receipt in my purse. When I called to schedule the facial, I even asked if I could use a card for part of the cost and was told I absolutely could. When I handed the receptionist my card to pay, she told me there was no balance left. I showed her my receipt proving I had only used the card once and should still have $110 remaining. She printed a receipt for a service purchased by the person who gifted me the card and said, "See, you did spend it." I told her that was not me, that was the woman who gave me the card. She then explained that they had switched to a new system and that it looked like the credit from my gift card had been mistakenly applied to her customer account, not mine. I know my friend likely had no idea this happened; she gifted me the card quite a while ago. I am not going to call her to ask, as this situation was mortifying enough as it was. Despite that, the receptionist told me there was nothing they could do because the money was already "spent." I was stunned. This was a gift that belonged to me, and through no fault of my own, the spa's error meant I lost over half of its value. I owed $210 for my service rather than the $100 I had planned for. No effort was made to make things right, no offer to investigate further, and no credit for the balance I lost. It was disappointing, frustrating, and honestly shocking. The way the front desk handled this situation was unacceptable. I left feeling completely disrespected and taken advantage of. I will not be back.
