The gym was also not super clean, which was little concerning for me. I get there's lots of gym traffic but I've seen other places that were better maintained IMO. The parking is a little wonky too but at least they have a lot down the hill that can support a decent amount of vehicles (this place is tucked away and a little hard to find)

Frank told me he would show me the hall, and when I arrived from 20 minutes away, he said "I'm not going over there to show you the hall in this rain absolutely not".
