I don't usually leave bad reviews, but my experience at Nail & Co. was beyond frustrating. After getting my nails done, one of them broke shortly after--not due to anything I did--and I tried to reach out for a fix or refund. I spent over a week trying to rebook an appointment. They kept pushing it back from Friday to Sunday, then to Monday, constantly rescheduling me. When I finally went in, they told me it had "been over a week" so it was too late to do anything about it--which felt incredibly unfair, especially since they were the ones pushing the appointment back. To make things worse, while I was sitting in the chair, the owner sat right next to my friend and started talking about me--loudly and unprofessionally. She was making comments about how I "wanted a refund" and how I "hated the way my nail broke." It was so uncomfortable and honestly, really immature behavior coming from someone running a business. I expected better treatment and customer service. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values professionalism or basic respect. read more

The Spa is clean. The technicians are professional and kind. The prices are very fair. It is nice to see several men getting pedicures and taking care of their grooming. Nothing is a faster "ick" than yucky feet, hard to recover from that. I am so happy to have found this place, moving from a big city. I like the service with Terry and the design look better Update: The person who did my nails called me after I left the review and they would re-do my nails. Which is something that I appreciate. I was excited to get my nails done in this place. Unfortunately, when they were doing the design on my nails, this person struggled to do it, and it took a while to draw the lines. I wasn't happy with the design, but I thought it wasn't a big deal. After four days, the gel on my nails started to peel off my nails. (I decided to get nails in gel with the Uv machine, and they promised me it was going to long last at least 15 days) It is unfortunate because the service was good, but I paid $70 for a manicure and pedicure that is already getting ruined. read more

Let me preface this review with a few things so you all know who I am and where I'm coming from: I have a background in cosmetology and skin care but I currently run my own commission based only solopreneurship, create content, and often model my products for listing photos and social media. I rarely go to the salon, especially not for anything I can do myself with my experience. The other day I was modeling one of my bracelets while streaming and just was flat out appalled at my own nail polish job. I wanted something different, and if I'm going to go to the salon for it, I'm going to get exactly what I want - not anything I can do myself. I walked into Nails & Co. Around 3pm Saturday afternoon and expected to have to wait a bit. To be totally honest, ALL salons in Palm Coast are about the same aside from price. I've never had an absolutely terrible experience at any of them, so picking Nails & Co. Was just pulling another name out of a hat. Reviews were about the same mixed nonsense. I waited for about 15 - 20 minutes and Terri took me over to her station and let me say what my thoughts were: 1. It's clean. The atmosphere is nice. Well organized. 2. WIDE SELECTION of polishes and services at a slightly cheaper than standard price. I was pleased they had Cats Eye Magnetic Gel Polishes because I love the look of them but have not seen them at other salons. 3. The techs seem happy and include clients in their conversation. Let's be honest, this means a lot when they have a shared language you don't understand. Everyone goes through that paranoia of thinking they're talking about you even if they're not. I did not feel that way there. 4. Minimal Dremel tool use / electric nail file. I hate when they use the Dremel (and that's exactly what it is, a Dremel tool) on your nail bed for everything. I don't go to the salon for full sets all the time and would come home feeling it for a few hours later. Teri listened to what I wanted and reproduced what I envisioned perfectly. I'm impressed with the quality of the full set, the thickness and sturdiness of the nail tips and acrylic overlay. It is my understanding that this salon is under new ownership as of recently and I ask if you're considering going here or have been before (over a year ago) and wasn't impressed, GIVE THEM A TRY. The pricing is more reasonable than other salons for the same service and quality. If you're someone who has brittle nails you might also appreciate that (Terri at least) doesn't rely heavily on the dremel which will help your nails heal between sets. I was impressed, very happy with the work on my brows and nails (quick, painless, gorgeous) and will definitely go back next time I have a nail identity crisis. read more

Amazing service and pleasant staff! I chose a color that was what I thought I wanted but that set ended up not being totally what I envisioned. I was willing to settle but they didn't let me leave unless I was completely happy with my set. They were so patient with me and redid my entire nail set. And the owner suggested a color for me which ended up being perfect for the look I wanted. The owner was very skilled at choosing the perfect colors for requested designs. There was a relaxing atmosphere as we enjoyed pedicures and I got a really wonderful ombré dip powder manicure from Tony. His wife (Sandy) gave my mom and manicure and pedicure and treated her with care and patience. Tony took his time perfecting my nails, knowing that I'm from out of town. well, I just moved here from California and I was giving my nails a brake for 6 months, so I decided to get my nails done again. I had a pedicure which was perfect $40. Then onto my nails. I asked for a pink and white French. Now mind you, they have a menu which clearly states pink and white full set $50. This is not my first rodeo! I have been getting my nails done for 30 years. when I walked up to pay he had charged me $70 for my nails. I thought your nuts. I have never ever payed 70 dollars for my nails unless they had all kinds of designs on them. I refused. showed them there menu and he tried to tell me it's because of the pandemic. then he said this is not California or New York and I said your right it would have been cheaper there. so long story short, I gave him $50 bucks and$40 and left. i'm not gonna be ripped off just because I moved here. and they think I don't know! And also, it's was my daughters birthday! it was supposed to be $45 for her toes and $10 for eyebrow wax. They charged her $70. I do not like dishonest people. I hope this helps make sure how much you gonna pay before your services, and always reflect back to their menu. read more

I arrived at this nail salon 50 minutes before there close time and me and my daughter both received pedicures along with eyebrow waxing. I also received a gel fill-in service from Teri and everything was done so perfect with such attention to detail. Everyone was efficient and I didn't feel rushed at all. Hubby and I come for basic pedicures. Hubby request Kat she does an excellent job and he's always pleased with pedi. She works on ingrown with no pain. I get whomever and I am pleased as well. Unless you want to overpay for service come in here. The owner must be poor because of her fees. $60 for a new set. Additional charges for paint, length, etc etc... she just kept adding till she received her desired amount. Place was empty. The girls who didn't have any customers sat by the front (inside) with their mask off chatting. The state will be notified. This is why the place had no customers. I feel bad for the nice people that work there. All the salons I have ever been to have never charged $60 (and it took an hour and a half) for a new set. I travel all over for work and that is not the normal price. The owner decides, off the cuff, what to charge. Must be why no customers. read more
