What ultimately brought me into the store for the first time was an amazing offer for a package for underarm laser hair removal. It was so great to see that they offered so many great deals and had many promotions. My first time going to the skin spa was back in the summer for my first session of laser with Olga. The facility is clean and well kept. The receptionist was extremely friendly and answered questions that I had. Then, I was taken into the back with Olga and she asked me a lot of questions and examined my under arms before she used the laser to ensure to put the laser on the correct setting for me. She was extremely knowledgeable. The laser barely hurt. I was very happy with the experience and have gone back a few times and the hair is almost already gone. Just a few days ago I went to the spa for a facial with Olga and once again I was not disappointed. They had a great variation of specials and deals in November so I got buy one get a facial 50% off. Olga took me in the back and asked me all about my skin and my own concerns. She gave me two options for a facial I could do that she recommended for my skin. She spoke to me throughout the facial and was so kind answering any skin related questions that I had. She told me about many of the products that they have there and I ended up buying something but nothing was forced upon me. I left there feeling so refreshed, glowing and happy. I had sustained an injury from working out, and was recommended by a friend to go to David. David took the time to explain to me what he would do, as well as take the time to have me go through various movements to test mobility. If you're expecting a typical "chain" massage place, rest assured that this is 100x better and more individualized. He used different release movements so that my mobility was restored in my shoulder and lower back and even added in a bit of Reiki at the end, which I had never had before. His approach was different than any massage I've ever had, but also the most effective. I walked out and felt like I could move in a way that I hadn't been able to in a week and a half since sustaining my injury. It was a natural high. I would definitely make it a point to stop by for another massage in the future, and found it well worth the drive. Now I have to make an excuse to see my family more just to get a massage!

David's massage was deep and effective (I'm a physical therapist and have a pet peeve about just being rubbed without it causing any actual change). I have been dealing with a cervical disc injury with symptoms down my arm as well as a forearm strain and he was able to work with both, increasing my comfort level while traveling that week significantly. It was also just deeply relaxing and wonderful. Monica quickly diagnosed my skin problem as over-drying (which is counter-intuitive when you're having a break out) due to a different skin care regimen I'd been on lately. She did extractions where I really wanted to see my skin look lighter and cleaner but didn't go crazy with it so my skin was left calm and smooth. The products she uses really helped re-balance my skin and restore that missing moisture.

I originally was supposed to do my eyelashes yesterday but something came up. She was nice enough to squeeze me into the schedule today before my photoshoot and it's honestly greatly appreciated! I can't wait to see how my eyebrows will look tomorrow. Today, I got the silk eyelashes w C-curl (90 pieces on each side). I chose the cat eye look for a more dramatic look. I also loved how they had us sign a couple of papers and had us read some of the terms and conditions prior to getting the eyelashes done because I found out that the glue had some latex in it. I'm allergic to latex but it's not to a point where a small amount is a huge concern. It's definitely important to let them know of any allergies you might possibly have before getting anything done to your face! Wouldn't that be considered fraud or malpractice, stating that you are a doctor and your not. She always talks over me without really listening to what i have to say. She only cares about the money. I blame myself for getting sucked into it. If you don't have money to spend she treats you like garbage. How is she still in business?? I had to go somewhere else and pay to have all the filler taken out. The other place told me the filler was "not placed right." One time I heard her arguing with her staff, it doesn't get any more unprofessional than that. She listed herself as a celebrity injector, I'm curious what celebrities she has injected. I mean just look at her social media- would you want that injecting your face. I can go on and on about this place and Jen but I wont, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
