The technicians are always professional and efficient. They always made me feel comfortable. The laser treatment itself isn't extremely painful, but it definitely does hurt in certain areas. I'm usually fine afterwards and can go about my day. Out of all 10 sessions, there was only one time that I had a really painful session and I was in pain for a few days afterwards. This was not with my regular technician and I informed them of what happened during my next session and they were very considerate. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and I would definitely return in the future!

Second, there are plenty of other places around that use the same lasers that know how to run a business. Their customer service is awful and they charge way too much. I have had countless appointments canceled with no notification. Literally one time I showed up to a sign on the door saying they closed early. I don't live close at all and sometimes need to Uber here.. so wtf? No notifications at all. I joined on a promo with a free service and they couldn't fit me in for 2 months so told me I lost the free service. I am not going to get all of my appointments in before the strict deadline because they never have availability so will need to go somewhere else after that offers unlimited and makes sure you get the right amount of treatments. I have been waiting for a year for a "manager" to call me back. I don't expect anything at this point. Save your money and go somewhere else!
