The first time, I asked for the services previously mentioned. We talked to Scott about the shortcomings of their service and they came back out and slightly redeemed themselves. We scheduled a second time about 6 months out and clarified again what services we needed: all services provided including blowing the leaves. My partner called them 4 days before the scheduled service (the service was scheduled on 10/11) and restated what we wanted to make sure they understood. Today I come home from my trip and there are large weeds all over my front yard that still haven't been pulled. The leaves aren't blown. Makes me wonder if the yard was even sprayed for weeds. For the record, the tech who came out to do our yard was texting me when he arrived for the service. We clarified that blowing the leaves, weed pulling, spraying etc were included. He told us that everything except the leaf blowing was. And YET here is my yard! Unbelievable. We have a party scheduled for Sunday and now have to either do the work ourselves or call someone else to do the work CORRECTLY. Scott was useless in regards to fixing this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
