An upstairs toilet decided he was going nuclear, spilling hundreds of gallons from a cracked tank. Nikki proactively pulled out her camera to document the event with video and then photos. She helped bail water and make sure the insurance process was going right. Once things settled down she got our cats set up in a room that wasn't damaged so the workers could work and found a temporary home for our dogs until we got back from our 3 day trip. All of this was quite stressful for us, but I swear she took the brunt of it. I don't know what we would have done without her.
