I found the broken PVC right where I instructed his worker to plant an agave fior me. When I told Isaiah's TFH Landscaping that his worker broke the sprinkler line, ISAIAHs said he would send the worker over to do the repair in a couple days which Isaias said was Tuesday, the worker never showed up. When I called him to say the worker never showed up he said he would come in a couple days and he personally will come and be there. Well Isaias never showed up. What's worse is he used to answer the phone on the first ring and was "always there for me" and even said "You know I am always here for you and I answer the phone". But after he didn't show up two times he wasn't answering the phone anymore .... ever. I left many, many messages telling Isaias I was disappointed that not only does he not show up to do the repair that his worker broke, but he deliberately is ghosting me for weeks. He sees from caller ID it is me calling for him to repair something he damaged (I sent pictures of the hacked irrigation pipe in the hole where the agave got blown outta there from the broken line), so he deliberately does not answer the phone ever again to BE THERE FOR MEEEEE, like he told me previously. That deserves 1 Yelp star. So you think I'm going to do business with him if he doesn't even answer the phone ever? Someone told me "because they don't get paid to repair their mistakes and have to take time out from already paying jobs to go to a job that doesn't pay. I never spoke to Isaias again because he didn't care to come back ad fix the broken pipe his worker hacked to pieces. That deserves 1 Yelp star don't you think? I have a new landscaper who has many solid 5 Yelp stars, and so far he has shown up every time I needed him, right on time, even when he squeezed me in. The project was delayed multiple times, measurements were done wrong, and the rock area was left unleveled. What made the experience worse was the communication throughout the process. When an issue came up regarding the color of the pavers that was recommended by our sales representative, he was unwilling to take accountability or work with us toward a reasonable solution. After pointing out all the issues, he told us he would contact his manager to see if they could provide a discount since the incorrect color of pavers had already been delivered and partially installed. After days of back-and-forth, he later informed us that they would not be pursuing that option after all. The inconsistency and lack of follow-through were very disappointing. James the sales agent became increasingly hostile and unprofessional. Instead of feeling like our concerns were being heard and addressed, we felt blamed for issues that should have been handled collaboratively. To their credit, the installation crew worked hard and completed much of the physical labor well. However their customer service and accountability was horrible. And the cleanup was immaculate -- you genuinely could not tell there'd been a crew tearing up the yard that morning. Communication was the best part. On their own, they saw it and fixed it. Two other standout items: There was a little notch in the backyard that the installers had missed and we simply told them, "Can you include this little notch?" and they put it right. Anthony even gave me a heads up on how the sun was reflecting off of one window and might melt the turf. He put a protection on the grass until I could get a screen on the window. Again, above and beyond. I've recommended them since this project was completed it in July 2026.
