And echoing the other reviewers the staff really is always so friendly and helpful! For example my bridesmaids dresses were on sale for only $15 each. And due to the wrap style and length not a single one needed to be altered. They are consistently having amazing sales where you can get super cute shoes, dresses, candles, and even hair products for around $10 or less. A few downsides are that they run out of things fairly quick and don't seem to restock but are also getting fresh new items in daily. I've also had a few things be damaged or tear but that is few and far between. Can't really say enough how much I love this place!

Every location of Francesca's is slightly different. They have the freedom to make each location unique, which is something I really enjoy. This particular location is rather small and tucked right in the middle of the mall at Easton Town Center. There is an entrance on both ends of the store and it tends to get rather packed and some sometimes hard to move around. Other than that, this location is great! They carry a large array of clothing, generally changing with the season. I went over the weekend and the spring clothes were out on display, very bright and airy! They also have tons of beautiful jewelry, handbags, and cute knick-knacks like coffee mugs, key chains, and notebooks. You can definitely find a gift here, no doubt! The staff at Francesca's can be hit or miss. They are either up your butt following you around, trying to "help." Or, they are pleasant, friendly, and give you space to browse and find something you like. Lucky for this location, they are more relaxed and I don't feel like I walked into a used car dealership. They are always happy to start a dressing room for me, grab different sizes if need be, and recommend accessories. They also tend to have deals like buy one get one fifty percent off. When you are offering 40 percent off the entire store, on a weekend, you must be proactive to take care of your customers. In a world of technology with hand held devices, there is no reason to have long lines. A manger can grab one of those handhelds and ring customers up. Today I needed a pair of pants ordered along with my purchase. While the associate was very sweet, no one in the store had a valid log in to order these for me online, so I could take advantage of the 40 percent off and free shipping. She basically told me come back later or order online and pay the $9 shipping. So, I arrive home and attempt to order online, use the chat function, and pants are full price plus shipping. No promo codes worked. I think this brand could offer some improved personal customer service. That is part of the reason I shop there, otherwise I could just go to Target.

Ladies get them before fall... they become hard to find in the mid fall. Since they were released recently I had no problem with the size and pattern I wanted. While there, I attempted to return a sweater purchased on line during a big sale. That was a final sale item so it was a no go... even for exchanging it. Makes sense... sad, but understood their policy. Then manager felt so bad that she couldn't don anything about the final sale. She let me know about other items that were on sale and 215 later I left with more stuff!!! I was so excited that the dress, shorts and shirt (plus two earrings) I had wanted for months was almost 60% off!!!! Now thats a bargain on items that ticket over 100 each.
