This location is fabulous! I must say, I had some weird intimidation of going in this store because I thought it would be too expensive & not a good fit for my style. But! Their staff is genuinely so laid back and kind. The home decor is lovely. And, I really enjoy some of their clothing items. I love Anthro! My style has changed the past two years from wearing all black to now boho chic with slight edge. So Anthro, Free People, Theory and Vince are the only labels primarily in my closet. Anthro is a bit pricey, however, the quality is worth it. At a certain age in a woman's life you gotta pay lol. I used to shop at UO in undergrad but Anthro reminds me more of a transition from college girl to career professional woman. I like that every store I've went to have the same vibe and eccentric feel. I like everything here from the handmade earrings, dresses, skincare and aromatic hand-wicked candles. I came here last weekend with no intentions to buy much but right when I walked in I saw a 20% off everything that's full priced and the sale item room was an additional 30% off. I racked up with some end of the season embroidered dresses and new fall season denim patchwork jacket. Like I said I usually stick to earthtone colors but Anthro is an exception. It seems to still stay within my comfort zone. The ladies that helped me in the dressing room were very helpful and the ladies at the cash register were super friendly as well. This is a different kind of review than I am used to writing. You may have noticed that they only sell ladies clothes within Anthropologie and I am a man! But, the five stars is for a whole different reason! As Adrienne was hunting for clothes I happened across a lovely lady named Emily who is the stores Home Stylist. I told her I was looking for a retro bar cabinet and she pointed me to exactly what I was looking for. I didn't even know they sold furniture here and Emily said that everyone she talks to says the same thing. We ended up getting two matching indigo bar cabinets right there on the spot since we were taken care of so nicely. The whole transaction was pleasant and I thought the two bar cabinets were very reasonably priced. If you haven't gone in for a furniture purchase then you should really check this place out for some super eclectic pieces. I absolutely love this store and I am happy to say that I recently had a fantastic experience! I had ordered a dress online for a special event. I was uncertain about the fit and wanted to try on a larger size. After speaking with customer service, they advised me to exchange the dress in-store and they would overnight the larger size. When I arrived at the Easton location, the employers surprised me with the fact that someone had just returned the exact size I wanted to try (yes, this was luck). However, the fantastic experience was provided by the people working. I took both dresses to the dressing room and contemplated the best size for me. Both had positives and negatives but I was in love with it so I had to have it. The lovely ladies working not only helped me zip the dress but they walked me through my decision and were so positive and polite, it truly made my day. Kate was the person who eventually got me to a decision and I cannot say how thankful I am for her kind words and positivity. I know that this store can seem intimidating to some, but take it from me that the people working here are truly there to help. Some other helpful information: -I often park in the Nordstrom parking lot as it's the easiest. -The store can often order you other sizes if what you want isn't there. -The clearance room can get pretty filled and it can be hard to sort through (especially when there are a lot of people in there) -Don't forget to check out the rack near the fitting rooms, this is typically where you can find those online exclusives (that have been returned) or items that are rare! read more

There is no real way for me to put my love for Anthropologie into words. If you are looking for a gift for me, this is the place to go. First, this store is a sanctuary in the muck that is Easton. Upon your first step in the store, you'll feel instantly relaxed. It's a gorgeous set up, with home decor on the right, clothing on the left, intimates in the back, and beauty/fragrances/accessories/jewelry splattered in between. The staff is very helpful without being obnoxious, which I appreciate. When I'm shopping, I neither want to be ignored nor stalked. I only wish I had more money because the items here are pricy. But I don't mind the expense. This is where I come to splurge. And when I still want my fix, they have a great sale section in the back left corner. read more

There are about "this" close to getting 5 stars. Where they just miss the mark is that their clothing, while very nice, often fits a bit off on me. Just the way they cut and design their things. But when it fits it is a winner!!! And they do have some very interesting and fashionable items - as well as some really odd stuff. But that's just me. It might send you to the moon and back. The store can be a bit confusing because things aren't really laid out in the typical manner. It's all artsy-ish with some dresses over here and then over there and the same with most of the clothing. Then there is the home wares stuff which can confuse you if you don't know this store's m.o. You can buy plates and bedspread and door knobs, etc. here as well. At least those things are always in the same spots and easy to find. But what is the coolest thing about this store? Their membership card/program? What is that you say? You don't get any points and it's not a charge card (at least I don't think you get any points). What you get is a way to keep track of all of your purchases. What's the big deal with that? It is awesome because if you want to return something and your receipt is lost - they have it!!!!! I returned a pair of jeans I never wore and decided I really didn't like and all they did was scan the sales tag and my card and BAM! got my refund. You don't even have to get a paper receipt if you don't want to. They will email it to you with this card program. And of course if they don't have an item in your size they will order it for you from the store and have it shipped to you sans shipping fee. Oh, I love this store. I cannot resist going in whenever I walk by. Not sure what it is, since I usually stick to greys/blacks and classic clothing, but I love so many things in this store! It's a good/bad thing that prices are sort of high - it restrains the buying. I make beeline for the sales rack, where I can usually find something to try on, if not to buy. I do splurge every once in a while, but it's rare. Sales people are friendly and not too pushy (who likes pushy?) and that's a big plus. read more

I placed an online order a week ago, got the email my product was ready for pickup and gave me a 24 hour window to pick it up in, with the option to call and have it put away for longer. I went 15 hours after receiving the email, somehow my order doesn't exist, they can't find it anywhere and told me I could order it online to ship in my house, but it would take 2 weeks. They had poor customer service and offered me no help or explanation. I've worked customer service and was disgusted by their team. read more

Anthropologie, you make my heart flutter. I adore this store! There is a great selection of home decor. Their kitchenware inspires me to channel my inner Betty Crocker, especially when I wear my cute apron. The clothes are amazing. Be warned, you'll want to buy everything in sight. The hefty price tags are the only thing stopping me. I like to come here for a seasonal splurge item. You have to dig a bit, but you can find some great deals in their sale section. Wear your game face when entering, it's a tight space to navigate. The staff is fantastic. They are always friendly and will help you find what you're looking for. Recently I went in to purchase a belt I had seen earlier in the month. The staff was able to track down the last one for me. Even if the clothes aren't your style, you have to appreciate their gorgeous window displays. Make sure to at least stroll by next time you are at Easton! read more

I have been to this store / location many times. I have never had an issue. I went in today because I ordered a gift and part of the gift is back ordered and may not arrive in time. They had some hat pom poms in stock at the Easton store so I went in to get one. The gentleman that helped me was AWESOME and very friendly. I am not sure if it was the store manager or another sales person that came over and without checking the situation asked me to move from behind the counter (the only place the Pom poms were located) and was EXTREMELY RUDE! Before I walked around to look at them I made sure it was ok. There was no need for that. I should have said something then but I was shocked. They were going through construction this past weekend but it didn't make too much of a difference. The clothing, accessories and home decor are so unique. They are on the pricey side but their sale items are usually affordable. The only downside was not being able to find a blouse, that's on their sale section on their website, in store. Also, noticed a blouse that was $19.95 on their website but in store it was $39.95. Guess, certain items are cheaper online and more expensive in store. Not the case for all items though. The shirt I bought was listed the same price as online. read more

Well, I went here because one of my co-workers told me that they are part of the same company as Urban Outfitters, and I didn't really want to drive all the way down to campus and navigate OSUland. I agree with previous reviewers that the layout is very spacious, airy, and pleasant. However, I was a little disappointed with the stock of home and kitchen items. There were a few different types of dishes, some candles, lotions, a couple of types of bedding, some sheets, and so forth. I was expecting more decor, more quilts, pillows, rugs, towels, etc. I did check out the sale room, but it was mostly clothes as well. It's a nice shop, with some good inspirations for decorating, but not so much for actually buying decor, housewares, or kitchenwares. read more

I've been shopping with Anthropologie for several years now, and typically their service is good. However, I recently made 2 online purchases, one day apart. The first purchase was delivered via USPS with no problem (as all my previous purchases), but the second purchase, a dress for a bridal shower, has yet to arrive. I placed the order July 5, and it is July 23. I have made 2 phone calls (and the customer service number wasn't easy to find), and I still don't have my package. They say they are waiting on the package that wasn't delivered to my address to return to their facility before reshipping. Wouldn't good customer service have them shipping out a new item immediately? They billed my credit card the $170 for my purchase, and the item still isn't here. Bad business, Anthro. read more

I visited early on a Sunday, the store was not super busy but several shoppers. Apparently they ask you if they can start a dressing room for you while shopping, I wasn't asked, so when I went to try on a couple of items all dressing rooms where already started for shoppers still looking. The rooms were all empty and as the shoppers came in they put them right in the room. I meanwhile stood and waited for approximately 20 minutes before I was finally shown to a room. I think they need to find a better way to handle their "start a dressing room". The next time I won't wait and they would've today been out a $300 sale!!!!! read more

not quite as nice as the one in my beloved chicago, but thank dog that there's one of these in this town! anthropologie is a great place for a style i like to call bo-bo hip (borgeious bohemian). they have clothes, accessories, home decor, books, stationary, more -- many are private label, and exclusive to Anthropologie and others are main stream brands like Joe's Jeans. this is a very fun place to shop, and the store atmosphere is positively inspirational if you are someone who likes home decor, and isn't afraid to experiment with styles and design. they often have sales (good mark downs) throughout the year, and the c-bus location has a separate sale room that is off to the left after the cash register area. read more

I returned an online pant purchase to your Easton Place in Columbus,OH today. I have never been treated so rudely in your stores! Chick behind the register was on the phone, made no eye contact with me or any acknowledgement of my presence. Eventually after about 3.5 minutes, she called someone else over who also clearly saw me standing there but had made no effort to greet or assist me. I THOUGHT she was being called over to help me with my return but no. She was told to go find a dress and proceeded to have a conversation with the rude chick in front of me. She stayed on the phone a bit more, then decided to put the call on hold and said 'Are you ready?' Honestly, after 20 years in retail management, I was about to go off on the way I was treated but decided that I just wasn't going to let her ruin what had been a great afternoon. She processed my return without a word then said 'Here you go.' As she handed me my receipt. I just turned to walk out and the other rude employee literally walks in front of me- no 'Excuse me' no 'Thank you' or 'Have a nice day'. I will NEVER shop in that store and understand why the store was absolutely empty. Some advice: fire them both and hire people who want to be there and engage with customers to build the brand in that market. read more
