Call Luxe Limo!!! We were referred to them by a friend and Luxe Limo did not disappoint! We utilized their services over the 4th of July holiday weekend to attend the NYCFC game against the Red Bulls. (NYCFC won)! We rented the Mercedes Sprinter for our lively group. Ask for Jacob...he was our driver to Yankee Stadium. Jacob was early for pick up, knowledgeable...knew the route and extremely professional. The ride up was smooth and timely. Luxe Limo went over and above on our return trip as well. Hit a snag at the stadium...due to security being upped for the holiday...after game activities were cancelled. Luxe Limo said, "No problem", when I called to ask them to come back for us much earlier than we originally contracted for. Imagine, the owner, Marc came out to get us! Now that is what I call service and with a big smile on his face no less! One in our group is disabled. Marc was very patient and helpful. Very accommodating. I recently used Luxe Limo for transportation to Newark airport. We scheduled a return pick-up from Newark, but due to a blizzard were delayed two days getting home, and needed to fly back into Laguardia Airport. The people at Luxe were beyond accommodating, and work with us to change our pick-up location with very little notice on my part. The driver, Marc, arrived promptly for our departure, and was waiting for us as soon as we landed at LGA. He was dressed very professionally in a suit, had a clean vehicle, which had a pleasant smell, along with bottles of water for the trip. His driving was exceptional and he traveled the icy roads with caution, which is always appreciated. We have used other local limo services, for the same cost, and non came close to the quality of service Luxe provided. I will certainly be using them for all of our transportation needs in the future and HIGHLY recommend anyone to do the same. If you are looking for transportation look no further! This was the 1st time I searched for a company on Yelp based on the reviews and the service provided by Luxe limo was spot on to the reviews. We took a family trip to New York eight of us including 2 toddlers. We flew into Newark and stayed at The Marriott in Time Square. Our professional chauffeur for our trip was Marc Zee. He was fabulous I requested a car seat and it was strapped in ready to go when we got in. He came 15 min early and contacted me the second the plane had landed. I called him back as soon as we got our luggage and he was waiting at the terminal doors to pick us up. He helped us with all the luggage and the the Mercedes bus was roomy and clean. It was very comfortable to travel in. He was very friendly and helpful witch took off the stress of traveling with 8 people. Excellent customer service, reliable and professional. After pricing a few different limo services, I found Luxe Limo on Facebook. Always the skeptic, I rarely do this without some type of reference from someone. Mark was so accommodating to my thousand and one questions and my requests for a "safe" driver, and one with somewhat of a sense of humor, for our girls day in Atlantic City to celebrate a 55th birthday. From the minute he pulled in the driveway, Rich was "one of us", even though after many bottles of wine, he was being called "Bill", he still maintained his professionalism and sense of humor. I first used Luxe for transportation to Newark airport, and it could not have gone more smoothly. We did a round-trip flight in one day. Marc arrived early in an immaculate vehicle and was friendly and accommodating. The price was reasonable and well worth it because of the quality of service and attention to detail. I also used Luxe for a trip to New York City on 2/20. Our driver, Frank, was personable, attentive and clearly experienced in navigating the city. I booked Luxe Limo to bring my elderly parents to Long Island for Thanksgiving. It was a wonderful experience. Mark, the driver was the ultimate professional. He called the evening before to coordinate the pickup for my parents. His vehicle was immaculate and very comfortable. He catered to the passengers special needs and was understanding during a bathroom stop along the way. He could not have been nicer. He's punctual, courteous, meticulously dressed and extremely accommodating...We used him to drive my son and future daughter-in-law from their respective homes to the reception hall; then he was tasked to shuttle guests from the hotel where they were staying to the reception hall and back again at the end of the night!! By far one of the best limo service companies in NJ. We have been using LUXE for over 2 years now for all our airport traveling to JFK and EWR. Every time we make a reservation over the phone or via text, they promptly follow up with an email confirmation.
