Had an excellent experience from start to finish. Made an appt same day for a 60 min relaxation massage. Didn't have to wait long. I was offered drinks and asked to sit down and relax. Very nice welcoming. Locker room area was nice and clean. There was a sauna I tried which was nice. Small but good. Michelle greeted me and was very friendly. Started with a foot soaked. I actually thought that was just ok. I could have done without it. Then the actual massage was excellent. I would request Michele again. I have been going back and forth with wanting to write a review because of how nice the workers were. I was there last weekend. Everything was amazing except for how my nails turned out. The girls were super friendly and sweet. I should have returned as soon as I looked closer at my nails but I already felt like I was a bother (they scheduled me for regular polish instead of gel so I figured maybe it was rushed. Plus she asked if I liked the color of my polish before she cured it. I actually did not and she was kind enough to offer a different color). So I feel I shouldn't complain but my friend saw my nails and told me I should at least write a review since it was a costly services. The picture was taken minutes after I left. The other foot has a dent in the second toe, too. It looks like the bottle was running low, too, so maybe that's why it looks streaky. read more

Horrible & over priced. Terrible experience. I was charged $467 for a color correction by Gina & was left with a head full of malibu treatments & a whack job of a hair cut. I was not even shown the back of my hair but soon realized why when I came home. I left unhappy, I did not tip & immediately contacted another hair dresser for a consult. Since going somewhere else for the last half of a year, I am pleased with my results! I do not recommend this place & so also do not recommend going to a hair dresser who needs a better education on the color wheel & formulas. Save your money & your hair. read more

They were very accommodating as I had to travel from PA to get a wax. Hannah was fabulous, my eyebrows look great, and she was easy to talk to. That's important, especially when getting a Brazilian at a new place. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they charged an additional "covid" fee which I didn't necessarily agree with, and she missed a few spots on the Brazilian. I wish I could give allure a 0 star review. My mom bought me a fiftcaes for my birthday. It happened to be lost in storage for years. I just recently found it. I've been off work hurt since feb and it's not may so I had been paying for many massages to try and get better. I'm not getting my full normal pay being off work for so long. Well I decided hey I use to work 70 hr weeks so I'll get 3 services done since I had a 73 dollar giftcard. Well the day I got the 3 services done last month the desk lady said it didnt work and I was super confused. I was like it was in storage for yesrs and I called you to make sure it would work before making all 3 apts and sue said yes. Then she said my mom used it!?!?! So I was like why would my mom use my birthday gift card!? And she said girls use to be able to use the credit of the computer without the actual card copy. Then I asked the owner nicely for help and he blew me off. They both laughed at me and called me names. So then I left a bad review on the Facebook page after waiting to see if he would resolve the issue and never did. Him and sue the secretary lady swore at me and mocked me and laughed and called me names. So I was like fine I'll bring my moms payroll in. The owner called me 3 times on restricted after calling 3 times fool the salon late at night at like 9pm. So unprofessional again while I'm in bed crying from my neck pain ans crying after sue was so cruel to me and kept lieing and said u now need the physical gift card and when the owner called me on resteictwe right away he slandered me, laughed at me, called me names and said if I ever leave a bad review again he will get an attorney to take me to court. That's cool. So you threaten people who dont leave 5 star reviews. So my mom goes in a few weeks later on a wed when hes there and sue called my mom crazy, Tony the owner laughed and they all bullied my mom and said her payroll stub was fake. They called her names for atleast and hour. Idk the third girls name but figuring it out. He said hed write my mom a check for the 73 dollar giftcard she never used because she truely was at work. He still hasnt paid us back so now we have to take this further. I dont appreciate being bullied and mocked when I have spent 1000s since 2013 and use to brag about the place and bring in alot of customers. Now he wont pay us back and said were never allowed in the salon even though I'd never want to come back now. I've never been treated so horrifically terrible for something I didnt so wrong before! I even showed my friend who is a cop and said that is theft to give a bad giftcard and he cant threaten or harass me or my family. Anthony fini and sue spotleson fithian are very cruel as well as the third girl standing behind them when my mom went there to stand up for herself. I've never been bullied so bad for something I didn't do wrong for weeks when he should have fixed the problem in a day and kindly. For someone who owns more than one salon. He rather lose an amazing customer and not pay 73 for the bad giftcard and take me to court doe a bad review then let me spend thousands more in the salon. That's such bad business. To treat your customers and let your employees name call too....just wow. I wont hold my breath on getting the 73 dollar check in the mail. Never go to allure spa in boardman. P.s. yes some of the workers are as sweet as can be and talented but the owner over charges and doesnt fix things well. An ex employee told me he didnt fix soemthing for 5 years and still hasnt. And this is when 6 to 8 employees all left at the same time. Lol. No one wants to work for a mean and greedy person. read more

The ladies at Allure Spa and Salon were so amazing! My wedding was in May 2018 and they were so accommodating as I planned the big day from out of town. Gina did my hair and it looked beautiful!! She listened to my requests and needs and even purchased new tools to make sure my curls were flawless! She also did my cut and color leading up to that day and it was perfect!!! She is truly a talented colorist! We had a large group of women and everyone looked so beautiful! They had mimosas, coffee and food which was delicious. Thank you Gina and the Allure team! read more
