There are a lot of nail technicians, as this place seems to have a quite steady business. I was able to get in as a walk-in on a weekday around lunch. My pedicure was very relaxing. I got one of the more deluxe packages, which came with a hot stone massage and a hot wax treatment. The prices seem quite reasonable, especially for the quality of services offered. I paid in cash and left a cash tip. The salon looked clean and they have nice, functional massage chairs. I would definitely come back.

They had a lot of polish choices in gel, dip, and regular polish. I got a mani pedi and I got to pick the scent for my pedicure which was a nice little upgrade! The honey pearl smelled amazing- highly reccomend. Quinine helped me out and she did an amazing job and was super friendly. I was able to get an appt same day and will definitely be back. I have been coming to this salon periodically for years. I'm definitely not a regular and I know…read morethat I'll usually have to wait at least 20 minutes even if I have an appt. I went recently because I'd been growing my real nails out and wanted them professionally filed and to have gel put on. After waiting 25 minutes even with an appt, I asked the woman (her station is to the right of yen) if she could file my nails down a bit and to shape them up a bit. She spent maybe 2 minutes on filing my nails that ended up looking exactly as they did before. When I asked her if she could make them shorter she started rolling her eyes and sighing exaggeratedly as if I'd asked her a ridiculous request. She was very short and rude with me and started asking me to tell her which nails were too long and then very aggressively started filing my nails which resulted in her cutting me multiple times. She only refiled a few of my nails which I then had to ask her to file the rest so they all matched or else they would have looked ridiculously uneven. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable to the point I wanted to leave. I even apologized multiple times for asking her to file more and thanked her multiple times for making them shorter which she completely ignored. She didn't even have me rinse off my nails so when she immediately went into painting the gel on, my nails had dust and grim all over them still. My nails didn't even come out looking great, the gel is uneven and there were spots that I had to refile. She only talked to me when she was done and pretended to be nice so I would tip her, which I was going to do anyways because I'm not an asshole. She then charged me $40 instead of $35 which I was told over then phone by yen that that's how much gel manicures were. Yen was also sitting next to us the whole time and did not say anything even though she could hear and see how her coworker was treating me. This was overall a horrible experience and I will not be returning to a salon that treats customers so disrespectfully and then on top of everything up charges them.

The attendant my husband had was NOT, unfortunately. She clearly had an attitude and scratched his legs so hard that it was painful. Also, clipped his toe nail so close that it pinched his skin. (He jumped.) WOW!! We may need to find another nail salon.
