I arrived too business around 10:02am I asked for full set was quickly seated the business wasn't packed around that time that I do considered too be peaceful and the lady got straight down too working on my nails she took her time didn't rushed through. She basically knew from the picture what I wanted got the correct color and everything, She didn't hurt my hands or be rough or rushing through like most nail techs would do if I came later in which I was grateful about. No complaints on my end the front desk do take cash if you don't have card plus they only charged me 45.00$ for entire nails set in which I appreciate I would be coming back anytime thanks again for beautiful service you all made my day and made me feel at ease yesterday!! read more

The nail tech who did my nails did a horrible job. The acrylic overlay was so bumpy, uneven and not very smooth at all. My fingers looked crooked for a month. I had to go to another salon to get help with fixing them. They did do a good job giving me a pedicure though read more

Needed a quick eyebrow clean up and this was the only place that would allow me to walk in without a long wait on a Friday morning. The setup was very nice and the girl who did my brows and chin was nice enough. However, there were two issues, the first one being she used the same stick in the wax over and over which we know is a health hazard. I wasn't paying attention at first and by the time I opened my eyes and realized it she was on to my chin. Second problem, I got my eyebrows done and a chin wax and was charged $35. I wasn't paying attention at the time of payment bc I was in a rush so I just handed her $40 and left. It wasn't until I got home that I wondered how that price came about since eyebrows are $13 and chin is $10 "and up" but unless I was charged $22 dollars for a chin wax (which I've never heard of at a nail salon) then I was ripped off. Good morning let's get into my experience at Hollywood nails, spa. Saturday was about the 3rd time going but my final. (My second time going was for a wedding, the woman doing my petty recommended me get a fake toe nail on both of my big toe nail. Keep in mind my toe nails were very healthy no enhancements needed she forced the fake toenail on me. The woman was adamant about the fake toenail it's going to look better you're going to a wedding. Looking back now I realized it was more about the money not my best interest! I was charged 10 dollars for each nail. My total services came to about 160 for a gel mani with design,pedi with two fake toe nails, eyebrow wax. The environment was kinda rushed because they were trying to get people done face the pedi which should have been a relaxing one was rushed. I was not happy, decided I would never return. This business services predominately Africa Americas yet the treat them awful. The conversation is blatantly rude, nasty!!!!! I was taken aback this past Saturday as I walked in I was greeted by the owner. I was indecisive about what services I wanted to get. The owner yelled out you need to decide what you want now so we can get it started. (Usually I would have walked out but I had somewhere to go) I usually go to Philly to get my services the prices are the old school prices. I then rushed to think about what I wanted, was immediately seated. The nail tech was a man who began my services he too was very rude and aggressive. I then said to him hold up y'all are a bit aggressive! I am a customer the attitudes are unwarranted. The nail tech and owner began to speak in either mandarin , katanas to one another. I sat there regretting my decision to stay for the service. I said to myself I was going to get the nails done and wait on my feet. Half way through the nails the manager stopped the tech from finishing the nails and sat me down for the pedicure. I was like smh let's just roll with it. The manager goes I'll start your pedi still rude then looked at my toe nails then I explained about my toenail experience from the fake nail. I explained to the owner I went to the doctor after his employee working to the right of us recommended a fake nail on a healthy toe nail that required me to go to the doctor. I explained to the owner the fake nail I thought to be a fungus turned out to be trauma to my Nail bed. I was unable to get my nails done most of the summer due to my entire nail falling off from the fake nail. The owner who had been so rude the entire morning suddenly became very pleasant! The owner then explained he does not recommend fake toe nails to people who have heathy toe nails however you allow your staff to recommend toenails to people with healthy toenails. the pedicure I received from one of the other staff members was OK however I would never recommend this place again. They treat African-Americans very poorly, considering they are the majority who patronizeHollywood nails. 10 out of 10 will not recommend if you wanna go spend almost $200 for mid service rude owners and staff go to Hollywood nails I wouldn't recommend it. read more

My nails are perfect, but the manicure is not worth the price....a different woman did my pedicure. It was awful and she did not speak English, so after a point I just said forget it...To their credit, they did offer to correct what I was unhappy with, but if you can't see that this is a poor polish job, you probably shouldn't be in business. I was just ready to leave. $75 and you get no hand massage...no foot massage...no hot towels...Although the woman who did my nails and brows was very nice and did a good job. I will NEVER be back. Too expensive for what you get. And to top it off the woman who did my pedicure...got up took my shoes and threw them in a bin with a bunch of their disposable flip flops. Another customer told me where my shoes were when I was looking for them...do better Hollywood Nails!!! read more

Just moved to the area and was searching for a nail salon for an acrylic refill and pedicure. This salon had good reviews on another site, so I decided to give them a try. I'm really happy with my results! I got a cut down and gel nail color on my nails, and they look great. The tech really paid attention to detail. Another woman did my pedicure and she also did a good job, and it was very relaxing, too. I went on a Saturday without an appointment - my wait was about 20 minutes, which isn't too bad for the middle of the day on a weekend. The salon is really clean with a nice setup, and I could see they sanitized all their tools. I was greeted immediately when I came in and all the staff was nice. They accept credit cards and you can also tip on your card, as well. read more

It's safe to say no matter the technician you're assigned to, you'll receive great work. They do an excellent job. Although they are slow. Two to three hours for a basic (gel) refill and (gel) pedi with no frills is a long time. Delaware nails salons are higher then Pennsylvania over all but this salon is exceptionally high. read more

They refused to paint my fingernails with regular polish. They ONLY let you get gel or dip on your fingernails so that's why my toes have color but my fingers don't. ON TOO OF ALL THAT - the prices are OVERLY priced! A simple dip powder nail removal and toes polish totaled $73!!!???. "Covid prices" should not be THAT expensive for dip powder removal. They will most certainly NOT be getting our business anymore!!!! read more

I drive from Philadelphia pa to get my nails and feet done. Kim is the only person who can do my feet properly because I am diabetic.

I've been going to this nail salon for 3 years every time I come I spend well over $200 and tip over $60 I had the worst experience of my life today when Janet did my nails the wrong shape and said that I was the one who told her I wanted that shape which was not true after I walked up to trinity and quietly started to explain lain the experience Janet walked up to me yelling and screaming and saying that I was a liar !!! It was very unprofessional not to mention my lashes have went bald due to them using hair weave binding glue on them I will not be going back here at all ever again vinny is great but the experience was so bad I don't even want to come back to get my nails done by him which is very sad I will be trying a new suburban nail salon because unfortunately they have adapted and gained the attitude of the area that they are surrounded by. I wouldn't say I don't recommend this place but I'm sharing my experience so stick with the nail tech you have because all of them treat people differently and not equally . read more

Terrible, took 2 hours for what in my regular salon takes 1. NOT RELAXING AT ALL!!!! Wired alarms going off constantly & tv volume up to like 50. Only went there to kill time while waiting for my car to get serviced. Paid for gel manicure & worst I've ever got. Cuticles look horrendous and did I mention it took OVER 2hours!!! Wouldn't leave poor review if I wasn't sooooooooooooo unhappy. Should've just waited to go to my regs......live & learn, cheaper, better job, stellar customer service & oh did I mention half the time!!! Would not recommend read more
