Not happy with the service today. It's obviously very commercial and the 1st person doing my nails knew nothing about doing nails, the manager was great and gave me another person who had to redone the crappy job from the 1st nail tech. The pedi was fine with cold water and I was told they ran out of hot water. Smh.... Seems I will have to make the long drive to Delray Beach until I find a decent place near by that is not about how many customers they have but more about quality of nail care. These are my real nails and it's taken me a long time to finally get them long an d strong.

I requested a pedicure, they got back to me fairly quick. The parking is in the plaza so there's plenty of parking. The salon is really clean, everyone was very nice. They had a few options to choose from with various prices. I forgot to get the name of my tech but she was very careful, and took her time cleaning up my cuticles without cutting my skin. I had broken a toe nail and she made them look great! 10/10 service and quality. The price for my package was $65 which is not the cheapest option they have but I wanted to treat myself, it was totally worth it my skin was super soft!

Been doing my mani/pedi here for years. Ava is my technician and she's just wonderful. I love her! Very attentive to detail and I always leave there very happy with my paws and claws. Very clean salon and they have a very convenient online appointment booking system. Prices are great considering the type of service you're getting. I am NEVER disappointed. I have also had Courtney and Sherry do my manicures on days where Ava has been out and she's also fantastic. I have natural nails BTW and my nails leave there looking as good as gels. Great salon 100%!

Very clean and neat salon. I called in and was able to book a full set reservation, as soon as in 30 minutes. When I got there, Courtney was waiting for me and immediately got to work. she showed me all the colors they had, and I showed her a picture and she matched it exactly. It was my frist time trying this shape and length, but she made sure to keep asking if I liked it and was comfortable. She explained everything she was doing, she was very gentle and neat.

My nails are so short, my middle nail is bleeding.

I'm only giving 2 stars because my past few experiences have been amazing! Today I went in for dip powder nails. My normal nail tech was out, so I was sat with Andy. THE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! He kept filing my nails crooked. When I would try to show him, he would aggressively grab my wrist and file harder. My nails are now so short they're bleeding. On top of it, I still had to pay full price for my nails. If you come here, make sure you get anyone else. Andy/Anthony is awful and should not be working in this business.

This nail salon has become my new favorite place to get my nails done!! I always have a good experience and the techniques are so great! I really recommend seeing Cece!! Not only is she adorable and so sweet, but a great technician!! She really takes her time and makes sure that the nails are amazing when finished. You can tell she is passionate about her work and enjoys what she is doing. She even gave me a great hand massage. Love seeing her and when I am in a place to splurge on getting my nails done, this place doesn't disappoint!! Super happy with my experience:)

This location is near my home, and I went in for a second time to get a Pedicure/Manicure on 1/12/2024. Subsequently, i went home to shower and noticed my chrome underneath my gel had completely rubbed off! I was originally seen by an elder woman named Ava. It started out O-K until the tech got lost in translation and began to add more coats of polish than required which caused my nails to raise at the tip of my nail, creating a ball like point. When I presented to her the error, she told me it was supposed to happen. lol. No way! She removed all layers of polish (at least 7) with her drill gun and nail buffer, and caused my cuticle bed to become sore! Some other tech had to finish the job, for which i left and returned to this location on 1/13/2024, LITERALLY THE NEXT DAY! Due to the chrome and gel peeling, AGAIN! I write this review on 1/20/2024 -- exactly a week from the day my nails was re-did. As a Man i get my nails done every two weeks, and have gotten this design prior at a different nail spa and have never experienced this. Must be old products or near inexpensive. I'm not going back and i don't recommend this place. Not even for a polish change.

New to the area and NEEDED a fill and pedicure badly! After being 45 minutes away from my 12 year nail spot, I had to search for a new place :( I made an appointment for 6:30 on a Friday, 2 days in advance. I only waited 10 minutes for my nail tech to come to the pedicure side and start on me. I got Ken. He was quiet at first but lightened up. I'm a talker so luckily we didn't sit in silence. Overall experience, I will come back. My total came to $78 which is what I usually pay give or take.

My boyfriend and I got mani-pedi's together here and it was a great experience. It took about 1.5 hours. Ben and Kim did our nails efficiently and were gentle with the cuticles. I've had the issue where when getting my nails done the person would leave a space without polish at the corners of my nails, but Ben was very precise. I love how my gel nails turned out and my boyfriend enjoyed getting the paraffin wax treatment. Kim made nice conversation and gave us some good local Vietnamese restaurant recommendations. Update: My boyfriend got an infection on his finger nail after getting a manicure here. A few days after we got manicures here, his index finger began to swell with pus and became painful around his cuticle. He's never had this kind of reaction on his fingernail before until after this manicure. He went to urgent care, doctor confirmed there was an infection and it was causing pus to accumulate around the finger nail and that's why it was painful. They injected him with anesthesia and drained the pus, prescribed him antibiotics. It's unfortunate because we had a good experience while there but we're both pretty grossed out and definitely not coming back here again.

After two weeks. My dip powder nails are still looking great!

Update April 21: The salon has gotten a face lift and looks much more inviting! It's a spacious and calming space than before. There's an entire room for pedicures and another room for manicures. The staff are friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is completely different and I'm so happy to be back. I love getting the Dip manicure and their color selection is vast. Everyone is practicing social distancing and they take your temperature upon entry.

I was in town for vacation and decided to locate a place for pedicure. Tam was my pedicurist. I called at 9 AM and made appointment for 12:30. They were ready for me as soon as I entered. Tam did a great job and took her time making sure I enjoyed my service. The massage chair had a ton of settings and that was super nice.

Doug is an amazing nail tech! I always schedule my appointments with him. Today I got a sport pedicure and it was fantastic as usual. This spa is very clean and hygienic. The pedicure chairs are quite comfortable with built in massage. It was busy being a Saturday, but it didn't feel crowded or overwhelming. I bring my own polish but they do have a huge selection to choose from. Doug is great at shaping my nails and cleaning up my cuticles. I am ticklish so he always laughs and holds on tight when scrubbing the bottom of my feet. I definitely recommend this nail spa and will be back soon.

We are very pleased with Luxe Nail Spa! We were able to walk in & get serviced almost immediately. The receptionist was very nice and made sure to let us know that everyone in the salon was well trained to do a great job on hands & feet! My service was performed by Dan. I got a gel pedicure and dip powder on my nails. He was very gentle, he took his time & didn't miss any details! Thanks, Dan Kim performed a gel manicure on my man and we were very pleased with the results. His nails haven't looked as good as they do now in a long time!! I came here for the first time today. I was happy to see everyone wearing masks, being asked to wash my hands, and use hand sanitizer. I got a no chip manicure and it came out great. I like how my technician ( I think his name is Kevin) checked his work as he painted. My polish is even and I am very happy with the quality. The place looks a little unfinished and could use some decoration like not having displays of polish so close to the floor. I also wish I was given more colors to choose from. read more

This place has new owners and it is rude. Nail tech Jeanie has no eye for dip nails. Every nail goes in a different direction and none cut evenly. when I point it out, she rudely says, do not touch. I am not finished. rush, rush, and pay. When I complained I was told, we are not redoing. very unprofessional. With newly redecorated salon, one would think they would be happy with a client who has been going there for 5 years. THIS IS A VERY BAD BUSINESS AND EXTRMELY ASIAN RUDE! Do not waste your money. I went here with my husband while on vacation here in Florida. The reviews online were good, so we booked appts for 2 pedicures. I booked my appt with Tam, as she was mentioned multiple times in the reviews I read. My husband had his pedicure with Sherry, as Courtney wasn't available at the time we wanted to make an appt. The salon was clean and well kept. The chairs were comfy, and we were able to relax. I asked Tam to only push my cuticles back, as I never like them to be cut, and she did a great job. I was very happy with my pedicure, and my husband was pleased as well. We would definitely return here the next time we are visiting Florida. read more

Overall wasn't a bad job but I fee the prices were higher than some of the other places. We chose the mud package which they smear some mud on your legs while working your feet. This was $52 for the pedicure and a additional $20 for clear gel nail polish. A bit too much all in. read more

I went in today for a pedicure and dip for my nails. I regularly get the Nexgen powder at another salon, but this salon is closer to my house. I noticed the nail technician was getting ready to say she was done with my nails and they were still fairly bumpy and not smooth at all. She told me that the reason my nails weren't smooth was because my nails naturally have a hump in them. Now someone who's never had dip powder before might have settled for that. However, I know for a fact that there's a particular way the nails have to be buffed. My nails looked as if a 5 year old painted them. Upon noticing the fiasco, the owner walked over and began showing her the proper way to complete the service. She left while he was still fixing her mistake, which I thought was completely unprofessional seeing as how I was originally her patron. Had the owner not saved the day, this review would look a lot different! Fortunately, he is well aware of the importance of great customer service and making sure the customer is satisfied. That's why I gave this place 4 stars. I walked out with beautiful nails. If you decide to visit this place do not be afraid to speak up if your service is unsatisfactory. I don't think everyone here is as competent as the owner. read more

After having a terrible experience at another nail salon nearby, I was hesitant on trying any other salon in the area - I'm glad I did! Ken was my nail technician; he's extremely nice and patient. My pedicures are always relaxing and professionally done (Sport Pedicure). I prefer dip nails and am extremely picky with shaping and thickness of my nails. Ken does an amazing job in making sure they look natural as possible. The salon itself is always busy but never seems hectic. Clean, organized and beautifully decorated. The receptionist is extremely nice and welcoming. read more

Every single time I've gone to this place I've had a good experience. The regular pedicures do not chip for WEEKS! Like I grow then out more than they chip. Got a gel manicure done by Doug and was so extremely pleased. Not expensive. Nothing fancy. Literally the best spot, can't recommend it enough. read more

3 of us went for mani/pedis, two of the employees did an average rushed job b/c my cuticles weren't cut and left nail polish underneath my nail so my nail was stuck to my skin. However, Kim did an amazing job and paid attention to detail. Spent around $300 and I'm not sure it was worth it. read more

Good service, nice place, Poot quality work. I've given this numerous of tries. Every time I get my nails done within a week the nail either breaks or chips whether I get acrylic or gel polish never fails. I hate having to keep going back in a week to get my mail repaired when I'm paying $40+ to get them done. read more

I've been searching for my home nail salon. Thought I found it with Luxe nails. Upon my 1st visit the expanded special pedicure was very nice. 2nd visit unfortunately had that experience that I thought we were over by now. I was asked if I wanted to to upgrade my mani/Pedi, I pondered for a second after getting the prices and decided not today. As Jenny, my tech, was preparing to service, Jenny makes a comment to her coworker who immediately looks at me. Too many of us have had that experience & it is a common commentary how uncomfortable is for some customers when coworkers are talking in their own language and then the coworker looks right at you which only logically indicates a comment was made about you - good or bad - very uncomfortable & so unnecessary and I gather it was because I chose not to upgrade. 2. My manicure lasted 3 days before it started chipping. 3. Online appointment setting is not functional. On to the next place that will hopefully be more educated and respectful. read more

This is a very late post - I started it after my last appointment, shortly after that I started staying in Davie with my boyfriend. SEPT - Jami was awesome - great gel mani - pedi and a relaxing experience. It was nice to go somewhere that people were not conversing non stop in a foreign language - it's that awkward feeling of "are they talking about me" ???? The manicure lasted 2 weeks, which is longer than my normal, as I've some tough nails to work on and I use my hands often Great experience and definitely recommend!! read more

When I walked in, I told the receptionist that I needed a Gel-X refill and a pedicure. She looked at my nails, immediately started typing on her phone, and then came back and told me that my refill would be $110 and my pedicure would be $50. While I thought the prices seemed unusually high, I agreed to the services. What surprised me even more was being told that I had to pay the full $167 upfront before any services were performed. In all my years of getting my nails done, I have never been required to prepay for a refill and pedicure. I also did not notice any other customers being asked to pay upfront, which made me feel singled out. What made the pricing even more confusing is that I regularly get nail designs, artwork, and other add-on services, and I have never paid anywhere near $167 for a refill and pedicure--even with those extras included. This visit was simply a refill and pedicure, yet it ended up being the most I have ever been charged. To be clear, the nail technician who worked on me was very kind, professional, and did a good job. I have no complaints about her whatsoever. In fact, I felt bad that I wasn't able to leave the tip I normally would have. I am a generous tipper and always make a point to show appreciation for good service, but after paying such an unexpectedly high amount upfront, I simply didn't feel comfortable spending even more. My issue is with the way I was treated as a customer. The unusually high pricing, combined with the requirement to pay upfront when others seemingly were not asked to do the same, left me feeling embarrassed, humiliated, and as though I was being treated differently. Whether that was the intention or not, that was my experience. Because of how uncomfortable I felt, I will not be returning. The wors!!

I have a lot of hair, so I'm really lazy and never do my hair myself, so I got the package that you get 2 blow dries a month AND a treatment!!! I think it's like $65 a month, super worth it!!!!! So when I go there I just tip!! I usually go with Janelle or Jasmine, but I have gotten it done with Christina before and she's also really good! I absolutely LOVE this place. Ignore all the bad reviews- those people are just bitter and don't know what they want. This is the truth: I moved to Pompano over a year ago, and discovered this Nail Spa, and everyone there was very friendly, helpful, attentive, and talented! I just walked in and sat with whoever I was assigned to, and was Never disappointed! I never had an appointment, and was seated within a timely manner. I became a regular, and due to my nails being very long and I wanted specific nail designs, I was assigned to Jenny. I assume I was assigned to her because she was the best with long nails. I LOVE Jenny! I go to her now all the time, every two weeks. A few months ago, I moved to Ft Lauderdale, and I have been shopping around to all the local nail salons and NONE even come close to comparison. I've yet to find a nail tech in Ft Laud who is as talented as Jenny. My nails are shorter now, a nice almond shape and more simple design, but I still go to my girl Jenny. She's the best! I had my nails done here yesterday after searching Yelp for the best nail salon. I am VERY particular about my nails and will drive as far as I have to to get them done right. My girlfriend comes here religiously so I decided to try it out. (I almost went to Luxe Nails on Hillsboro in Deerfield by accident, but realized that it is not the original Luxe Nails Spa, it's a newer spot that used the same name for some reason). I like skinny nails and the coffin shape, but it's very hard to find a nail salon that is experienced and versatile with different shapes and designs. I made an appointment and had my nails and pedicure done the same day. Needless to say, I am very impressed! I can't stop looking at my nails and my feet are soft like butter! This place is really upscale and not your typical nail salon. Everyone was so friendly and patient. I didn't feel rushed with my many requests since I'm a perfectionist. I have been looking for a good nail place once I moved to this area and I could not find one. This place was recommended to me by a friend and I can't believe I didn't go sooner. Relaxing, comfortable, and clean. I had coffin nails done in Embrace the Gray by O.P.I. brand and my nail technician was Erika. Everything was perfect besides my nails did bleed a little around the cuticle but I don't think that was Erika's fault my nails are just sensitive as hell. And the price was only 35! With tip, my total was 45$ and I'm used to paying somewhere around 65-70 for good acrylic nails. That was definitely a fantastic surprise. For how she did on my nails, they should be asking for more honestly. The nails were perfect and lasted around 3 weeks (and there was no chipping! I work with kids so how the hell did I manage that?? idk, maybe Erika is just that good.) before I had to go in for a fill. I have been coming to this salon now for over a year. Everyone there is professional and go out of their way to provide great services. While I was there today, a new customer came in around 5:30-6pm and inquired about services. She was told that unfortunately the shop closes at 7pm and that there were not any nail techs available as they were all booked. She was greeted immediately upon entering and informed in a polite, professional manner and offered services on an alternate date. I was told that she posted a bad review and although I have never rated a business before, I felt the need to respond. The owners and nail techs work very hard to please their clients and just because you are not immediately able to get attention does not warrant slamming their business. Shame on you! read more

I found Luxe Nail Spa because I was trying to finally find a place to do SNS nails the way I like them. I am very particular about the shaping because I like them to look as close to natural as possible. Nhi who is also the owner was not only very friendly and sensitive to my time schedule, she was efficient and my nails came out just the way I like them! She has a trick (that I will not share here) that make your nails strong while maintaining a very natural finish. She is meticulous. She takes her time, but is efficient and a perfectionist like me. I have told her over and over again that I will see her for my nails as long as I am in South Florida. I have gone to a lot of nail salons in the past. I have found my last one! This is a fabulous nail salon and spa! Every time I go, I am impressed not only by Nhi who does my nails but by all of the people that work there! The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing. They are extremely accommodating and professional. Nhi does impeccable work. She is a true expert in nails and it shows in her attention to detail. I get the dip and I am very hard on my hands (cleaning) and I am able to go every 3 weeks and they don't break or lift. I moved to South Florida from New York a couple of years ago and have tried many different nail salons since. There really is no other one like Luxe Nails Spa! I am one of the first customers of this salon, since Nhi and Van became proud owners of the establishment. They are doing a wonderful job managing and improving the place, to please the costumers. Nhi is one of the best nail technicians there are, and my dip manicure and pedicure are always perfect. I am in the fashion industry, and I am a perfectionist, so every detail matters: color selection, environment, friendliness, service, curtesy and talent. AMAZING! I'm picky and very special about how my nails are done. Marilu is the greatest and is as picky, if not more than I am. I used to get gel manicures now I am getting nexgen and absolutely love them! They last over two weeks and the last ones I had lasted over 3 weeks! My nails usually grow to a certain length and break off, but with SNS powder, my nails feel much healthier and stronger.
