Not only did I have a fantastic pedicure, but the customer service went beyond. I had Dae do my pedicure and she did great with massage and painting my nails. I messed up one toe when I got home. I went in the next day and they fixed my nail without hesitation. I will definitely be back! read more

My manicure however was all messed up(she didn't really understand the Cat's Eye procedure) , so I refused to pay for the manicure. I made an appointment last minute. I asked for the longest and most relaxing pedicure and OPI bubble bath as the color. It was a terrible experience. I would not recommend Kevin. The water was cold, the arm to the chair was broken, the polish was old and crusty and peach. Kevin was fast, rough and rude. Not a good experience. read more

I have been a long time customer with standing appointments. I never arrive late and am accepted upon arrival. I make my appointment for the next service before leaving. Over the last several months, I have been left waiting over 20 minutes for my appointment. One time ....okay, another... well its just busy, and now after many times having to wait 15 + minutes, I have chosen to leave. Getting my nails done is always a frustrating experience, so I was hesitant to try this place out. I came in an hour before closing and they seemed to accommodate me without any issues or complaints. They even asked me if I needed to add on to my services instead of rushing me out the door. Pricing is pretty fair, not cheap or expensive. My basic gel pedicure was $45. My pedicure looks great, I usually hate how people shape my nails. I went in the next day to get a full set w/gel, eyebrow waxing, and upper lip waxing and spent $78. No clue how much was what because they prices aren't listed. Complaints: * I wish they had there pricing on a menu so you can see it. * I didn't see my nail tech use clean tools, where's the sanitation process? * My feet are still pretty dry even after using the scrub (they were extremely dry when I came in), I wish she also used lotion. read more

They are awesome there! I've been getting nextgen done from them for over a year now. Whenever I find a good place I always go back and they are amazing. They have put in a lot of covid protecting barriers, have everyone wear masks the entire time, they sanitize everything. Nice job Snappy they even had a waiver to sign to ensure we are taking our temps and are free of all covid symptoms and/or contact with anyone with symptoms. read more

The last time my Dad and I went in for pedi's the two girls we had to do our pedis began making conversation then blatantly asked if he was my sugar daddy. Which was disrespectful then proceeded to then pointedly ask me about additional services that when turned down their attitudes continued to sour. They made us uncomfortable and the service was just disappointing to have spent 30+ for each person. It's a hit or miss so if you wanna chance it and end up with these type of people then go ahead but I implore you not to. This was the WORST nail experience I have ever had, start to finish. The woman was incredibly rude, rushing me to pick a color and took maybe 20 minutes to do an awful pedicure. I then said I wanted the dip which I always get, she chose to do gel instead, telling me I was wrong. The shape of my nail looks like a first grader filed it. Nails looked better before I went in for my 'manicure'! They only use the cheap tiny disposable buffers and files which come in one grit and it damaged my cuticles! I asked if she had a softer one because it was hurting and she just said no and continued. There was not even cuticle/nail oil and it was more expensive than a west boca nail salon. They didn't seem to care. And applied the polish so thick it took over and hour to dry. Too boot, I asked for a more oval shape and got square ( but that would be the least of my worries) read more

So I've tried to give this place a more then several chances, but unfortunately they just suck! They are the most laziest place I've ever been to. They are so dependent on those filing machines that I think they forgot what a professional nail technician's work really consist of. Forget about them caring about your natural nails. They rather file down the gel then take the extra 5 minutes to soak your nails with the acetone and cotton with the foil. They rather soap your nails in a small ramekin that they use in restaurants. Like isn't this suppose to be a nice relaxing experience and not one that your all cramped up shoving your hands in a small container?! Really! I've tried dip.. and it was like dio with a side of sandy jacked nails cause they always bubbled up and just didn't look as fresh and professionally done. I went for gel today and they must mix their products because the "brand" DND just doesn't look like it comes out when I go to other places. I strongly believe they mix stuff to their products cause the quality of the gel manicures are garbage. I hate writing bad reviews but to save whoever a disappointment and money, stay away!
