How adorable r these kids seats for pedicures? My mom took me when i was little i wish they had these back then lol

I've been coming here for years. I love it and they're my sole nail salon. Friendly staff that remembers ur name :) never had a bad mani here. They even have margaritas!

Awesome job! Tina was sweet and took her time with me. They have a few soft drinks as well if you would like along with a frozen margarita mixer. The place was clean as well and breathable! It didn't smell like straight chemicals. Prices were also reasonable. I'll be back for sure. 4 stars only because I thought they were a bit slow. I got a simple pedi and mani and was here over an hour.

SNS nails pink with holographic overlay. 2 weeks later and still gorgeous

I ended up getting a seat within seven minutes and it was really cool because I did not have to wait. The gentleman at the front was really nice when asking me to check in. There are only about five waiting chairs, but they are really comfortable. The gentleman started the water for me and alerted my nail tech. My nail tech was very friendly, and I had a great experience with her, but overall the worst part about all of it was how rushed she was. I had over 45 minutes until they closed for my pedicure but she acted like the building needed to be evacuated! Still, I must say that I've never gotten so many compliments on my toenails as I have this time around. I will absolutely be back!

I returned to the salon today for a regular mani/pedi. My techs name was Ken. Ken wasn't too…read morefriendly, I wasn't asked if I wanted water etc.. My service felt rushed. He was a little rough to the touch as times with my pedi. The pulling and moving my feet & toes quickly and/ or forcing them down from time to time was uncomfortable. I didn't say anything but looked at him. The manicure wasn't done completely. He massaged my forearm but missed my hands. I asked if he was going to massage my hands, he looked at me and said yes, but no massage to my hand was performed. I looked around at other customers and their hands were massaged a little after their forearm. Their tech had them wash their hands afterwards. Ken had me wash my hands right after my forearm. He polished my nails and said thank you. He placed a fan in front of my hands but didn't say how long I needed to stay in front of the fan. Normally im told 2 mins etc...I touched my nails after 3 mins and turned off the fan. When I checked out I did let the lady know it wasn't a good experience for me this time. She inquired, I told her Ken didn't ask me if I wanted any water etc..as I watch other customer receive sodas & waters. The lady replied, oh really he normally does. I replied he didn't. I said I didn't appreciate all the pulling / tugging as well as him placing the fan in front of me and not saying how long I needed to dry my nails. The receptionist excuse for Ken's behavior was he doesn't speak English which I thought was bananas. I still have a small tip, but asked that he not be assigned to me again. She agreed in doing so. I thought about my experience on my way home. A mani/ pedi is not cheap. If I can't enjoy it and relax I'd rather not return nor refer any more friends to their shop. I'm disappointed. R. Chambers

I've been a loyal client here since October, coming in every two weeks for both nails and a…read morepedicure, consistently tipping 20% or more, and always booking my next appointment before leaving. I also booked with the same two techs every time, so my loyalty wasn't just to the business, but to them personally. The quality of the work is truly superb -- my nails have always looked amazing, and that's the only reason I kept coming back. Unfortunately, the time management and respect for appointments has been consistently disappointing. On one visit, I was scheduled for both services, but they had me do my nails first and then sent me out the door with wet toenails, which was extremely inconvenient. Most recently, I arrived on time for my appointment, only to find my pedicure tech was still in the middle of another client. After already waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time, it was clear the service would take significantly longer. As someone who regularly gets these services, I could realistically see I would be waiting well beyond my scheduled time, so I chose to walk out. As a repeat client who plans ahead, spends consistently, supports specific technicians, and tips well, it's frustrating to feel like customer loyalty doesn't matter. The talent here is undeniable, but the scheduling and overall client experience do not reflect the level of service being provided. I really wanted to continue coming here, but I won't be returning.

My tech, Lisa, did a good job on my pedicure and was super personable while doing so. In fact, Lisa with her quiet demeanor talked me into a manicure also. I came in for a regular gel mani-pedi, but while I was there I saw a glass fruit nail design on their display. It looked cute, so I asked for that instead. Unfortunately, the salon could not deliver anything close to the display design. While the technician was trying to do the glass fruit effect on my toes, she kept talking to another technician, and then that technician had to come over and show her how to do it. That made me skeptical about whether she was trained to perform the service at all. If a salon advertises a design on display, the technician assigned to the customer should know how to do it. If they cannot perform the service, they should say that upfront instead of experimenting on the customer and wasting their time. The result looked nothing like the design they had displayed. When it clearly was not working, instead of being honest or taking responsibility, they blamed me. I was told my nails were too short. Then, during my manicure, I was told I needed to stop moving so much and not talk on my phone. I sat still. A salon should not advertise a design and then blame the customer when they cannot recreate it. I ended up switching to regular gel polish, and even that was poorly done. My mani-pedi looked messy and unprofessional. If rubbing lotion on my legs and hands is considered the "massage" portion of the service, give your employees a break. It felt minimal than an actual massage. The tipping situation also felt inappropriate. I was asked to pay and tip before my manicure was even started. A tip is supposed to reflect the quality of service received. I do not think it is reasonable to ask a customer to tip before they have even received the full service or seen the final result. Their explanation was that they did not want me to mess up my nails after the manicure, but I still had to wait for everything to cure anyway. You can get a tip AFTER my service. In the end, I paid $60 for the mani-pedi and still left a $10 tip, but there was no acknowledgment or compensation for the poor experience or the time wasted. They advertised a glass fruit nail design they could not execute, assigned someone who appeared to need guidance during the service, blamed me for my short nail when it did not work, and still expected a tip before the manicure had even started. The technician also asked where I was from and what Asian ethnicity I was. That had nothing to do with my nail service and made me uncomfortable. I was there to get my nails done, not to explain my ethnicity. After finding out I was Chinese, there was no real conversation or purpose behind the question, which made it feel unnecessary and inappropriate.

I feel like I am in a 90's movie getting all glam for my date with the popular guy at school. Lol. Second, the Polish selection is really nice. They have Esse, OPI, CND Vinylux, and Smith & Cult. I always get the CND Vinylux because it dries fast (which is great because I have a compulsory need to touch my nail polish to see if it is still wet after about 15 minutes) and it lasts for weeks. Third, I have never had a nail tech I didn't like. Everybody that works there is really laid back and knowledgeable about polish and nail care. Lastly, I will tell you that my BFF and I got pampered with warm neck wraps, wine, chocolate, and the deluxe pedicure the day before she had to take the Bar Exam (to become an attorney!) and had the best of times feeling pretty and relaxing. Thanks Embellish!

What I didn't expect was to wait a full 30 minutes for her to arrive. My 50 minute service was squished into 28 minutes so that she could move on to her next appointment. The positive? Nichelle was good at what she does, so I imagine her full service, full length pedicure is pretty great. When I went to check out, the receptionist took $10 off, which seemed like a drop in the bucket for the rushed, subpar pedi. I was also perplexed because they now run two transactions: one for the service, one for the tip, and the tip has tax added onto it? Such a bummer, especially for what is supposed to be a little luxury moment of self-care. Off to find a new spot to get my nails done...
