I have been going to this nail spa for about a year. I kept coming back because there was one girl in there that was pretty good. However, after my last few experiences in there, I will NOT be returning and I want to warn everyone that goes to make sure you check your bank account after going. I have gone to see Cindy for my nails and she has done awesome job last two times however, when I went this time someone else took me regardless of me telling them I usually see Cindy (appointment was made earlier over the phone) So, that's fine, maybe Cindy is busy I thought (I am not a picky person at all). Well, let me tell you how painful it was... this person did horrible job on my nail not only that he had no idea what product to use to fill my nail!! (Cindy walked by the station and said something like it's not the right product) but he kept on working on me totally ignoring what she said. When I put my nails in the cure light, my nails felt like it was burning!!!! Afterwards he was filing my nails down at such slow speed I had to snatch my hand couple times because of burning feeling (again!) due to friction. It was THE MOST unpleasant, painful experience I've ever had to go through getting my nails done (almost felt like a torture). Right now I'm in the process of taking all my nails down and gosh...it is so freaking thick and ugly that it makes me not wanna ever get my nails done forever!! This place is great. They are very clean inside- nothing like the other nail places in the mall and others in Manassas. They offer various choices for pedicures. I usually get the upgraded service and the scrubs are amazing. I also get the gel on my nails every two weeks. Cindy is great at gel- def request her if you like gel. I always request Cindy. I have been looking for a nail salon that I like in the Northern VA area since I moved here in July. I finally found it!!!! My nails are awesome. Daniel took care of me and everyone was super sweet. Lots of choices for colors and design. You cannot go wrong here!!! I felt prices were very fair. I had a spa pedi and gel full set with gel color and design. Everything was great. I will definitely be returning. The decor is fresh and up to date. And the chairs and the tables and the seats where you get your pedicure is great and up to date. This was such a clean and aesthetically appeasing to the eye salon. The doors were open, so I walked in told them what I wanted and had a seat. My friend and I had to wait about 20 mins to get our pedicure, we didn't call ahead of time and we went on a Tuesday. It was clean, all the stations had the same pretty blue chairs and matching tools. We went to the pedi chairs and the water was ran, we didn't have to wait long for someone to come service us. The lady who did my pedicure made sure the nails were even on both feet, she cut mine a little shorter than I like, but that's my fault because I usually watch them like a hawk when they have the clippers in their hands, but I was yappin with my friend. The pedicure was a short lived experience; I didn't get a very thorough foot massage, I don't even remember if I got one now that I think about it. They did however exfoliate my legs though. For $25 we got the basics, you only get a paraffin dip with the $35 spa pedicure, for which you can also receive an alcoholic beverage. I noticed a small fridge with sodas and water near the front, but we weren't offered any. When our polish was done drying we walked up to the front and paid and the lady asked us if we had a card, we said no and she handed us a Rewards card. Once you buy 9 services, you receive $25 off. I've never been to a salon that rewards loyalty like that, so I'll def be back, so I can rack up those visits. read more

My sister made us appointments for August 4th at 4pm. For her wedding nails, and a pedicure for each of us (her, myself and our mother). We arrived a few mins prior to the appointment only to find out the man who works there (Ben I think is his name?) wrote down the WRONG day! Though my sister made the appointment with HIM on the phone! He wasn't remorseful for HIS mistake and didn't even offer her any possible solutions to correct their error! It is the week of her wedding so she was relying on this appointment and made others around it. I was utterly disgusted at their lack of care and concern for a customer they've had for over 5yrs! I personally had stopped going to them a years ago when they gave my sister an infection on her foot and wouldn't even credit her back for the pedicure. She likes Bebe there for her nails and that's why she continues to go. But besides Bebe they are rude, to say the least. She was in tears and had to scramble to find a way to get her nails and toes done before her wedding this Saturday. I would not give them a dime of your money. Go elsewhere! (I personally go to Gossip Nails in Gainesville, they are fabulous!)!!! Way more professional and super sanitary unlike Luxe Nails! This place is GROSS! If you want to wait for poor service where staff doesn't value your business, this is your place. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was told that my manicurist, Amy, had messed up my appointment -- she was with another customer. Without any apology, the only other available manicurist was assigned to me, and she could not speak English. I would say something to her, and she would wait for another staff person to explain what I said. This quickly became a less than relaxing experience. Kala (the manager on duty?) asked if I wanted to wait 15 minutes for her to do my mani/pedi. I enthusiastically said yes! Approximately 30 minutes later, I was still waiting. When Kala eventually started, it was clear to me that she did not want to service me. I was NOT HAPPY with the results. Fortunately, there are other nail shops just down the street. read more

Been going to this salon for some months now and I have never been disappointed. Even when they are busy the wait isn't bad at all and I just enjoy relaxing and getting my nails done. The last time I went Tom did my nails and by far he surpassed any of the females that have done my nails. I take my two daughters here also and my youngest is only 8 and they are amazing with kids and they knock some off the prices for kids as naturally they don't have much nails to work on lol. First time coming to this place, and it was great until the very end. I went in to get a pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure turned out great, and the technician working there was very nice. I thought to myself, this would be my new place! When I got my gel manicure done, I asked about the chrome and decided to try it. When I asked how much it was, she initially told me it would be $10 extra. After she finished the right hand, I was really happy with the results, but as she was doing the left hand, somehow it didn't look the same and she mentioned that someone might have mixed the powder with another color. She then told me that it would cost $20 because it was "taking longer." I thought $10 was a little cheap actually so I let the price change go. But once she was finished with the left hand, it was very obvious that it was streaky and splotchy. When I told her it didn't look the same as my right, she called another technician over and they both acted like it looked great, and just blamed it on the light. I wasn't looking for a discount, or even asked them to redo it (which I had every right to), but what I was looking for was some kind of acknowledgment and honesty. Don't tell me it looks great when it clearly does not. It looks like the nails have been sanded down, they probably didn't use enough powder? So I usually have Kaila do my nails and she's the best. She shapes them the way I like and that's important to me. I scheduled an appointment with her and showed up on time and I was sitting and waiting for 45 mins then was informed that Kaila had a family emergency and needed to leave, no problem I was going to reschedule for another day but the gentleman, whose name I did not catch, convinced me to give him a chance instead of coming back because I live in Woodbridge. I don't mind making the trip because when it comes to my nails I want them done right. I was hesitant because I have tried other nail techs there who just don't shape my nails how I like but I haven't tried him yet so I decided to risk it. He ended up doing just as good of a job. He shaped them properly and was friendly and patient. I'm glad I gave him a chance because now I have 2 nail techs there that I can trust! I walked in asking to have a color change as they asked to see my nails they started talking about how bad my nails are and that I needed to have them all removed before they can even touch them. I had just gotten my nails did the beginning of last week. So they are still pretty attached. I have gotten acrylic nails did for a few years now so I know when I get a bad acrylic job done or a good one and the ones I have are the best ones I've had ever gotten done. I've been here a few times and was indifferent about it so I wanted to make sure I didn't write a review to early. The two men that work here are nice and do a pretty good job. A few of the women are sweet and have a decent technique. I'm funny about my nails so it's important to me that the shape is the same and I can't see through my gel polish. If I had to choose someone who does a really good job it would be Cindy but her personality sucks, she's rough, impatient and has horrible customer service. I honestly would a regular customer to her if she was more personable. I always tip but she definitely made me want to put a zero on that receipt even though I didn't.. needless to say I didn't tip much because I walked away a little sad about how she treated me. She spoke so sweet to the woman coming after me which was bothersome. I didn't talk on the phone, I only asked two questions and that was it. Bebe is my favorite, but all the technicians are amazing. Luxe Nails and Spa offer many options for manicures and pedicures, starting at around $25 each. I usually get the spa pedicure ($35), which includes a scrub, short leg/foot massage, and paraffin wax. There is a huge selection of polishes to choose from and I think most packages will give you beverage with your pedicure. Most days you can walk in and get whatever service you want, but you should probably make an appointment on the weekends. read more

Last Friday March 30 was my first time at the salon I loved how clean and friendly everyone was! I made an apt i was about 5 mins late and when I got there a male tech helped me I didn't get his name I wish I did because I don't ever want to have him do my nails again I got a pedi first and I felt he was rushing the whole time he cut me twice on each big toe and he also cut them really short that they hurt and at the end when he put the warm towels around my feet he didn't let them cool enough that he burned both my feet when we were done I asked for a gel mani and I should of asked for a different tech because again he was rushing and cut into my skin with the nail filer on my pinky nail he did it on both sides and he didn't even apologize that's what bothered me the most he tired to hurry up and cover so I wouldn't notice because I was having a conversation with my friend. read more

I came here yesterday with a friend and received a manicure and pedicure, I had zero complaints up until today. The lady who did my nails kept digging and digging at my toenail until I said "Ouch that hurt" and than she stopped. But this morning I woke up to a swollen toenail that is now infected and swollen.
