Booking an appointment over the phone was an easy process and she was very helpful with making sure that we get the services that we wanted. Upon arriving, we were seated in the lounge to relax and before the massage started, our masseuses asked us for our personal needs and gave us time and space to get ourselves situated. Your salt room was a poor excuse for a salt room. I thought it was the waiting room BEFORE being taken to the salt room. It's supposed to be relaxing but there are no lounge chairs only a hard uncomfortable wooden bench and a stained loveseat. I was expecting salt on the walls and floor and to really feel immersed in the benefits of salt. The amount of salt "pumped" into the room was almost nonexistent. I was wearing all black and there was zero residue on my clothing. I feel that we received no benefits from our experience. The only feeling that we walked away with was that of grade A suckers and feeling scammed. Save your money and find a real salt room elsewhere. If I could leave a negative rating I would. This didn't warrant the 1 star that I was forced to leave. read more

I usually write reviews good or bad. this one is bad. my husband bought me a 90 minute massage tip included for my birthday/anniversary on Jan 19. Well after booking the appointment for one of my 2 days off, I ran into an issue at the place. What started it was me asking if the tip was included? The receptionist couldn't find the paid voucher so she couldn't tell me. I had my husband send a picture of the paid voucher, then she said it was expired. i paid 195 (tip included) just to get out and settle it later. When I got home my husband wasn't happy, so he went to the place to settle it. The receptionist refused to take the certificate as face value (It said expires 1 year from 1/29/2026) which means it was paid for. Well, she said she'll have to call her manager to correct the issue. Her manager called and I gave the phone to my husband since he paid for the service. To shorten the story, she accused my husband of making the receptionist cry and said she would take care of the situation.this was the worst experience ever!!!!! read more

I can't get enough of this spa. The second I walked through the door I was immediately calmed. I love it because it's local, not too big, it's very personable and most importantly affordable. I think the spa is beautiful and my treatments were wonderful! I especially loved the float tank! I have chronic pain from spinal injuries and this was so healing. I have visited 3 times now! I had a healing massage with Darren. He is truly gifted and amazing in his craft of massage and healing. Very personable, comforting and concerned about your well-being and happiness overall. Afterward I had a float which was so relaxing and beneficial. I was completely stress free afterwards. They give you earplugs, let you pick the music, light settings, you don't have to completely close the top of the tank. You can also take a shower afterwards; they provide you with good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion afterwards too! Can't wait for my next massage with him! I had a couples massage with my husband the second time. These ladies were amazing. We both felt so relaxed and amazing afterwards that we decided to take a little nap when we got home My third visit was with Adriana for a life path reading. Adriana is amazing. I did a 30 minute infrared sauna, 30 mins float and a 30 mins ionic foot bath plus she had me use the hydro massage bed for 30 mins. The whole atmosphere is immediately calming. It was my first float, so it was a bit odd-definitely a restart button on your body and also sensory deprivation. Never did I feel scared and unsafe. The robes and towels they supply are so very soft. I fell asleep in the sauna. Which wasn't a bad thing ! The perks is that you are by yourself in the sauna and the float. And I was the only one In the relaxation room getting a ionic foot detox, but there is I believe 6 chairs. Adriana was very informative, polite and understanding. I had a fantastic experience. I'd like to do another foot detox and acupuncture soon. The ionic foot detox is pretty cool and gross at the same time. I slept like baby after a warm bath that night. And I do feel my joints are feeling better and my mind is clearer. I had my doubts about holistic approach but now I'm a believer and will return. RELAXING A friend of mine posted about her experience here, I saw a deal, and 90 minutes later plus one 20 minute hydrotherapy session = ZEN. 90 Minute Float 1. Select music (or not) and float session color (or not) 2. Shower (in the room) to rinse off outside impurities 3. F L O A T I had a 90 minute float session and enjoyed myself immensely. In the beginning, I just floated around the entire pod (I am only 5'2") and pretended to be a mermaid. I selected to keep my pod closed, I was a tad cold (areas not immersed in the water), and just enjoyed the colors, music, and float. With time, the relaxation took over and I dozed off. It is totally safe to fall asleep. The salt holds you up, it's incredible and safe. As described when I arrived, a soothing voice woke me to let me know when the session was over. 4. Shower to remove salt and chemicals (Consider bring whatever toiletries you prefer... They do have shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and towels.) *If you have any cuts/wounds, wait to schedule your float session. Salt and cuts don't mix! ;o) 20 Minute Hyrdotherapy The perfect end to a float session. You will be clothed. You can select the intensity of the session, can focus on certain areas, music is available, etc. I felt incredible afterwards. After the 90 minute float and 20 minute massage, I enjoyed a cup of tea in the relaxation room and reflected on how at peace I felt. AMBIANCE MFWC is a very unassuming building. I wasn't able to enjoy my 60 minute float session I arrived for my appointment(345) and the pods were unavailable. I appreciate being offered a hydro massage or time in the sauna while I wait but I didn't have any extra time to "wait" as I had to leave by 5pm. *The quick time in the sauna was Great! I simply felt rushed and a bit anxious. I had to keep track of time and check the clock instead of being able to relax. I was able to float for about 30 mins instead of 60 after having to wait for the person before me and then wait for it to sanitize. I was hoping to leave relaxed and satisfied as I usually do, this time I left disappointed and still physically tense. I usually have great experiences so I'm hoping this was just bad day. If I had more flexibility in time I may have had a different experience. read more
