Julie killed it as ALWAYS!!! I love coming here! I have been getting my nails done since February as a new job has allowed me to have nails again. I am always apprehensive of new nail salons as I'm fairly new to the area still and have only been to two other salons in the few years I've been here. However, Luxe Nails Lounge has surpassed and exceeded my expectations with the last three visits. Julie is my new favorite artist. She listens, explains why she can or can't do things and is very transparent, and loves to try new things and gets excited with every idea. I will be coming back for her and the staffs overall warm and welcoming attitudes. Very accommodating with drinks and they even helped get my bangs out of my face when Julie was doing my nails lol. Waste of money. Not coming back to this nail salon. I'm 9 months pregnant and was really looking forward to a good pedicure and nice massage. She set the timer and was fidgeting around w other things and not even massaging for the full 5 minutes. The massage I did get felt more like she was just rubbing lotion around. She also rushed me out of the chair and my nails were not fully dry. I accidentally smudged the polish when getting into the car because like I suspected they weren't dry. I felt so rushed that I was very uncomfortable to go back in and have her fix it. I honestly was over it anyway, her nails were long and pointy and kept digging into my skin. I also witnessed them cut another lady's skin multiple times and she also walked out super unhappy. At 9 months pregnant I was able to wipe off her work and repaint them 10x better. read more

Brought my mother here again today to get her nails done (dip powder). We have been coming here once a month to get her nails done. Each time, we have been very satisfied. Of course we always schedule with Heidi. She is always so friendly, welcoming, attentive, and also does a great job. My mother's nails tend to last about 4 weeks or more. Honestly, if nails didn't grow naturally, we wouldn't have to change her nails, since the dip powdered nails always look fine when Heidi does them. Heidi is also honest and always checks in with my mother to ensure my mother is satisfied with her work so far. If my mother requests the nails to be filed more or shorter, she does this promptly. Heidi is very experienced and skilled. My mother is hard to satisfy at times, but she always walks out happy and satisfied after her nails are done with Heidi. Will definitely return! I've been going to Luxe Nail Lounge for years now and it's hands down my favorite spot! Everyone there is super kind and attentive, and the whole place is extremely well run. They always offer me water when I sit down (which I love), and they take their time with nail prep so everything comes out clean and lasts. I never feel rushed and always leave so happy with my nails. Toby recently did accent nails for me with hand-drawn initials and it came out incredible! He's seriously talented when it comes to detailed designs. Their prices are also really reasonable for the quality you get. If I could give zero stars, I would I only came here because it's close to my house, but I should've never chose this place over my usual spot. Come here if you want to get BUTCHERED. I came here to fix a broken nail and get a fill. The older lady that helped me was chipping away at my nail bed trying to remove my broke nail is the most inhumane way possible, my was already in pain by the way, she was literally stabbing it with that pointy cuticle tool leaving tiny holes in my nail bed and every time she'd hurt me she'd say "it's OK. It's OK." NO it's not OK. I literally was about to cry. And then on top of that instead of walking out like I know I should've done. I decided to stay for the fill since I was already there and it came out super ugly, uneven, and bumpy. She even cut my cuticles a few times and made them bleed, and then would reassure me that she didn't cut me . Then afterwards, she had the nerve to try to force me to give her a five dollar tip. I asked for ones for a reason. She said all she had was fives after snatching away my $10 bill. I snatched it back said I'd be back and never came back. I had to go get them fixed the next day and my Nail that was in pain was literally fixed within five minutes painlessly at my usual spot. DO NOT COME HERE . She is unfit to be a nail tech!!! My daughter and her friend went here and not only was the service poor, but they were EXTREMELY overcharged. They got a 35 dollar pedicure each and the total ended up being 132 dollars. They were pressured into leaving a tip after already saying no because she could barely afford it. When they asked why they were now being charged 55 dollars per pedicure, the technicians could not provide a valid answer. This is a money hungry business that has no shame in scamming young girls for extra cash. Unbelievable- do not go here!! read more

I paid $100 for a pedi/mani that took about 1 hour with two of the ladies working on me at the same time, granted I had made the appointment and it was a the same shade for both my hands and feet. I'm all about having fun and I don't mind paying a little more for good work but the whole time I was there they were just messing around and just not paying attention to their work. She didn't let me pick my base color, just said "we're going to used this powder because it's pretty and natural". The french tips themselves aren't clean and sharp.
