I've been coming to Luxe Nails Lounge for years, and Toby never disappoints. He always takes his time, pays attention to the details, and somehow manages to bring my nail ideas to life every time. Julie killed it as ALWAYS!!! I love coming here! I have been getting my nails done since February as a new job has allowed me to have nails again. I am always apprehensive of new nail salons as I'm fairly new to the area still and have only been to two other salons in the few years I've been here. However, Luxe Nails Lounge has surpassed and exceeded my expectations with the last three visits. Julie is my new favorite artist. She listens, explains why she can or can't do things and is very transparent, and loves to try new things and gets excited with every idea. I will be coming back for her and the staffs overall warm and welcoming attitudes. Very accommodating with drinks and they even helped get my bangs out of my face when Julie was doing my nails lol. As you all know, there's a nail salon on every block. The difference is how you are treated when you walk inside the door. I'm a lifelong girl with nails. At this salon, these technicians make you feel special, and they appreciate you for giving them your business, because you could go anywhere, right? You'll love this place, you're given genuine respect and attention. They're work is professional, prices are very good, salon is clean & beautiful. Owner is always there, Very young, very personable, working and having jovial conversations with his clients. This is my New- Go-to-salon-forever. Try them once, you'll switch like i did. Brought my mother here again today to get her nails done (dip powder). We have been coming here once a month to get her nails done. Each time, we have been very satisfied. Of course we always schedule with Heidi. She is always so friendly, welcoming, attentive, and also does a great job. My mother's nails tend to last about 4 weeks or more. Honestly, if nails didn't grow naturally, we wouldn't have to change her nails, since the dip powdered nails always look fine when Heidi does them. Heidi is also honest and always checks in with my mother to ensure my mother is satisfied with her work so far. If my mother requests the nails to be filed more or shorter, she does this promptly. Heidi is very experienced and skilled. My mother is hard to satisfy at times, but she always walks out happy and satisfied after her nails are done with Heidi. Will definitely return! The store is also clean and bright as usual. Good vibes! read more

I've been going to Luxe Nail Lounge for years now and it's hands down my favorite spot! Everyone there is super kind and attentive, and the whole place is extremely well run. They always offer me water when I sit down (which I love), and they take their time with nail prep so everything comes out clean and lasts. I never feel rushed and always leave so happy with my nails. Toby recently did accent nails for me with hand-drawn initials and it came out incredible! Waste of money. Not coming back to this nail salon. I'm 9 months pregnant and was really looking forward to a good pedicure and nice massage. She set the timer and was fidgeting around w other things and not even massaging for the full 5 minutes. The massage I did get felt more like she was just rubbing lotion around. She also rushed me out of the chair and my nails were not fully dry. I accidentally smudged the polish when getting into the car because like I suspected they weren't dry. I felt so rushed that I was very uncomfortable to go back in and have her fix it. I honestly was over it anyway, her nails were long and pointy and kept digging into my skin. I also witnessed them cut another lady's skin multiple times and she also walked out super unhappy. At 9 months pregnant I was able to wipe off her work and repaint them 10x better. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would I only came here because it's close to my house, but I should've never chose this place over my usual spot. Come here if you want to get BUTCHERED. I came here to fix a broken nail and get a fill. The older lady that helped me was chipping away at my nail bed trying to remove my broke nail is the most inhumane way possible, my was already in pain by the way, she was literally stabbing it with that pointy cuticle tool leaving tiny holes in my nail bed and every time she'd hurt me she'd say "it's OK. It's OK." NO it's not OK. I literally was about to cry. And then on top of that instead of walking out like I know I should've done. I decided to stay for the fill since I was already there and it came out super ugly, uneven, and bumpy. She even cut my cuticles a few times and made them bleed, and then would reassure me that she didn't cut me . Then afterwards, she had the nerve to try to force me to give her a five dollar tip. I asked for ones for a reason. She said all she had was fives after snatching away my $10 bill. I snatched it back said I'd be back and never came back. I had to go get them fixed the next day and my Nail that was in pain was literally fixed within five minutes painlessly at my usual spot. DO NOT COME HERE . She is unfit to be a nail tech!!! One of my toenails fell off after a night of dancing someone had stepped on my foot and when the nail came off I was distraught. Heidi was able to fix it, she made a whole new one and I was really comfortable and relaxed while she worked. read more

My daughter and her friend went here and not only was the service poor, but they were EXTREMELY overcharged. They got a 35 dollar pedicure each and the total ended up being 132 dollars. They were pressured into leaving a tip after already saying no because she could barely afford it. When they asked why they were now being charged 55 dollars per pedicure, the technicians could not provide a valid answer. This is a money hungry business that has no shame in scamming young girls for extra cash. Unbelievable- do not go here!! read more

Never in my life have a gotten an infection from a nail salon before. Not only did my nails come out extremely think and uneven, in redoing them at another salon one of my nails produced an infection to where i had to remove everything and prevented my from getting them done again... this has never happened to be in over 15 years of getting acrylic nails. I found this nail salon on Yelp and I'm so glad I did because it exceeded my expectations. Their customer service was great ! very clear communication, flexible with my schedule, and super understanding when I had to reschedule. I called specifically to book a gel manicure with Tara, who is excellent and, in my opinion, the best nail technician there. I was told that Tara did not do gel manicures. However, when I called again on another occasion to try to make a new appointment, I was told that she actually does provide that service. Today, I called again specifically requesting Tara, and once again I was told that she does not do gel manicures and that if I wanted that service, I would need to book with someone else. I completely understand if the nail technician I want is unavailable at the time or on the day I'm requesting. That is not the issue. The problem is receiving conflicting information and feeling like my request for a specific technician is repeatedly being disregarded. This has happened before as well. I once requested a pedicure with Tara and was booked with someone else instead. The receptionist has also been rude, confused appointment times, and then blamed the clients for the confusion. It's extremely frustrating because when you find a nail technician whose work you love, you naturally want to continue booking with that person. Instead of simply being honest about Tara's availability, I have repeatedly been given inconsistent information or booked with someone else. Tara is wonderful and does excellent work. My review is not a reflection of her service at all. Unfortunately, the way appointments are handled at the front desk has made me no longer want to return to this salon

I completely understand if the nail technician I want is unavailable at the time or on the day I'm requesting. That is not the issue. The problem is receiving conflicting information and feeling like my request for a specific technician is repeatedly being disregarded. This has happened before as well. I once requested a pedicure with Tara and was booked with someone else instead. The receptionist has also been rude, confused appointment times, and then blamed the clients for the confusion. It's extremely frustrating because when you find a nail technician whose work you love, you naturally want to continue booking with that person. Instead of simply being honest about Tara's availability, I have repeatedly been given inconsistent information or booked with someone else. Tara is wonderful and does excellent work. My review is not a reflection of her service at all. Unfortunately, the way appointments are handled at the front desk has made me no longer want to return to this salon

While my daughter and I were on vacation in California, we both had manicures and pedicures done at Luxe Nails Lounge. I've had manicures and pedicures many times before and select a red as my color. But this time Toby gave me a halo design with a special black and white design on my pinky fingers. I had never seen it before and just love my hands so much. Also, I got the Luxe spa pedicure from Annie, it was so relaxing. By the time she was done, my legs and calves felt just like a "baby's bottom". They were so smooth and felt so good. She suggested painting my toes the same color as my shirt (hot pink) and hand drew the designs on my toes. If I ever go back to California again, I will definitely go back to Luxe Nails Lounge again. The shop is super clean, and the staff are very nice and kind. They are just wonderful, and I had a wonderful treatment that day. Big thank you to Toby and Annie. read more

Yesterday I had my nails done by Danny. He did the best french tips I've had anywhere!!! And today I had a pedicure from Tina. It was without a doubt the best experience Ive had as a customer. She was very sweet and was great to talk to. She even helps with picking colors and made me feel at ease because I tend to be a little nervous going into nail salons. She was also gentle with my feet and still did amazing leaving my feet way softer and my nails look stunning!!!! I have gotten my nails done by Tobi for about a year now and am so happy that he finally has opened his own shop. He is fantastic at what he does, a true artist who has perfected his craft and is always professional. Though, I always go with a classic French tip, I've seen him output some wonderful hand painted designs and even marbling colors of his clients choice. Always a 10 out of 10 experience for myself and anyone I've ever sent his way. read more
