Our whole family went on a cruise to celebrate my son's birthday, but we were worried about what to do with our 73-pound Pitbull mix, Kobe. When we were referred to Ashley, I wasn't sure at first--at the meet and greet I thought, "Wait, Kobe is almost her size!" But wow--good things truly do come in small packages! Kobe absolutely adored her. Not only did she win him over instantly, but she even prayed with him before his dinners (a detail that melted our hearts!). Ashley sent us recorded updates so we never felt out of touch, and every night she made sure his space was washed, tidy, and cozy. The best part? Kobe got to stay in the comfort of his own home while Ashley came to walk him, play with him, and shower him with love. It gave us such peace of mind knowing he was safe, happy, and cared for. We left our dog, Lucky, with Ashley for 3 days/nights. Ashley was terrific. She stayed in contact with us, sending photos, short videos and letting us know how Lucky was doing. When he wouldn't eat, she fed him by hand. On the morning of the last day he developed diarrhea. She called to inform us and see how we wanted her to handle it. He is just a very nervous dog and everything was fine. Ashley is an angel and so very caring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or use her services again in the future. read more

I did a meet and greet prior to bringing my 2 Frenchies for an overnight stay starting around 9:30am. I only got photos around 12:28am and they were of my puppies outside. I then get messaged around 5:42pm that my older frenchie threw up 3 times and then Ashley walked her down the street. Ashley called me right during this walk sharing panic that Luna didn't look or sound well and I shared concern that she sounded panicked and suffering from heat stroke and left my activity immediately to get my frenchies to safety. I took my frenchies to the emergency vet directly from Ashley's house and it was confirmed she suffered from heat exhaustion. This vet bill to save her life costed me $1366. I reached out to Ashley Monday with this information as well as asked for her insurance information as a professional walker and she has not responded to my messages at all. This was over a week ago. I gave her opportunities to keep this out of court record but no response or demonstration to resolve this amicably. As a professional as she claims, as well as me explaining during the mert and greet, she should have demonstration better knowledge on frenchies and knowing they get heat exhausted very easily and require very little time outside as well.as this was explained during our meet and greet, which was the purpose to get to know our dogs needs. This is concerning behaviors that I felt should be a warning to other pet owners who love their animals. I will be filing this with the court system in small claims court so it will now be a public record to warn others. Since either does not seem she carried professional liability insurance as she should, she is responsible for this $1366 bill due to negligence in her care but she has made no offer or response to make this situation right. read more
