There is a small back yard area, where I was able to let my girl Baylee out to potty before taking her inside. This is a small family-run business and I spoke and worked with Michelle for this first visit. Michelle took the time to listen to our needs and how I wanted Baylee's haircut to look. She showed me around the whole facility and listened very openly. She was super sweet and gentle with my pup. I showed Michelle several photos of how I wanted my pup groomed as I've heard horror stories about how many doodles get shaved down and don't look like themselves when finished. I wanted Baylee to still have her fluffy teddy bear look as it goes with her personality. I love that they don't cage the dogs while they're there and they get to roam around and play. I was told the first visit would take awhile since they like to do things slowly so the pups don't get traumatized on their first visit. Baylee was there just about 3 hours and looked beautiful! They did a wonderful job with her first puppy cut And she smelled so good and seemed happy! We will definitely be back. Thank you Michelle and team!

While I was trying to explain how I wanted my dog groomed and show reference photos, he was already walking away to start the service. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and even then, it didn't feel like he was actually listening. They spent less than an hour grooming my dog, which already felt rushed, and the result was very disappointing. When they brought her back, the face and head looked nothing like what I had clearly shown and requested. This wasn't an unrealistic request--it's a style that has been successfully done by other grooming companies before. When I said I wasn't happy, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the groomer yelled to his coworker, "She said the face isn't how she wanted it." There was no apology, no attempt to fix it, and no concern at all from the other groomer. On top of that, my appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM, and they didn't arrive until 2:20 PM--without any call, message, or apology for being late. After this experience, I called the company and spoke with Daniela. She said she would speak with the manager and call me back. When she did, I was told the only resolution offered was $20 off a future grooming--which I will not be using given my previous experiences. I explained that I would not be returning and asked if anything could be done about the $100 I had just paid for a service I did not request and was not satisfied with. I was told that was the only option available. When I asked to speak directly with the manager, I was told--and I quote--"the manager doesn't speak with clients." That response alone speaks volumes. A company that delivers poor service, offers minimal resolution, and then refuses to communicate directly with customers shows a complete lack of accountability. Overall, the service felt rushed, unprofessional, and careless. I am extremely frustrated and do not recommend this company.

She told me it was $15 and that she had called me at 3:18. What? There was only a missed called at 4:14pm. And I picked him up within 14 minutes. I told her I would not pay! They were doing all they could to charge an extra fee. That was insane. I told them, this was stealing. If you don't inform someone of a fee, you cannot charge them. I will not be back again!

Eight out of 10 times they are late to the appointment but only to find out they are late five minutes prior to their Arrival time. And for the second time, their equipment has stopped working in the middle of an appointment. The first time this happened I was left with 1 dog groomed, 2 non-groomed and 1 of them being half groomed. Today I now have three dogs groomed, one dog groomed after waiting 2 1/2 weeks for this appointment and then being an hour late today. I was told after the first Dog equipment is not working. I'm sorry.... After the owner, Barbara called me. I expressed my concerns. She did say she was sorry I told her that I was going to be looking for a new groomer. She asked if I wanted her opinion I said no I will look for my own and then she hung up on me... Out of all of the groomers that have been to my house only one Has even looked presentable, the rest dress like they just rolled out of bed, flip-flops, slides, and sloppy. I'm officially done giving my good hard money and time to a company that runs their business this way.
