Do not purchase anything by from his store…read more I went in to purchase a safe. The sales person did everything he could, to ensure he closed the deal that day. After spending almost an hour in the store and going over all the different safes, I have chosen what I wanted. I was also talked into upgrading the lock to an SG. The cost of the safe with delivery was almost $1,600. The salesperson wrote down everything that I wanted and advised me, they will contact me to setup a delivery date. I asked how long it would take and I was told about a week, they have it in stock, it's only the availability of the truck and people, that may delay it. I was contacted a few days later, to confirm the date and time and the safe that I ordered. I confirmed everything by email. I even setup for someone to be there, as I was working. The safe was delivered as per their timing, however it was the wrong color. I called and emailed the company, to advise them that it was the wrong one. The first question I was asked, was why I didn't tell them before they brought it up? I responded, that I wasn't home and someone else was there to let them in. My question was, why didn't anyone check the invoice vs the product before delivering. After all this, I was told the one I order wasn't in stock and I would have to wait until September. At which time I said fine, as long as I get what I paid for. On August 16th I get an email that the safe is here and they want to deliver it on Monday August 21st. I responded great, someone will be home. They confirmed the date and time. As they bringing the safe in, I get a picture from the person letting them in. I call and I say this isn't what I paid for. I was sold on the upgraded lock and it's coming with the original. They told me they will contact the office. Now I get an email or a call, stating that this lock is better than the SG lock, that they recommend for me to upgrade from. I tried calling the office 10 times and no one would answer. Yet the drivers kept in touch with the store, the entire time. After sending numerous emails, I get a reply we will call you after 11:00am. I receive a call from the owner and the first thing, he asked is why didn't I say anything before they started the offload. My response was, why isn't anyone checking the items vs the invoice. How is it that it's my fault that your company, can't verify the invoice with the delivery, prior to loading it on the truck. After telling him this, he tells me I will send you a refund and hangs up on me. I don't understand how they blame their errors on customer. The bottom line is, they can deliver hey you pay for and the attitude is unbelievable. They did not want to satisfy a customer, that spent money in their store. DONT BUY FROM HERE

I will break this review into 3 parts: 1. showroom and safe…read moreselection 2. delivery/product 3. customer service There showroom is large and has a wide selection of safes so you can see many of the different manufacturers and model offering. I dealt with a salesman, Bob Sands. He was extremely helpful and took the time to give me a lesson on safe construction and what to consider when selecting a safe. He was able to answer all of my questions and helped me in selecting the right safe for my house and needs. It took about 1 week based on their delivery availability to get the safe delivered. They use a rigging service which had very friendly a experienced workers who were able to quickly get the safe installed and somewhat leveled. The safe was installed exactly as I requested and everything looked good in terms of the quality and meeting my needs. Now for customer service. This is where they lose the 1 star. It was partially my fault that I did not check the stability of the safe before the rigging company left but needless to say it wobbled when I pushed on it. The riggers added metal shims to level the safe but did not completely level it all around thus the wobble. I took a video and sent it to the office administrators (2 ladies) and explained the issue. I am not sure if they did not understand my problem but they said that they tried to tell me that the riggers told them there were no shims and they installed the safe as per my instructions. Then they recommended that I fill the safe with items and the weight would resolve the wobbling. They offered the riggers to come back to my house to resolve the issue for a $150 return fee. I politely explained that everything they were explaining was incorrect and that it was unfair to charge me to come back to complete a job that was not done correctly in the first place. However, I needed to safe properly leveled to eliminate the safety hazard so I requested they schedule the riggers to come back and I would pay the fee. The riggers returned in about 1 week and funny thing is their work order said that I had requested the safe be moved. When I showed the riggers the wobble and that I just wanted that resolved, he acknowledged that he made a mistake in leaving the safe this way during the delivery. He removed the shims and redid the work and properly leveled the safe and did not charge me any fee. To summarize, my entire experience was great and my only issue is with the administrative staff that work in the office. If you end up having to deal with them to resolve anything with your purchase, I would suggest being extremely detailed to ensure they understand your problem. Aside from the administrative staff, I am very happy with this company and would definitely use them for my future safe purchases.

I responded no thank you I will go elsewhere. Went to another local locksmith and got the key for 4.99 plus tax! Besides being a rip off they put there stickers on every commercial door! I pealed the ones off my door and within days they put new ones up. I called them and asked them to STOP putting stickers on my door, but they repeatedly continued to put them on our doors. I would encourage everyone to go elsewhere.
