My wife's pedicure water was freezing cold. We told them THREE times and instead of actually fixing it they just kept pouring hot water into cold water like that magically solved the problem. Meanwhile the technician was rough with her the entire time. What's funny is we noticed multiple people of color coming in complaining their water was cold too... strange coincidence I guess. Then my wife's tech asked me if my wife was my mother. No ma'am, that is my WIFE. After that the staring, whispering, and talking in another language while looking directly at us made the whole vibe feel uncomfortable and judgmental. They advertise themselves online as being LGBTQ+ friendly and a transgender safe space, but honestly that is NOT how we felt walking in there at all. I was so irritated and uncomfortable by the end of it that I didn't even finish getting my own manicure done. The only positive thing I will say is MY technician did an amazing job on my pedicure. She was gentle, professional, and my pedicure felt great. Unfortunately that still didn't make up for the overall experience. Definitely not the relaxing Mother's Day experience we paid for.

I asked if they can take me as well as the price. 25$ for gel refill which I thought was reasonable , plus 10$ for shellac. The owner Mary and another younger girl are the only two that work there. Place is quite clean , small and has lots of parking. They are both quite nice and the a shop dog. Mary the owner made small talk w me , while the younger one did my nails. It looks like makeup but it's also natural looking. I had dry toes with some overgrown big toenails. they did some serious exfoliation and grater stuff followed by wraps in booties. It's pretty intense and well worth it for $50. Overall I'm very happy with the results.
