I had called 5 other car retailers and everyone was booked out until mid-January (very understandable because it's the holiday season). Lisa answered the phone and was extremely professional from start to finish. She understood the urgency of the situation, I would've had to drive for 3 hours from Harrisburg to New York City with the stench of vomit (ugh). She was able to squeeze me in and vacuum/shampoo/sanitize the back seat of the car. The actual shop is literally a small garage with a banner. There's plenty of parking and the entrance is an unmarked side door. The cost was extremely reasonable and Lisa completed the job within the promised timeframe.
