Missed the basics like cleaning the exterior windows after using spray wax and they didn't clean tail pipes on truck as they stated that was extra. Not an inexpensive place so expected more. read more

If you are not a member, make sure you call and check to see if they accept walk ins, even if you are coming at the time listed for walk ins. It will save you your time and trouble. Website says Mon-Sat 12pm-5pm is members and walk ins. Drove 25 mins, got there at 12:40pm on a Friday, and they say "Sorry, today is members only." First car wash I found that has a members only policy like some sort of exclusive club. I understand if members gets to come early at 8am-12pm as stated on their website. I guess they have too much business to accept non members. If so, they should state that in their website so others (non members) would know. read more

I first tried CR several months ago. My wife's 2015 Corolla was dirty and had some stains on the back seat upholstery that I had tried several times to remove, but wasn't entirely successful. I decided to surprise her and had the car washed, inside cleaned, and asked the owner to do his best at removing the stains. After he inspected the seats, he didn't make any promises, but said they would do their best to clean it. I watched as the owner personally took on the stain removal process himself and he was successful in removing almost 90-95% of the stains. I was very impressed! When I left, the car looked awesome. The money spent was well worth it, and most importantly, my wife was happy with her rejuvenated car. If you are a frequent car washer (which I'm not), CR has a great membership plan to help keep your baby looking good. Judging by the types of cars I saw, including Tesla, Mercedes, Audi, etc, this place can be trusted for any vehicle, including my humble Toyotas. read more

The entire process, from the time I walked in the door for assessment and to make the appointment, until I drove it out, I was treated with respect and professionalism. As soon as I arrived for my appointment I was greeted, reviewed my expectations and my RAV 4 was brought right back. Place is clean and comfortable while you wait. I was able to do work at the back bar ledge. There's even coffee if you want. My expectations were met as my RAV 4 was brought out a d I was asked do inspect it. I had my vehicle (Subaru Outback) detailed here yesterday. They did a terrific job. It is sparkling. I have taken my car here a couple of other times for less complete services, such as a wash with vacuuming inside, so this was the first full detailing. I have been very pleased each time I have been at CR. There are two owners, and one is on site at all times. The facility is clean and bright. There is a waiting room with coffee. When I arrived to pick up my car yesterday, the owner on duty went out with me to inspect it so that any concern I had could be immediately taken care of. I had no concerns. I believe the prices are fair, based on past experience with taking my vehicles to be detailed, and I qualify for the senior discount! I recommend CR. read more

I got my husband's Ford Escape detailed here for his birthday. He's had medical issues and doesn't have the stamina to attempt this. They did a great job and the best part is that they care. Usually get a good wash, other times I've gotten home and many spots were missed. I paid to have some areas buffed and it looked like nothing was done. I agreed to bring it back in and upon arrival I was told it was "members only" that day. After being turned away i don't believe I will return and will search for another detailing shop. read more
