This place is sketchy. I am praying they didn't steal my credit card info! The Swedish massage was so questionable - I've had them before and this guy's massage was nothing like what I've experienced. The facial was a complete joke. I've had those before as well. The lady doing the facial "painted" some cream in, then slapped a mask on for 18 mins. My friend and I were desperate for a massage and facial. We booked these appointments last minute but boy do we regret it. I'm just happy we got out of that place in one piece. read more

Well we booked through online and never saw the Google reviews until the morning of! We were super nervous about going and sad we paid a deposit because I was so skeptical after reading the reviews??!! But holy cow BEST MASSAGE HANDS DOWN! We did a couples massage on a 4 day military pass and it was AMAZING! The seriously go above and beyond with hand mask and eye mask while getting massages! It was great!! My friend and I went here for a "Swedish" massage. Once my lady started my massage, I asked if I could have a bit more pressure, and she stated "that will be an extra $20, you signed up for a light massage". Never have I ever had a massage that did not get a single knot out of my body . Matter of fact, my lower back was not even touched, and even a massage chair would have done more justice than this lady. I can't be anymore disappointed. Disgusting service. I booked a couples massage and confirmed the day prior. Ana was the person I spoke to. We arrived 30 minutes early to our appointment and found out she was not there and had not shown up to work. She didn't even bother to call or text to cancel. We kept calling and calling and she never answered the phone. Don't waste your time or money on this awful unreliable business. Super unprofessional. Wonderful massage! I was rude to the staff and took my anger out on the wrong person (total misunderstanding) she still took the time to have patience explain exactly what Swedish therapeutic and deep pressures were. The aroma therapy was not too much and the room temp not cold. It was an amazing one hour that saved my husband. Thank you ladies! worst massages ever. I am a little picky as I have worked in the industry a long time but the girl kept jabbing and hurting me. I booked them last minute and it was the only place I could get in. I was hoping my husbands massage was good because he was the one who asked me to book them.. it was not;( both girls kept stretching us. Stretching is not Swedish massage but honestly the stretching was better then her hands. I hate wasting money I would never go back. Booked here for a couple's valentine's package. The ladies were super nice and helpful in setting up what I wanted and the appointment date/time. The day of, the boyfriend and I arrived a few minutes late and turned out the lady before us had some "issues." They kindly asked us to work with them and gave us both complimentary facial treatments. Luckily, we had no other plans so we went to get lunch and came back. We received a jacuzzi session with drinks, eye/cuticle/lips treatment and massage with hot stones. Minus the whole delay, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. read more

I was trying to book a massage last minute. So I called Luxor since it wasn't a big Day Spa thinking they might be able to get me in. I got an appointment that afternoon. The place was kind of hard to find in an older apartment looking center. So when I pulled up I thought hmmmm, let's try it. I walked in to a very small room. No frills, just friendly women to greet me. I was then introduced to Mia my massage therapist. We discussed my areas of interest for her to focus on. The room was nice, relaxing with very dim lighting. The table was very comfortable. I had asked for a deep tissue massage with focus on my neck and shoulder. That is exactly what I got! Mia was wonderful. She rubbed hot stones on my back, that I didn't ask for-bonus! When I was on my back she placed cucumber pads on my eyes with a an eye cover- bonus! I love getting massages and I feel like the little extras are great! When paying she asked me several things regarding a discount. My point to that- they have discounts they wanna give, you don't have to dig them out of them by prying yourself. This place isn't some big beautiful day spa, but I will tell you- I will be back. i can't even give it one star!!!! birthday gift from co-workers. set up appt. for massage and facial. what a joke. my dog could have given a better massage. the lady ( not what i would call a massage therapist) spent 40 min. rubbing lotion on my skin, calling it a massage and it was supposed to be an hour. then the facial was more of the same 'rubbing in lotion and cleanser'. she said she would be back in 10 - 15 min. wait.... 20 min. wait 30 min. i hear her and 2 other ladies talking and laughing in the reception area. so after about 35 min. i get up , get dressed and go out. the only response was "OH I THOUGHT YOU WERE ASLEEP" PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE. Very very bad experience at the luxor massage day spa and I wouldn't ever recommend this spa to anyone. My husband booked an appointment for a couple massage. The spa doesn't look like any of the pictures they advertise. The bed sheets on the massage bed didn't seem to have been changed. During the massage session, one of the ladies received a call and literally walked out of the room during the session to answer the call and didn't return until 10 minutes later. The other lady stayed in the room trying to massage both of us by herself, so she kept rubbing my hand and will switch to my husbands hands to make us think we were getting our times worth. When the session was over, my husband complained on how unprofessional she was. She decided to give us a $40 discount which really does not make up for the bad experience we had. Please do not go to this spa it is a waste of money. You may get a last minute booking but you will hate the experience\. Luxor is not the place to go!! read more
