An appointment I had to leave a $250 deposit for. They advertised specials online and over the phone, and I was told I might receive some extras like hot stones or hot towels. I did not receive any of those, so the service ended up being a regular massage with no added features. I think the therapist may be new and just wasn't aware of the specials. Overall, the massage itself was good, the staff was polite, and the spa is clean and professional. I would return for the focused work on pain areas, but I hope the communication about specials becomes more consistent.

I had a 90 min session and enjoyed the entire experience.
