Purchased a cocktail tour through Groupon for my dad's birthday. After many unsuccessful attempts to schedule, we left a one star review on yelp. After the review was posted we were contacted and scheduled a tour for yesterday. My parents drove 45 minutes to meet in Temecula for the tour only to have nobody show up, and nobody answer the phones to find out what was going on. Funnily enough, groupon was able to contact them immediately to "confirm they are scheduling tours" while we have yet to receive a response. This business is either a scam or horribly unorganized and unprofessional- either way I would recommend never doing business with them. read more

Me and my husband rode in the beautiful Rolls Royce after our wedding in Fallbrook and were picked up by Stephen. The ride was perfect for our exit after the wedding! He was also early so it gave us no worries for not having a ride there for exit time. The car was very clean and comfortable as well. Thanks so much! read more

DO NOT BOOK!!!! Our son gifted us a Groupon for the Mabec spirit tasting. After repeated attempts to inquire about booking with no success, including no online booking availability and persistent busy signals, we went through Yelp and wrote a negative review. Magically, within 10 minutes they messaged, offered dates and times and confirmed our anniversary gift of the honored Groupon. I deleted my original negative review in the spirit of giving them a second chance. We messaged the night before to confirm, and despite not receiving a response, we drove 45 minutes to arrive at our scheduled time more than 20 minutes early. After waiting with noone appearing, we called to again a consistent busy signal, called a different number and left a message, emailed a reply to their original confirmation, and finally messaged through Yelp. After the scheduled time had passed, a company by a different name, Black car, messaged that they did not show reservation for us. No other communication from Luxury Adventures, Be Good Adventures, Sidecar, or ANY other name they go by. We took a time stamp photo o verify that we were there even 30 minutes AFTER our appointment time. VERY disappointed that we took the drive, took extra 15 minutes to park in the parking garage due to an event, then stood in their meeting spot in the Temecula desert heat for over 50 minutes waiting for any form communication. This ruined our special day. No excuses. Hopefully Groupon will refund our son his hard earned money. What a shame. Negative 10 stars. read more

I used Be Good Adventures car service to take my 3 grands and daughter-in-law to LAX. They were a class act from the initial contact with them to book the ride and getting my family safely to the airport. Super friendly and very accommodating. If I could give them 10 stars instead of 5 I would. As a matter of fact I just booked them again to pick up another daughter from the airport. My husband and I were given a gift from Groupon through a family member. Luxury Adventures were having issues with there phones and quickly made up for it by upgrading us to a Mercedes Maybach. Needless to say the car was beautiful and our driver Stephen was an excellent driver and very professional. He drove us to our tasting and we had great conversation he was very knowledgeable about the area. We also want to thank Ryan for helping us schedule everything and always got back to us in a timely manner. We will definitely use this service again. Can't even leave a voicemail - if you want to run a business you should at least have a number you can reach someone

I booked the Cocktail Tour as a surprise for my husband and I to have an evening away from our young child and redeemed it via Groupon not more than two weeks after purchasing. My first complaint is the un-userfriendly way to find an date/time to book. From Groupon I was taken to begoodadventures website (which is now called "luxuryadventuresco.com"), but the calendar to book was not operating so I called to schedule. No problem. Upon calling the number listed, the man on the phone was confused when I mentioned that I had booked the Luxury Cocktail tour because the number was for SideCar, which I assume is a sister company. Nonetheless, he forwarded my call and I was able to book. On the day of the tour, we had some trouble finding where to meet our Chauffeur, Fred but had he'd been standing next to the car I had actually paid to book, it may have been easier. To my surprise, he was standing next to a motorcycle+Sidecar (which was the last thing on my mind to look for) and we let him know that we actually booked the Mercedes for this tour. Fred was extremely pleasant and he walked us into Be Good restaurant for a cocktail on the company, while he sorted things out. I learned then that the SideCar and Luxury Tour business also owns this restaurant. The restaurant was absolute chaos, as to be expected on a Saturday evening in Old Town Temecula. There was nowhere for staff to accommodate us on such spontaneous terms so we sat at the servers counter basically, which was extremely uncomfortable and awkward. Fred came back and let us know that the car we had booked was actually in the shop and it would not be possible to do the tour, and that we would be issued a refund. He apologized profusely and we let him know it was not his fault and we were glad that he was so kind through it all. We finished our cocktails, which the bartender assumed we were going to pay for, so we politely let he know that we would not be paying for it due to a mishap and that she can ask the manager about it if she needed more context. We left. All in all, at the moment of this longwinded review, I have still not heard from anyone other than the Chauffeur on that evening, regarding a refund or an apology for such a horrible experience. As a matter of fact, I have also yet to receive a refund. My husband and I are extremely empathetic people and rarely ever feel the need to bash a business based on a random series of unfortunate events, however, everything from the booking, and the lack of communication / internal organization of this business that is apparently trying to run multiple other businesses (?), I felt it justified to express my frustration. Those of us with kids know the challenge in organizing time away from home and having childcare to do so, so this was actually extremely disappointing and ruined what was supposed to be a carefree evening. If it weren't for the pleasantness of Fred, I would have absolutely nothing positive to say here. read more

A DEFINITE MUST!!! I can't say enough about these guys! Nothing short of phenomenal and deserving of a true A+ 5-star rating! We used Be Good Adventures to take my wife and I and our 3 teenagers to the SD airport and pick up when returning back home. Stephen was our driver and was a true professional, as well as a pleasure to talk to, which made for a very enjoyable ride and eliminated any awkward silence you may commonly experience with a chauffeur service. Not only was he prompt, he was actually early for a 4am initial pick up time. Our return flight got changed last minute due to issues with the plane and they were able to accommodate our change in arrival time back to SD without any issues or concerns. My family and I will definitely be looking forward to using their services again in the future, and I would recommend anyone else looking to use them as well. Don't even waste your time looking any further, if you're reading this review then you have found the right people!!! read more
