Our driver was so sweet and funny, and the company set up everything in advance for us! It was no-planning at all for our group and if you have winery requests just let them know when you set up the tour, they do the rest. My girlfriends and I booked a wine tour limo service . Our driver, while fairly pleasant, was very young and more worried about keeping us on a schedule than providing service . She really wasn't knowledgeable of the wineries or anything that we asked about regarding the local area . She never opened the doors for us which is what I have always experienced in the past with a limo service . She really should have presented the option of extending our service to not feel rushed. Instead, we suggested it . One in our party lost her phone at the first winery. It took until the 4th winery to convince her to go back to collect it while we were wine tasting . No one confirmed our booking the day before . Instead, I did this . We just didn't feel that this company or our driver was overly interested in providing an elevated service experience. There is a coupon for 3 wineries for $30 with 6 tastings at every winery! It's a must!! Especially since most wineries have a tasting for $15 to $25 per winery. I highly recommend this company for the great job they did for my wine tour. All my friends danced in the limo, drank in the limo, played great music and the limo drivers kept me on check on time as we easily got distracted with time while having fun as we needed to move onto other wineries. Best prices in town, hands down. I researched high and wide to get a group tour going for the man's birthday. Looked at the shuttle tours and the prices seemed ok, and I was set to get a better deal. Finally, remembered that one of my old coworkers had mentioned and recommended west coast for private wine tours. Looked up the website and called up Katherine. Quoted us a great deal with the all inclusive wine tickets and lunch. The limo was stocked with champagne and cold water. The driver was accomodating and even put up a Happy Birthday sign after he found out that's what we were celebrating. I'd recommend the limo tour if you have 8 people, since its cheaper than the shuttles that do the same inclusive deals. You don't get as much info as getting a shuttle and tour guide, but if you have 8 people to stumble around with, who really cares!! I enjoyed every minute of this trip!!! I booked in Late February, I spoke with Katherine and she was so helpful and was able to book us for the Saturday on less than a week's notice. I booked the limo, had to go fancy since three of my friends were first timers in Temecula, it was everything I expected. The limo was clean, comfortable for 6 people, and there were cold drinks and a bottle of champagne. We were able to play our own music and bring a few snacks. This agency was very accommodating to our needs. I asked Katherine for a Spanish speaking driver if possible. Our driver was Johnny, he was funny, he spoke Spanish and English which was awesome and made the trip even better. We had a blast at every winery and Johnny would let us know when to wrap it up at each winery to stay on track. We never felt rushed, we went to four wineries and had a great time. This limousine service is a joke!!! The guy was such an assh*** his name is Chris. He completely judges you, makes inappropriate comments. What happened to the customer is always right in this world??. The limo smells horrible like someone vomited and they couldn't get it cleaned. Lights do not work correctly. A/C does not work. They are inexpensive, however you get what you paid for. Katherine has nothing nice to say and does not act like an owner of the company. Be advise not to go with this limo service . I wish I would have seen more reviews towards the bottom with a small link. Update: Katherine tried to email me to take down my review because it wasn't her fault.Had a lot of excuses as to why I should. When I didn't take it down right away, she made the comment below about me being a competitor and threatening to sue me. I am not a competitor like Katherine claims I am. I am simply a bride who was taken on a bachelorette party with my friends and we all had a bad experience. I booked a limo for an anniversity celebration, but most of the electrical systems did NOT WORK. The Neon Lights on the ceiling and the bar lighting only worked when the limo was parked. Driver didn't know how to use the window between the front and the back of the limo; we had a horrible glare and couldn't take good pictures, also he didn't know how to use the iPod connector. He wanted to go aaaall the way to Temecula with no music.... Really?! We had to improvise with our phones. The AC only worked towards the very back of the limo, therefore most of the people of the auto were burning hot and the back was freezing. The champagne glasses were made of plastic. And just the whole limousine experienced was bad, car felt old and outdated I felt like I overpaid. Prices and info on the website were also not updated which created an inconvenience and I had to pay extra. And the fact that they charge a significant extra fee when using a credit card didn't help my experience. I do not recommend West Coast Transportation to anybody. Please shop around! The one thing I will say for West Coast Transportation is that their prices are good. I planned a bachelorette party in Temecula and was going to use the shuttle service for wine tasting, but then I found this service, which was surprisingly cheaper. It was nice to have a private tour rather than being with other groups and we didn't really need the guide. Plus the wineries selected were great! That being said, the service was horrible. The driver was not friendly or helpful at all. He asked me if I had directions to the wineries (I'm sorry, isn't that what I've hired you for?!?) and then proceeded to get lost on the way to the first winery. He told me later that he is subcontracted out and does not work directly for the limo company, he was actually from San Diego. The schedule of the 4 wineries was extremely rushed and not planned in a logical manner. We were practically chugging our wines to make it on time for the next reservation. I had specifically mentioned that I was not familiar with the area and had never been wine tasting before so I was asking for recommendations about where to go and how long it would take. Worst of all, when I called half way through the trip to discuss the issues we'd been having and see what could be done, Katherine was not apologetic or helpful in any way. So I had the driver blaming the poor planning on the limo company, the limo company blaming her own driver and my party for taking too long at each stop. In the end, my bride-to-be and the other girls had fun but were annoyed with the situation, but I spent half the time either on the phone or dealing with logistics, so I missed more than half of the wine tasting experience. read more

We had such an amazing wine tasting trip with West Coast. We booked very last minute and Kat gave us an awesome deal. She picked three wineries which we really loved. There was champagne and water in the limo and we were allowed to also bring a few bottles ourselves. The best thing about this service besides being so reasonably priced was that Kat kept us on track as far as time went. She would give us polite reminders of how much time we had left (which if you've ever been wine tasting or just drinking in general, you know that time management is difficult) and because of this we did 4 wineries in 4 hours. Actually, my review should be a 3.5 but since everything ended well I will bump it up to a four. My yelp friend Katie M. is getting married and she wanted to do a wine tasting tour in Temecula for her bachelorette party. Since I live in the Temecula area I took care of booking the tour. We had both been on Grapeline tours in the past but I wanted to see if we could save a little money and have a more private experience. I found West Coast Transportation on Yelp. I read the positive and negative reviews and called Armando to get his take on the negative reviews. After I spoke with him I decided to go ahead and book. Their rates are very competitive, however the customer service I experienced wasn't the best. I made my reservation with West Coast three months in advance and made my winery selections at that time. I wanted to do Briar Rose first, then Oak Mtn, then Keyways, and Bella Vista last. I didn't hear from them again until I called the Monday before my tasting to confirm. At that time, they told me Keyways was no longer on their list of wineries. Not a big deal, but I was wondering what would have happened had I not called to confirm... would they have just chosen another winery for me? Additionally, they had the first version of my reservation and not the modifications I made with Armando via email three months previously (2 people dropped out, so we went from an Escalade limo to a regular limo, and 2 less tastings). Again, this left me wondering what would have happened had I not called to confirm... The day of the tasting Johnny picked us up on time at Pechanga in the limo requested. Great! Champagne and water waited for us in the limo and we were able to hook up our iPod. However, soon I noticed something was amiss... we were not headed towards Briar Rose. When we got to our destination, which ended up being Oak Mtn, Johnny told me that Briar Rose was booked up and we couldn't get an early reservation, it would be our 3rd stop instead of our first. Really? I find that hard to believe since I booked 3 months in advance!! Also, if they couldn't fulfill my request, I would have appreciated a phone call in advance so that I would be aware, not the bait and switch they pulled. I told Johnny I was unhappy with what was happening but of course I understood he was just doing what he was told to. But he did call West Coast and tell them what was happening, which I appreciated. The rest of the day went off without a hitch, Johnny was very courteous and helpful and we had a great time. Also, I did email Armando prior to writing this review and he took responsibility for the miscommunication, which I appreciated. I might consider booking with them again just because the prices are so low, but I will know in the future to be on their butts about my reservation! read more
