I booked at this hotel based on the generally positive reviews on here coupled with a decent rate compared to the other chains in the area. I regret it. What looks like the front entrance along Jefferson is not. It's actually in the back. I parked at the other hotel's parking lot then walked over to check in. That was relatively smooth. I was given a parking pass to display on my dashboard. It's $12 a night for underground parking with elevator access straight to your hotel room floor. Overflow parking is outside in the lot shared with the other hotel. I got to my room and it was just okay. You can't go below 68 degrees. For the hotel-goers in us that like Arctic temperatures to sleep, that may be a problem. I left it on "Auto" at 68 and somehow it bumped up to a humid 78 degrees inside. And a faint smell of urine towards the A/C unit. Now the part where I was just grossed out. The bathroom. There was mold along the bottom of a section of a wall towards the baseboard. It was so bad that I guess maintenance ripped out the portion and it's just black mold. See the photo in my review. The metal trashcan in the bathroom was disgusting. I know Hilton is going the green route, but add a plastic liner or something. Rust and garbage residue is just not visibly appealing. Again, see the photo in my review. The showerhead? It had dried soap scum. Luckily I brought Lysol wipes with me to wipe that down. Made me wonder about the water. The shower area itself? There were long strands of hair everywhere. Some were even stuck to the floor of the shower itself and I just let it be. Recall that I mentioned Hilton going the green route. They only service your room and bathroom every other day of your stay. So if you're in for a weekend stay, they'll just clean it when you check out essentially. I understand it's expensive to staff, but I'm sure the every other day schedule leaves gaps in cleanliness for future guests as indicated by my review. I do not recommend. It was a nice guest room we stayed in for three nights. If you're staying for a weekend event in Fallbrook, this venue is roughly 30min. away from the center of Fallbrook. The service was very friendly. The rooms were 8.5/10. Parking is charged at $12/night. Pet fee of $75/stay. I asked if they did anything special for newlyweds and they surprised us with a bottle of prosecco 2 share size candy bars and through plastic rose petals on the floor. Stayed here a week ago and we had a pretty good experience, mostly. First of all, the hotel is very nice and the location is situated in an area where you can go to all the Temecula spots within 10 minutes. Parking is $10 a day, but I feel it's worth it because it's underground and your car is safe from the elements and potential vandalism (even though the area is low crime). We paid a bit more to have the bed and breakfast option which I feel is totally worth it. Unlike the normal free breakfast at other local hotels, this one is a little more exclusive and way better quality. There was no morning madness at breakfast, at least in our 2 days here. There was an actual chef cooking up the breakfast dishes that were being placed at the serving station. Kudos to the staff; we told the attendant that we preferred turkey sausage and she had some made fresh from the kitchen. Overall the room, was clean but not perfect. We had the temp set cold, and when we asked for more blankets, the front desk sent them up within 5 minutes. The gym, was super nice and had a really good amount of equipment (for those who use this stuff in vacation). The outdoor pool was not heated, but the outdoor seating is very accommodating with fire pit tables. The only real bad, was that one elevator was malfunctioning, so getting up and down was a little inconvenient. Either way, I would definitely recommend this Hilton for a stay in the area. read more

We planned a weekend trip to Temecula and stay at this Hilton location. The hotel is centrally located to stores, restaurants, and a 30 minute drive to the wineries. Our room was spacious with a comfortable mattress, high quality crisp sheets, and supportive pillows. The hotel is pet friendly with convenient parking underground. It also has a small stores and serves food, which we didn't have a change to try. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very attentive. I enjoyed the ability to use the Hilton app to conduct an early check in, choose a room, and use a digital key for room entrance. In conclusion, we enjoyed our stay and so did our pup. They have other amenities that we didn't get to use like a gym, swimming pool, and outdoor seating areas. We'll definitely stay here again on future trips to Temecula. read more

Great location. Stayed here for a night while passing through to San Diego. Lobby is beautiful, but the scent they have is a little overpowering. Staff was nice and the place is very clean. We parked in the bottom garage which was super convenient to the room. Took about 1-2 mins to get from parking to the room. Room is spacious, however the pillows tend to get deflated by the morning. We brought our dog which was extra 75.00 a day. My only complaint is there is nowhere designated for dogs to go to the bathroom. It's just all cement with no real grass area. Wow ! What a difference a year makes ! We have been staying here each year (2022 & 2023) when we visit family in Temecula. This year is a drastic turn for the worse. One of the two elevators was out of service - creating long waits for accessing hotel floors. We arrived on a Friday at 5 pm after a long day of driving from Las Vega - the lobby bar we were so fond of was not open. Our room was missing towels - hand soap - glasses and coffee pods. The leg of chair in our room was broken and dangerous to use. There was no body wash in shower shower and when I asked the housekeeping - they replied - 'we have no body wash in the entire hotel to offer you' (WHAT?) We were also told upon check in that they no longer clean rooms daily ... it's every other day .... At 1 pm on day 2 ... our room had still not been serviced. The hallways are littered with guests trash and soiled towels and linens - this place has sadly turned into a sub standard hotel. Sadly, we will not be back - disappointing is an understatement ! read more

Our 6th stay. This hotel was completely new during the pandemic time. Very clean, staff was incredible. Free hot cookies and coffee during happy hour. And the Peloton bike worked ( I use the bike every time we come here. ). However, this time. The housekeeping staff seems short staffed. There are no clean towels in the gym area. In the room, we were given two bath towels and a handful of little towels. We asked for more bath towels. Waited over 45 minutes. No happy hour, free cookies, and coffee. Ev charging: only for Tesla. Stayed here on a Thursday night in the 3rd week of June. The hotel and room was very nice. The front desk girl who checked me in was thorough and nice. Part of the MyWay benefit is a food and beverage credit and she informed me that the food and beverage credit would come to $20. $10 for me and then $10 for an additional guests registered to the room. She told me it worked to buy breakfast so that's what we did the next morning. We got 2 items that came to $18, and my invoice at the end of my stay showed only one $10 credit. The front desk people were very nice. BUT We were told we had a pool view but the pool was disgusting and mossy. Nothing said the pool area was closed when we booked. By day two, they were jack hammering the pool out before 8am. They leave towels and sheets on the carpets out in front of the rooms. Was sitting there over an hour. Carpets are dirty. And one of our towels had mascara on it. No security in the garage after 11 and you don't need to swipe a room key to get from the garage to the room floors. Seems like a security thing to have access from the open guest parking area to the floors the rooms are on. The one bright spot was the buffet, breakfast was good but it was $16 per person. I was very pleasantly surprised by Hilton Harden Inn. First I got a really good deal with a AAA discount for $149 a night. The staff was so welcoming and check in was a breeze. The room was very nice and included a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The hotel had a bar and restaurant open till 9 pm. I Called and ordered the garden quesadilla about 8:15 pm and I was expecting to go down and get it however it was brought directly to my room in a timely manner. The best part of the hotel I think was the free Tesla chargers in the parking garage for guests . As a Tesla owner that was a BIG plus! I am definitely staying here again! read more

Overall, we really liked this hotel and as others noted, it looked like it was recently renovated so everything was on the newer side. What was nice about this hotel is that you can pretty much do everything through the Hilton phone app, including choosing your floor and room when checking in, entering your room, and even messaging the front desk. We also liked that when you enter their garage, you don't even have to pass the lobby, but can go straight to your floor and enter your room if you use their app. Some of the other reviews said that the hotel was noisy, but we didn't find that at all. Also, when we did go to the lobby to get our parking pass, or get the free coffee in the lobby, everyone was cordial and helpful, and it was pretty quiet overall. I think the only downside I found was that the water pressure was a little low and on the day we checked out, the entire hotel lost Internet service, but that's probably an anomaly, so I'm not really knocking it down for that. Finally, it is close to downtown Temecula and technically walking distance, but I probably wouldn't recommend walking there from the hotel to downtown Temecula at night. I mean, when we went, there was enough free parking around, but we did go downtown on a weekday evening. Anyway, I have no complaints about this hotel and I'll definitely go again. Very nice Location, close to Old Town Temecula, certainly a short walking distance. This is a beautiful place with 2 other Hotel properties next to each other. A very nice well kept up area! This small cluster of beautiful Hotel properties feels clean and very safe. It was also good seeing cameras in the underground parking structure of our Hotel. The Hotel staff were very courteous, kind, helpful, with a pleasant and fast check-in. The entrance is off the street at back of property. The main lounge area when you arrive, is nice and very welcoming. There is a big screen TV in the Lobby that happened to have a local baseball playing game on screen. A large group of travelers ware gathered together, waiting for their travel guide, while throughly enjoying the lounge. The Hotel offers free coffee in the morning. The coffee is excellent! In the morning, you have choices for a freshly made paid breakfast. There are some nice options for made to order meals as well. I was impressed when we went the wrong way to locate our room and saw a young lady completely scrubbing with soap from top to bottom... a shower glass enclosure in a room being prepared for the next guest. We were impressed how hard this young lady worked to clean that room! So...we were happy that our room was also impeccably clean, especially the bathroom! Bedding was a zipper sack for the base sheet and clean washable white bedding. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a thoughtful layout, with every possible amenity available, including a small valuable safe. Sadly...there were issues with some hotel upkeep.... Our shower needed a little attention. It seems that whomever tried to repair the shower...had no basic skills whatsoever to do so, and obviously the person overseeing the repair job, well, let's just say, this was a waste of resources in more way than one. Our main complaint, however, was when we walked out of the elevator on the 3rd floor there was the stench of old creepy wet carpet! Come on.... There is NO excuse for this. Again... why can't you keep the carpet at least free of such a strong Odor?? Yes... there is an ice machine right there, but seriously, you could figure out something to prevent...the stench!!! Clearly, it had been years since they had put in new carpet in those halls! Old carpet is one thing, but there is absolutely no excuse for the stench! You could see it was once beautiful carpets!! Now, if you are renovating...clean the carpet so it's just old looking...not stinky! Our room was by the elevators. At least we could smell the hall carpets from inside our room. We considered everything good and bad, then, decided to stay. We had just joined Hilton Honors with our stay elsewhere the night before. Not a good start to a new Hotel membership. This review is for two employees: Haddy and Ray R. I stayed there to attend a meeting that went over the course of three weeks. Haddy works in housekeeping so I interacted with her while she was cleaning the hallways, lobby and ladies room near the conference room where the meeting was located. I also encountered her when coming and going from our guest room. Haddy never failed to greet us and ask if there was anything we needed. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, and we tend to be a very high-maintenance group. Over the last 30 years my work has taken me up and down the West Coast. I've been in and out of countless hotel conference rooms and have seen many indifferent employees along the way. I don't think the Hilton management team knows what a jewel they have in Haddy. I wish that they would consider putting her in a position of more responsibility where she has more contact with the public. I think Haddy would excel in that environment because she has qualities that can't be taught. She's self-motivated, conscientious and great with people. Speaking of being great with people, Ray on the management team is one in a million. I know he's a great manager because he has a very happy staff, which makes all the difference in the world. I was able to observe Ray communicate with a wide variety of people, and he nailed it every time. I also think he deserves to be in charge of a much larger property. This is a new hotel. Only open for 2 months when we came in June 2022. The location is great. Walking distance from Old Town Temecula, restaurants and close to the freeway. Very clean and modern design. The pool gets shade in the afternoon, so its perfect for the warm days without the bright sun. Coffee bar is set up every morning and is complimentary. We stayed on the 3rd floor in a room that over looked the pool. Our room had a fridge, microwave and K-cup coffee maker. Great space saving layout. We ran into an unfortunate situation where the internet service provider happened to have an outage which affected the area, creating a lot of issues for this hotel. The staff as well as management did an amazing job in helping the guests as best as they could despite the limitations. They had a plan in checking guests manually and I thought it was pretty seamless despite a bit of a wait time. About the hotel itself. I'm not sure if the hotel was recently updated or if it's new but it was so nice compared to other Hilton Gardens I've been to. The beds were clean and comfortable. The water pressure was AMAZING. The lobby was cute and spacious/open, making it enjoyable to relax with a big group. The breakfast buffet was also nice. We'll be sure to stay again when we're in the area. read more

It is 10:40pm on Sunday. We are currently booked and staying in one of the rooms. Having internet issues, I tried calling their main phone number via my cell phone. Rang maybe 20 times. No answer. Called from the room, dialed 0, rang maybe 20 times, no answer. Called again, this time pushing the button, front desk, rang maybe 20 times, no answer. This time, called again, pushed the 'emergency' button, rang maybe 20 times, no answer. Never mind the 'internet' issue now! What if I had an emergency, where is the front desk person? It's not even 11:00pm yet! Hours are noted as 24/7! For many other reasons, I would not recommend staying at this hotel! UPDATE: I called the front desk again 10 minutes later. The front desk person answered, she was the only one available and had been delivering something. For as many phone calls as a I initially made, including pushing the emergency button phone number, this location should consider either having another staff member available, a cordless phone or a company cell phone that could have the main number forwarded to. Other than that phone issue, the hotel has nice amenities, some smart engineer put the shower on/off handle on the separate wall from the shower head which I thought was a great feature, helped not getting doused with cold water as you tried to figure out how to tune the water! Checked in and privacy blind broken in room. Notified front desk and told by staff to go back to room and they would send someone to "teach" us how to use blinds that "people in ADA rooms could not figure the blinds out" (meaning the disabled were TOO stupid to figure blinds out) Told them I regularly stayed in Hilton hotels and knew how to work blinds and they were broken. Maintenance came to room to "teach" us "disabled people" how to use blinds and confirmed that blinds were broken and had been broken for some time and that parts were on order and would be in next week. Discriminatory attitude and behavior towards disabled guest in violation of ADA, also handheld shower broken and flooded room, coffee maker full of chemicals that bubbled in cup when coffee made, cold breakfast buffet that had been cooked hours before, no tv remote and rude argumentative unprofessional manager and front desk staff. Then manager told us to leave property because we had an "attitude" that everything was broken and subpar and then tied up our Hilton points and deposit for days. Both traditionally busy nights and more expensive for hotels. On both occasions the room price was between $125 to $165. That is appropriate for the area and time. I double checked to see if there was any big event in the area to justify the increase and there is nothing. Directions to hotel is bit tricky because the main entrance is located in the back of the building. There is another hotel across from the Hilton as well. We arrived early, so they were really nice about letting us check in early since they had a room ready. The lobby is really nice and has a bar for late night drink. The hotel offers a lot of amenities that include pool lounge area, barbecue, and full gym. The room was really nice. The bed was really comfortable with plenty of cabinets, storage area, and little closet to hang belongings. The only negative part was that the bathroom had hair around the sink and in the shower area. There is plenty of underground parking as well. read more

We stayed 2 nights for a wedding. The second morning after the wedding a "test alarm" went on at 7am and 8am. First said they they apologize and then when we checked out they changed their story to calling it a surprise visit by the city to test the system which we know is not the truth.
