Written parking policy

A lovely stay ruined by crazy after the fact billing and insults to my intelligence. The manager Toby insinuated I should better read my agreement ahead of time (which I did!) AND charged us for parking lot parking. Later credited after I complained. Not somewhat protected underground parking but yucky old parking lot, against an empty lot. ?!? Same charge for either yet none were explained to us more than the written blurb below. just pay for their tasty breakfast and stay elsewhere.

Stayed here a week ago and we had a pretty good experience, mostly. First of all, the hotel is very nice and the location is situated in an area where you can go to all the Temecula spots within 10 minutes. Parking is $10 a day, but I feel it's worth it because it's underground and your car is safe from the elements and potential vandalism (even though the area is low crime). We paid a bit more to have the bed and breakfast option which I feel is totally worth it. Unlike the normal free breakfast at other local hotels, this one is a little more exclusive and way better quality. There was no morning madness at breakfast, at least in our 2 days here. There was an actual chef cooking up the breakfast dishes that were being placed at the serving station. Kudos to the staff; we told the attendant that we preferred turkey sausage and she had some made fresh from the kitchen. Overall the room, was clean but not perfect. We had the temp set cold, and when we asked for more blankets, the front desk sent them up within 5 minutes. The gym, was super nice and had a really good amount of equipment (for those who use this stuff in vacation). The outdoor pool was not heated, but the outdoor seating is very accommodating with fire pit tables. The only real bad, was that one elevator was malfunctioning, so getting up and down was a little inconvenient. Either way, I would definitely recommend this Hilton for a stay in the area.

We planned a weekend trip to Temecula and stay at this Hilton location. The hotel is centrally located to stores, restaurants, and a 30 minute drive to the wineries. Our room was spacious with a comfortable mattress, high quality crisp sheets, and supportive pillows. The hotel is pet friendly with convenient parking underground. It also has a small stores and serves food, which we didn't have a change to try. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very attentive. I enjoyed the ability to use the Hilton app to conduct an early check in, choose a room, and use a digital key for room entrance. In conclusion, we enjoyed our stay and so did our pup. They have other amenities that we didn't get to use like a gym, swimming pool, and outdoor seating areas. We'll definitely stay here again on future trips to Temecula.

Great location. Stayed here for a night while passing through to San Diego. Lobby is beautiful, but the scent they have is a little overpowering. Staff was nice and the place is very clean. We parked in the bottom garage which was super convenient to the room. Took about 1-2 mins to get from parking to the room. Room is spacious, however the pillows tend to get deflated by the morning. We brought our dog which was extra 75.00 a day. My only complaint is there is nowhere designated for dogs to go to the bathroom. It's just all cement with no real grass area. I walked him across the street where there is grass in front of the hotel.

The bartender also said the menu online is incorrect so here's the accurate one.

Stayed here on a Thursday night in the 3rd week of June. The hotel and room was very nice. The front desk girl who checked me in was thorough and nice. Part of the MyWay benefit is a food and beverage credit and she informed me that the food and beverage credit would come to $20. $10 for me and then $10 for an additional guests registered to the room. She told me it worked to buy breakfast so that's what we did the next morning. We got 2 items that came to $18, and my invoice at the end of my stay showed only one $10 credit. I had to fight Jason over the Hilton chat to explain to him that the MyWay benefit states I should actually have two $10 credits and he finally refunded me.

The front desk people were very nice. BUT We were told we had a pool view but the pool was disgusting and mossy. Nothing said the pool area was closed when we booked. By day two, they were jack hammering the pool out before 8am. They leave towels and sheets on the carpets out in front of the rooms. Was sitting there over an hour. Carpets are dirty. And one of our towels had mascara on it. No security in the garage after 11 and you don't need to swipe a room key to get from the garage to the room floors. Seems like a security thing to have access from the open guest parking area to the floors the rooms are on. The one bright spot was the buffet, breakfast was good but it was $16 per person. Hoping they are going to remodel this location and add a mandatory key swipe to access the rooms. Yikes.

I was very pleasantly surprised by Hilton Harden Inn. First I got a really good deal with a AAA discount for $149 a night. The staff was so welcoming and check in was a breeze. The room was very nice and included a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The hotel had a bar and restaurant open till 9 pm. I Called and ordered the garden quesadilla about 8:15 pm and I was expecting to go down and get it however it was brought directly to my room in a timely manner. The best part of the hotel I think was the free Tesla chargers in the parking garage for guests . As a Tesla owner that was a BIG plus! I am definitely staying here again!

The beauty of Vienza, the authenticity of Bolero (+ the incredible restaurant), and the simplicity of C'est La Vie are all really alluring. I personally like the C'est La Vie wines the best, the Vienza architecture and grounds the best, and then I like Bolero most for eating (and having drinks) in the VIP lounge. They each have their own appeal. What gets overlooked is the staff. I feel like I'm going to Cheers when I go there. Everyone knows me. Special shout out to their best employees, starting with my faves Rebecca - always happy and chipper, awesome conversation and customer service. Preston - very chill and has an understated sense of humor that I really like, great service too. Elijah - makes me feel like we've been great friends for 20 years. Dr. Doug - the best wine server in the Bolero VIP lounge. Rachael - will sit and engage with you for as long as you want, on any topic that you want. Others who are really awesome: L'ree, Gaby, Juan, and Josh (food server). All these guys always customize pours to what they know I love, and they always take care of my guests really well. The important thing to note here is that they do a lot of weddings! Towards the beginning they were undergoing a lot of changes within staff and it was difficult initially to contact them or get a response which was extremely frustrating. Once it got closer to our wedding day we got a new coordinator named Tessa and she basically saved my sanity because from that moment on I had no issues and felt so prioritized. Be patient with them in the beginning because you're one of many brides they speak to on a daily basis. Once you're wedding day is actually there, it will be worth every single penny. The food was amazing, the DJ is so good and attentive, our day of coordinator Hayley was also really nice and Victoria made sure to ask me if I needed anything she was there to make it happen. I can't stress enough how incredibly beautiful our wedding was and every single guest told us the pictures of the venue we sent did not do it justice. Also, get the horse carriage it's such a beautiful moment I shared with my dad then with my husband. We saw Tessa the next day when I went to pick up some things we left behind and she asked where we were going for our honeymoon and literally within the hour of us leaving she emailed us so many great ideas and recommendations. Lake Oak Meadows is lucky to have someone like her that is so kind, reassuring, goes above and beyond expectations, and genuinely you can tell she loves what she does. Thank you to everyone who helped create our magical day sorry if I was a stressed wreck initially but you guys definitely delivered and made me look good because like I said I can't plan anything accordingly. To see how great it turned out you guys definitely know how to make everything feel perfect. 12.2.21

There's something about being surrounded by rolling hills and water that just makes the moment feel bigger and more meaningful. One of the BEST parts about Lake Oak Meadows is how many perfect little spots there are. You can walk along the lake at sunset, find a quiet corner under the trees, or use the rustic barn and open fields as your backdrop. The light in the evening is especially stunning -- soft, golden, and perfect for photos you'll look back on forever. It doesn't feel crowded or overly formal. It feels calm. Intimate. Honestly we weren't expecting anything crazy, but even with that we were super bummed with the experience. The one star is for how cute the place and setup are. It has a lot of potential, and maybe something was just going on this particular day that made the experience so awful. But even if that was the case I wish they would have explained. Anyway, the tea party started at 11 am and they did not specify how long it was supposed to be or the end time. We get there on time and sit down, enjoy the adorable set up and wait to be served. It took about 20-30 for us to be served our tea and lemonade. After that we are waiting for our finger foods (which on the advertisement they stated it would be sweet and savory). They did not bring our bites until 12:30! Meaning it took an hour and a half for them to bring a small tray of croissants, cupcakes and cookies! I was so confused as to why it took so long to serve.. I mean clearly almost everything was premade besides the little basic finger sandwiches (and it was taking a long time for everyone, because we were listening to all the little girls around us complaining of how hungry they were). So finally we get ours and instead of getting ham & cheese sandwiches like everyone around us, they gave us chicken salad sandwiches which the kids did not want at all. I ate them because at this point I am super hungry and getting a headache because i'm also super pregnant. We ask the lady if they have anything else and she said she can make them grilled cheese sandwiches. The main problem was that for the amount of tickets they sold/tables they had.. they were understaffed. There was just one adult (who i'm assuming was the owner) and two kids helping her (i'm guessing her kids). I loved that the kids were serving the tables but it literally took an hour and a half for us to get a super basic tray of snacks and they only came twice to fill our tea. On top of all that, what bothered me the most was there were moms waiting in the waiting room for a solid hour waiting to be seated! Their daughters all dolled up for a cute day with their moms and literally waiting an hour to be seated for something that was supposed to start at 11 am. A lot of the moms were disappointed but what can they say? They don't want to ruin the experience for their daughters. No joke if this was my business i would 100% refund all the moms there. I was so bummed I ended up leaving with a headache that lasted all day. I am just tired of businesses taking peoples money and not delivering.
