I came in for a pedicure and acrylic nail extensions, and Hanna did an AMAZING job. She took her time! I came in not really knowing what design I wanted on my nails, and she was more than happy to scroll through the countless Instagram photos I had saved to ensure that she could create my vision. She even stayed later than closing hours to ensure that she completed my services with the utmost care. I've been going here for months and I feel like I've known them for years. My nails last longer here than most places I've been, and they are always to my liking. They don't rush, and are great at what they do. I'm also a fan of online booking for my busy and last minute schedule. They care deeply about what they do and the service they offer. I never feel like I'm being pressured to add more or do more, I'm always treated with utmost respect, and I'm remembered. They're also incredibly grateful. I walked in on the fourth day which was today on a Tuesday asked them to fix my nails and they made me wait 10 minutes two fix two nails. As I finally got to sit down they gave an attitude towards me because I asked them to fix my second nail that was chipped. I paid them good on Friday and I always tip and they shouldn't have made me feel this way, guilty. I am not going to feel guilty for the job that was done poorly to my nails. I am a paying customer that should have been treated with respect and quality service. I love my nails now but the service isn't nice they don't tell you their name or ask customers how their day went... So I'm conclusion I would go back if they haven't given me an attitude and my nails wouldn't chip on the third day. I desperately needed a fill when I got to Hamilton this weekend and not only were these ladies able to take me immediately, but they had a great color selection and were super helpful. I was very impressed with the knowledge and skill of the woman who did my fill (I'm so rude and didn't get her name - based on her interactions with the other people on staff, I suspect she's the owner), because she immediately identified that one of my nails in particular had WAY too much acrylic on it and that that would damage my natural nail. My fill was beautifully done and she was very attentive not only to the shape of my (stupid-long, coffin-shaped) nails, but also to the underside of the nails. Her super nice daughter took over for my polish, and she too was extra attentive and meticulous. I chose a super cute polish with teensy cherry blossom glitter (Petal Soft from OPI) in it - cute but kind of a pain in the butt to wrangle to get ideal flower placement. She made sure to get the flowers perfectly scattered and laid flat, and they look awesome! Both ladies were really nice and very pleasant to chat with, though they weren't pushy and I could tell that if I'd wanted to just be quiet and not talk, they would have been cool with that too. Great service and great company! Reasonably priced, not super flashy but clean location. Thank you so much and I am going to start planning my nail services for when I'm in Canada! After stepping over the rags I was immediately greeted by a woman sitting in a chair off to the side of the salon. I went for a manicure which was $15. Not many colours of nail polish to choose from.. and did not have any new collections out. Disappointed I grabbed a polish and sat in the chair. Shortly after sitting down I took a look at the surroundings and realized this place was not very clean. The tools she used on me were dirty. The bowl of water for my hands she used for cleaning her tools.. and even used it to clean off stuff from my nails. GROSS! I did not get the proper manicure. No cuticle oils .. 2 second hand massage.. made me WASH my hands.. shitty job filing and cutting my nails.. and the nail polish job was shit! Did not tip her. She was rude! The place is DIRTY and GROSS! Wouldn't recommend this to anyone even tho there were many customers coming in and out of the salon..
