UPDATE: Had my shower installed on 4/20/22 and I am very pleased with it. Kenny and Joe did the installation and were incredibly professional and tidy. Everything was completed within about 10-12 hours and they left my house exactly like they found it. I downgraded to 4 stars only because there seems to be a bit of a leak by the right hand corner of the shower door. I will be calling them tomorrow to see if they can send someone over to remedy this, when they do I will update back to 5 stars. Overall, excellent service, professional install, patient with questions, and respectful of my house! Great company. Just had my consultation with Rob and we put my new shower stall and toilet install into motion. He was polite and courteous and really took his time to make sure I felt comfortable and understood everything, especially the financing aspect. He answered all my questions and we also had a friendly chat to the point where I kind of felt bad because I know these sales calls cost time and money. We spent $4000 for a living room set. $200 for a five year parts and labor warranty. 3 yes later we call because the recliner section isn't reclining anymore. We were put off at least 5 times. Then when someone from the "warranty" finally gets back to us. She states that the company responsible for the warranty no longer exists.....and that they Jerusalem Furniture could only offer $50 toward the repairs needed. The salesman they sent was awesome! VERY personable, nice guy. The sales call is a hard sell, hours and hours long. (Similar to the Anderson Window replacement people.) Their prices are very high and it naturally takes several hours to convince us that a price that high is worthwhile. I fortunately had an estimate from a very reputable local kitchen and bath company (that included more extensive work) that was less than half of their quote. The offer of a deep discount "if you sign and give a deposit today" was a red flag. Please do not be rushed or bullied into making a hasty decision. Nice guy though. read more

The old tub and tile were quickly removed and replaced with the new tub and wall. It looks beautiful bathroom. We call them because they advertise on a Christian radio station, they portrayed them. Selves has good Christians. There From it the salesman said they remove the tub and take the tub area down to the studs and would put new waterproof wallboard before installing the shower said this is their standard procedure. They put the new shower materials overtop of the original tiles also they were supposed to start the job within 3 weeks and be done in 2days didn't happen. They have no recard or respect for the customer's time and when we told them and showed them the low quality of the product and poor workmanship they did nothing to make good on it THEY BECAME VERY RUDE AND HUNG UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PHONE CONFERENCE. APPOINTMENT NO SHOW! Made the appointment for them to come out for 6/24/22 @ 09:00. I made schedule arrangements for this to be there. No one showed up! Then when I call, they say, they left messages to confirm and sent an email to confirm. Then what was the phone call a couple days ago making the appointment????? We specifically made the appointment for me and my wife to be home on the phone with their Rep. Sorry if I work and can't answer emails or call people all day due to my job! Although somewhat delayed due to the virus our install took place approximately 8-10 weeks from initial consult for our replacement shower for my elderly in laws. Dallas was courteous with her calls to let us know what our status was and was always pleasant to speak with. Our installer Rob and his helper were always on time and very interested in making our install quick and painless. We had a days delay to correct several issues with plumbing that prevented the install of the shower pan. Luckily it was a quick fix and the company quickly got them back to continue the install which we truly appreciated as that was the only shower in the house. Very happy with the shower and the installers and the company in general, I would recommend them to others. read more

Be careful with these people, their sales staff don't know their area. Spent 20-30 minutes with Steve (sales staff)at the Oaks Home Show. They had a display that was exactly what we wanted. We took the time to set up the consultation/estimate. We were called the next day to confirm the appointment. THEN we were told we were out of their service area. Checking their website we were in fact just a little outside their area (though we are well within NEPA). It wouldn't have bothered me except I read a few reviews on FB that were also outside their area like the woman in Bayonne. In the end I guess they are doing me a favor. If they don't know their service area there is probably even more important things about their business they don't know. read more

The experience started out great and went downhill from there. Installers did a terrible job, installing , cleaning up after themselves and protecting the new products. They were definitely not craftsmen more like hired untrained help. They broke our toilet and tried to get by without informing us. After day 1 we contacted our salesman to let him know we were not happy, this was a month ago and we have never heard back. The customer service from there was attrocious. NOT GOOD!!!! Very disappointed with the quality of service and lack of professionalism considering I paid $12K. My project was a disaster that begun the night they installed. Everything looked beautiful but after installers left & I signed the certification of satisfactory I noticed a blown out electrical outlet that fried the circuit breaker in my side bedroom & found out that installers had trouble with the plug and made the lights flicker. There was flooding in basement due to pipe connections done wrong, showerhead connection leaking after the 1st attempt to repair. It took 4 visits and complete removal wall to get the leaks fixed. By now construction mess left behind in wash room from cutting into my floor boards and bathroom flooring had to be redone because of the installers walking on freshly grouted tiles. Manager Ray asked about the electrical problem I explained I had added costs of $750 to repair due to surge from installers. There was no further response for over a week until today a message from the Office Manager Trisha Dekis, threatening late fees on the balance of $627. I am not one to run to a lawyer but its the principal of the matter. No matter how nice the presentation looks stay clear of these guys read more

Special kudos to my installation team. They did a great job, and I am picky! No complaints at all. Their cleanup left my bathroom cleaner than it was before the installation. Just wanted to give an update, its been almost over 2 moths since the install and we are very satisfied of the outcome. Steve and Joe came to our home for the installation. Everything has been accomplished as promised. later in the day few other professional luxury bath installers stopped by probably checking up with each other after a long day and even offered a hand cleaning up the place and finalize things. They cleaned up the entire work area real good as if nothing happened. We are very pleased of our new Luxury Shower/Tub the family are loving it. A very satisfied customer here :-) Again thanks to all the individual who participated on this project. Marvin, Anthony and the guys and specially the Phone Rep ( sorry I forgot her name) that's very nice to speak to. I will even recommend them to my loved ones. Bad experience. Had to have them come out several times to fix their sloppy work. Finally able to use the bathroom and they messed up our paint job. They lied saying they painted and did a horrible job over the professional paint job we had, and had the nerve to lie again and said we said to only do specific areas and that the paint job was only $100 when we paid $800. Will not be using ever again and would not recommend unless you like strangers coming in and out of your house five hundred times to fix their own employees work. The workers were polite and the last ones were the only ones besides the tub installers who knew what they were doing after 3-4 visits of repairing issues they caused, one being an explosion of water all over the bathroom and ruining our brand new vanity. In October we contracted Luxury Bath to remodel our master shower and adjacent garden tub (they don't sell garden tubs but remodeled the tub pedestal and agreed to install a garden tub we purchased separately). Despite paying $16,598, this was not a luxury experience. We were expecting the work to be done in a timely manner, we expected a thorough job that reflected the promises made, and we expected a proper clean up. None of these expectations were met. Timeline - The job was estimated to be completed by December 8th, but wasn't completed until February 12th. We were told the initial installation was delayed until January 6-7 because of a damaged shipment. The glass door installation was scheduled for January 30th but due to missing parts it wasn't completed until February 12th. The entire process took 18 weeks--during 6 of which we were unable to use the shower. Quality - during the 2-hour sales presentation we were promised a thorough installation that would involve taking the shower "down to the studs." It is clear that the new material was laid over the existing tiles. During the presentation we were warned about the dangers posed by companies that simply put lining over existing tile, yet that is exactly what happened here. When I spoke to management about this he said they determined taking it down to the studs wasn't necessary in our case. Prior to this there was no discussion that taking it down to the studs was optional and at the sole discretion of the installer. - We also intended to purchase a frameless shower, and paid extra for what they called a "semi-frameless shower." In reality there is a frame around each portion of the glass with the exception of the hinged door that only has a frame on the bottom and hinged edge. The sales person did a very poor job of setting expectations. - There is also a 4 sqft  bubble under the shower material. It's clear that either no adhesive was applied or it failed. When I pointed it out to the technician he said to "give it time to stretch out". After nearly 2 months it hasn't magically improved. Clean up - As the technicians were finishing up after the first day I came into the kitchen to find pieces of dry wall scattered around and a layer of drywall dust on most of the surfaces. When I pointed this out to them the swept up some of the pieces but I had to clean up the rest. After the shower door installation I found a razor blade left on the trash can in our garage near where our daughter gets out of the car. My wife stepped on a piece of leftover debris and ended up at a podiatrist. Again, far from a luxury experience. Recommendations - if this hasn't convinced you to steer clear at least consider the following recommendations: - Take estimated completion dates with a grain of salt. - Expect a lot of excuses--damaged shipments, missing parts, and misplaced emails. - Understand exactly what a "semi-frameless shower" is, most likely you'll be disappointed. - Get a signed affidavit from the sales person about the promises made. Ours told us that installing the 3rd party tub was included, but management later claimed that was not the case. They did eventually install the tub, but claimed that was only as compensation for all the problems. read more

My husband discovered them on line & liked the reviews. Their representative Marvin came to our house for a consultation & was very knowledgeable with his presentation. I have been extremely disappointed with their integrity in timelines for service delivery. They assured me that my job would be expedite for a 5-6 week maximum installation. This was to convince me to choose their service over another vendor whose price was lower, timeline was the same and utilized the same materials. I have has no updates from them, and had to reach out myself several times. They also missed a scheduled appointment for final inspection which I scheduled before work. I was informed on my last call to them that the timeline will at best be 3 weeks later than promised. I wish I had chosen another vendor, my bathroom would have been installed by now. I just hope the rest of this job is performed with high quality installation as promise and is not delayed further. Do not trust their promises made to get you to sign a contract and expect longer than average timelines for service delivery. I would recommend utilizing another business. read more
